The staff was very friendly. The location was very nice. The view was amazing. Lots of noise. We could hear neighbors just talking and laughing until 2:30 in the morning. You can hear all the traffic and business noises. No information on simple things like ice machines or vending machines.
The vibe and location is awesome! Nothing. All was great!
The front desk was very helpful. Being on one of the upper floors was great for the limited view of the water.
the view, the location, overpriced, hotel just generally need an update and some attention to detail if they're going to charge those rates.
Great upgrade, the view of the City was great.
good location and great confort. Could do with wi-fi No wi-fi
Loved being in the middle of the action on Robson street & walking to all of the shops. I did not like the tiny bathrooms.
cleanliness, modern, practical, amenities the after shampoo conditioner is impossible to get out of that bottle. please change your container!
Staff I have stayed at hotels that cost 2/3 the cost of this place in Vancouver and were just as nice if not better. I am very confused why I paid $600 a night to stay here.
Beautiful hotel and location Restaurant is excellent Try to do a breakfast package. Well worth it.
Modern, clean, quiet and efficient
The staff was amazing the rooms were impeccable the views in our corner suite were amazing !! Although the features of this hotel are truly amazing..... We were not able to stream music via Bluetooth into the stero system from our devices. My girlfriend had made a mix for my birthday celebration we had to listen to it from the iPad
Well appointed, modern, spacious. Construction noise. The hotel failed to warn us about this. We would avoided it.
The staff are amazing warm friendly and genuinely helpful. Beautiful hotel and good location. A calm oasis in a busy world
The service was outstanding. We had two suites during the day of our wedding for both wedding parties to get ready in. All of our requests were completed in a timely and gracious manner. The staff was incredibly nice and overly helpful. Thank you for making our day that much easier. Nothing, it was a perfect stay for what we needed.
I really didn't like the attitude of the employees(specially the front desk) ..and the quality of the service doesn't high to a 5 or 4 stars hotel service..comparing to other shangri-la hotels world wide
Loved it all but found the staff to be extreemly friendly and helpful
It was a beautiful hotel and was reasonably priced.
The location was good -- pretty central to downtown and only a short walk to the Skylink train. The living room was extremely small -- much smaller than the pictures on the website. It's not a room one would want to hang out in. So for the price, it didn't strike me as a good value. The check-in process occurs in a dark, run-down room in the hotel garage. I'd recommend the place for business travel. I'm not sure I'd recommend it for leisure travel.
The location the mattress... very uncomfortable.. felt old and lumpy
Loved the location and the air conditioning Hotel was more on the clean side, but needs an upgrade. Lots of cracks and old spots. Super small room and you had to pay extra for parking. Not worth the amount of money I paid.
I reserved a room with a queen bed and we were given a room with two double beds. Staff at front desk were abrupt and unfriendly. Free internet in the lobby was weak. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable.
Comfort and view Reception
Location Your view tower on top
The location is excellent and right on Robson Street. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room was always cleaned and the room attendants were all so friendly The hotel is a bit dated and the decor proved so. You have to pay for internet access and $9 per day was a bit excessive for extremely slow wifi access. It was painful to try and do any work as it took almost 5 minutes for a single page to load
Bought two nights at this hotel as a surprise for my sweetheart and I. It's at the farthest end of downtown, but it's still downtown, and it's not at all in a bad area. Every room has a view (just depends on which view you get), which is awesome. It's aged (see Cons notes), but is still a great hotel, especially for the price. The room had minimal scuff/dirt build ups (but was always clean where it counted like beds, toilets, tub), and it was pretty cold, we had a hard time with the heater. I get the feeling that this hotel was absolutely the top of it's line in its day, but has since aged, mostly with grace.
The empire landmark has good prices for a decent hotel. The staff is friendly and there is a cool restaurant on the top floor. Rooms are nice and clean. The issues with this hotel are as follower: you must pay for everything (parking, Internet, ect) & the location is a bit far from the main strip so if you plan to go to clubs and bars prepare yourself to walk slightly farther then you would like.
location, big room kids need pay to eat breakfast I booked room with double beds, but I to pay for upgrade from single to queen bed
Everything but the beds. Staff was super helpful. The cleaning person was very nice to us. The views were amazing!!! And it was a very central location The beds were a little old and uncomfortable.
This was a great location for dining and shopping. Also very close to many activities downtown. Felt nickel and dimed here. Local call charges were $1.05 per call. Mattresses were very uncomfortable, obviously not upgraded in many years. The rooms themselves had not been updated in a very long time either. Holes in the drapes, peeling wallpaper and dingy carpets. Just not up to par for hotels I've stayed at in Vancouver before and way more pricey.
Big rooms , awesome view Hair dryer only blew cold air and plug in the bathroom didn't work
The service in this hotel is always excellent and guests are made to feel welcome from the moment they are greeted at the front door. Nothing
Beautiful hotel. Great Location. Friendly Staff.
The location was perfect in the heart of Yaletown in Vancouver. The room was small, poorly decorated and without elegance.
It is so quite inside the lobby and halls. The hotel's location is so amazing. Yes, the noise out side the hotel specially the Burrard ST.
Great hotel everything was so nice. The staff were so helpful. The rooms very comfortable and bedding was great!
I was most impressed by the staff. From check-in to check-out, they were all responsive and positive and we enjoyed our visit because they made us feel welcome.
The staff was great and very helpful. I like the room as well. It wasn't spacious but well designed. Location was within walking distance to great shopping. I would have loved a bigger gym. wanted to try the spa but ran out of time.
The personnel was extremely kind and helpful; nice chocolates on the pillows before night; nice bodycare products in the bathroom. Great views from the hotelroom.
Rooms, Staff, location and amenities made this a delightful stay overall. I'd stay here again for sure.
Everything worked The restaurant is excellent but I will like some more alternatives
Service Concierge, especially Miguel! night desk staff, Zach, Jennifer, & Wing! TV remote was too hard to read, & sometimes didn't work! However, the electrician was quick to arrive!
the chocolate body paint
The location was great and the employees were very nice. Mattress and pillows were marginal at best.
Thoroughly enjoyed the artwork and ambiance of the hotel. And the staff was great!
Personnel was friendly and helpful Bathrooms are a bit in the small side. Booked four people but got three sets of towels daily.
Big room and excellent location. Very hard bed and O'Doul's breakfast was disappointing.
Great location Courteous, helpful and efficient front desk staff Spacious room Immaculately clean Very good restaurant with great breakfast and excellent service Interesting modern art installation Bathroom vanity needed replacing in room #315 Low lighting in bathroom vanity area
Location was fab - in the centre of downtown and near stanley park. Easy to find other places from it. Parking facilities are totally secure. Staff were excellent - in the bar, restaurent, reception, baggage etc, everywhere! Hot tub was also fantastic, hidden in the gym, no-one else was using it and it was a real bonus to have this. Just a little on the pricey side. We did pay for an artist suite although I think an Artist room would have probably been adequate. Breakfast is always at an additional cost which over a few days adds up, although the service and quality of food in O'Douls is fabulous! I don't think the CAD versus the GBP helped us, the conversion went the wrong way from our booking to arrival!
Very comfortable rooms,, extremely helpful friendly staff. On Robson street not far from Stanley Park. Nothing
The room was super comfy and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very friendly and able to dispense great information about their city as well as making amazing recommendations for places to eat and drink. The Valet even went out of his way to look for my cell that I thought I had left in car, when I found it in the bottom of my bag he wasn't even annoyed. Thank you for having patience and for the recommendation for the PB&J Burger recommendation. Nothing, I was very pleased with my experience here.
Excellent location, helpful freindly staff
Boutique hotel; large rooms Overrpriced related to location and lack of view.
The location is perfect. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. The room has a fridge, a safe and a small wardrobe for coats etc. the staff are wonderfully helpful and the hotel offers free morning coffee/tea delivery to your room. Rooms are nicely renovated but the washroom is tiny tiny tiny and the room is dated. The couch ibarely accommodates 2 people and is uncomfortable, the pillows and mattress are old and soft. The only place to unpack clothing is the nightstand as there are no other drawers in the room.
Large, comfortable and at a great price.
location close Stanley park. Very clean and romantic setting. Fantastic view of the downtown Beds were hard and uncomfortable
It was easy to find the hotel location, parking, and the view was lovely. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. The bed was comfortable and the room had that sort of dated but welcoming feel. The room looked like it used to be an apartment or condo that was redeveloped into a hotel. There is a pool - in the basement. The fitness center is top-notch. There is an elevator - more than one. A spa and a great little café are on the first floor. The cleaning left something to be desired. The toilet had obviously not been wiped down and there was hair in the shower. The sheets had been changed and windows wiped down - so it was okay...but it could use some work. Parking - When I checked in they said they could add parking at $17/day to my bill. I was fine with that - but when I got the receipt with taxes and fees it was more like $22/day. I would have been fine with the $22/day - but be upfront about it. Either say it is $17/day and stick with that or say it is $17/day plus taxes and fees. It put a sour note on the check out experience.
Perfect location close to downtown shopping. Great staff. Amazing restaurant on site. Hotel is a bit dated. Carpet was damaged in our room. Very modest for the price- but the location was so great
The location, mini kitchen &1 bedroom suite, the hotels restaurant and a great coffee shop were all great for the cost.
Got a studio suite and was not expecting the kitchen, separate bedroom, big living room and balcony! Great spot.
I booked this hotel because I got a great deal, but was very pleasantly surprised when I got there and saw how nice it was! Definitely way better than what I had expected for the price I go on Kayak. The single room I booked was very spacious and clean, with a couch, dining table and a full kitchen, even including appliances (full size fridge, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, etc') and dishes in the cabinets!! Staff was super nice and helpful and let me check in early even though I arrived way before the normal check in time. Even more value for your money, they gave me great coupons to use both at the restaurant and the spa. There is also a cool little cafe you can enter right from the lobby. since the weather did not cooperate with my plans to go for a day of hiking in the area while I was there, I decided to stay in and pamper myself with one of the spa packages for half a day. It's a bit on the pricy side, but they really did think of EVERY little detail to make sure you felt pampered and relaxed, so I feel was well worth the expense, and I had a great time. I did not know this, but the lady who took care of me at the spa also told me the hotel is pet friendly which is really nice. Though I did not see any pets over the weekend I spent there. The location is great, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to lots of great shopping, Granville Island, and the sky train. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and I would totally come back if I'm in the area again. Would have loved to try the restaurant, but it didn't work out with my other plans this visit.
Restaurant was over priced and food was horrible. When told server nothing was done about it to make it right

The hotel is in walking distance to food, shopping and entertainment. The hotel is clean but it shows it's age.
Their Italian restaurant is superb. Pasta homemade daily and the best haibut I've ever had. Rhe rooms are spacious, simple and comfortable. The staff warm and gracious.
Very nice employees The cleanliness of my room, needed more cleaning details the room smells the carpet was dirty and you can smell it
The location was great as Stanley Park was one of many destinations. A couple things ... didn't like the constant noise from the bus route as well as the noisy air unit in our window. It constantly vibrated when it was running. Also, the exercise room and sauna were, at best, functional if not extremely dated.
the best mid range hotel i have stayed at
Proximity to the beach and restaurants good staff Traffic noise, bathroom door scrapes across the sill.
Helpful staff, close to business and leisure areas. Too little space in the double queen bed rooms...we actually booked a king size bed.
Nothing, good service, confortable and well placed for Vancouver down town.
From the lobby you may think it's a step back in time, but the rooms are large & kept clean, staff is friendly, and the location is convenient to Stanley Park, Granville Island and more.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist me. I selected the hotel because of the location, but was very happy with the facilities. The restaurant also had friendly and helpful staff. Had a view of the parking lot, but I'll book early next time to get a better view.
Close to beach
Once I moved to a room facing the parking lot (away from street traffic) it was quiet. It was clean, well maintained and although not luxury, very comfortable. The location is phenomenal. I would stay there again. The rooms facing the street were very noisy. the noise from the buses kept me up all night. That was remedied by a change of room.
Requested a 7:00 am wake up call and did not get it making us late for our appointment!!!
Wonderful staff - particularly Bella, the chief housekeeper. Great location, safe, close to attractions, so nice to be able to see the beach from my room.
The hotel itself was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing (hand cooked). They double booked and forced me to another more expensive hotel without free parking for one of the nights of my stay. I did not like that at all and it really made the experience not ideal.
Really nice place. Walking distance to all of the things we wanted to do during our short stay. Parking in back was included in the quoted room rate. Staff was friendly and the presence of Daisy (the dog) was nice as I'm a dog lover. Bathroom was a bit small, very European. Noticed some vagrants digging around in the trash several times over the weekend, but they didn't pay us any mind.
Warm welcome, helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast. Would return in a heartbeat!
Very good location, amazing Cheff, the breakfast was excellent, out of this world first class
It was a lovely, well maintained Victorian house, perfectly located within easy walking distance of many things we wanted to do. Friendly staff. Delicious food.
I did not like that our bill was over 150 dollars more than it was when I booked with booking.com
The place is really great! That's all I can say. If you are a family traveling on vacation then the residences are perfect for you. I would definitely stay there again.
Pleasant and friendly staff. Definitely good value for money. Some people may find Burrard St. somewhat noisy but then it's compensated by its excellent location and convenience. We are more than satisfied with the suite that we had. Although we did not do much cooking (apart from breakfast), the facilities in the kitchen were thoughfully provided, such as full set of crockeries and utensils, and daily change of kitchen towel and tea towel. It's always the little things that make one's stay in a hotel more pleasant. Food in the restaurant was also excellent and service attentive. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Le Grande Residence. The airconditioning unit was in a closet in the bedroom and could be a little noisy when the cooling set in. We were not particularly disturbed by the running noisy of the aircon unit, because the weather was still relatively cool. But the noisy could be a problem for some in the summer. Provision of towers - on some days we had two sets and on other days three sets of towels. In a comparable hotel, one would expect to have three sets of towers. Laundry - it would be good if less expensive laundry service could be provided for longer staying guests. Finally, we suggest that guests be provided with copies of bills or chits for expenses incurred in hotel's restaurant for convenience of checking on checkout.
From my checking to my check out, from assisting with directions to helping with train service the staff was the best I have ever encountered. I extended my stay by two days because of the staff, location, and the historic vibe. Also very gracious housekeepers.
Very comfortable. Clean, well appointed for our needs. Perfect location. Little or no heating control in room.
Loatin and Old World Charm Room was cold
The hotel staff and restaurant staff were so kind and generous.
Recommended by a friend and worth it. Older hotel (loved actual keys!) that was quaint. If you expect a modern chain, you'll be disappointed. Checked in early and was pleased with the staff friendliness. A concierge would be nice for recommendations. Staff gave sweeping/general recommendations about places to eat. The answer was "everything is good".
The Sylvia Hotel is located right on English Bay. Great spot for watching the sunsets and people. The room was on the small side, but the bed was very comfortable. The linens were fresh and clean as was the tub/shower and sink. The Wifi worked well. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. This hotel is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and services. The area seemed very quiet. We did not have a car, so we took a taxi from the airport ($35.00 CAD - plus tip.) Grandville Market - which is a must visit- is a short distance from the Hotel. About a 20 minute walk to the False Creek Ferry - then a short ferry ride to the Market. Stanley park is only a 20 minute walk from the hotel also. We would surly stay at the Sylvia again. No mini fridge in our room
The Sylvia is historic and located right near Stanley Park. I loved the old world feel of it. I would take the stairs just to admire the quality of the workmanship.
We chose this hotel for the location, close to Stanley Park, the Aquarium, a Starbucks and great restaurants a block away, and a lovely beach out front where we watched an incredible sunset. Their policies, like leaving the key at the front desk, were the same that we'd encountered in Europe, and the front desk staff were friendly and made an effort to remember our names and get to know us. They gave us coupons for the Aquarium (and we loved the Aquarium!). We probably could have got away with using the street parking as there was a spot out front that we took as we checked in, and we could have stayed there until 9 am for sure (according to the street sign), possibly until 11 am since it said the spot was rated for 2 hours between 9 and 6. The window had a lovely view of a fountain by the office building next door, and looking to the left, we could see the bay and trees along the beach. The room felt small compared to most American hotels, but there was a nice table with two comfortable chairs by the window. There was a tiny gap between the wood of the bathroom vanity and the floor. I didn't mind, but I could imagine my mother cringing as she likes everything to be modern and new. The bathroom was on the small side--comfortable for one person, a bit tight for two. On the plus side, the tub and sink did seem rather new, and were bright and clean. The wifi did not work well, so we didn't use it. It was just easier to use our phone as a mobile hotspot.
The historic Sylvia Hotel was perfectly located in the west end neighborhood. The staff was absolutely delightful.
You can't beat the location. Staff is very friendly. Great views. No A/C. No cross current. Rooms on two sides of the building get morning/afternoon direct sunlight that turns the rooms into an broiler. It was 90 degrees and we literarily could not stay in the room and rushed to get out of it as soon as possible.
the Sylvia is a classy, simple yet elegant place to stay. The location, a few minutes from Stanley Park, and across from the bay, is convenient and beautiful.
*historic home with dramatically modern amenities. Neighborhood was so green with trees and Fall colors was amazing. *amazing attention to details -- premium touches all over *fridge w/ cold drinks, coffee, tea, home baked goods, available at all hours *breakfast was full service + super delicious, gourmet. AND accommodated a gluten-free AND vegetarian diet *breakfast was fun to meet other guests. Was interesting to talk with other guests. *breakfast was at 8:30 prompt and cook will leave if you don't arrive between 8:30-8:50. Would have liked a little flexibility in breakfast timing - eg. breakfast is open at 8:30 and closes at 9:30, this would give us more flex in the morning. We're on vacation after all :)
Excellent location and helpful staff/ owners
I stayed here for 8 nights. It is situated in a wonderful neighborhood off of Stanley park on the west side, 1 block away from the waterfront, 2 blocks or so from the park, and a short walk to shopping and downtown. This establishment is beautiful and comfortable at the same time. Most importantly, it is impeccably managed. The manager is a prince of a man. He makes everyone feel special and welcome, and is so attentive to detail. Breakfast everyday was unique, and compatible with a five-star restaurant. I never felt homesick being here! Didn't like that I couldn't move in permanently. Then again, I'd probably not have the funds to back that move....
It was quiet and comfortable. Sure would have liked some cream for my coffee.
Clean and spacious suite, would have been able to stay for a week, there was that much space! Well, the breakfast was a little poor. All the elements were there (fruit, cereal, breads) but the quality was low-end supermarket style.
Very friendly staff and very good quality room for the price (received complementary upgrade)
The suite was excellent, all you could wish for. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the facilities were great. We enjoyed the continental breakfast because we had a suite and could take things back to our room to eat and make the toast. The location was excellent for access to shops. Great having the car behind locked gates overnight. We found the car park location confusing and the access to the underground section is quite awkward for larger cars.
The very spacious room and friendly staff Nothing
staffs are helpful breakfast
Amazing staff, room and location!!! We felt like we really lucked out with Sunset are already planning our next stay with them. Special thanks to all the wonderful staff again who were so kind and helpful!!
Truly a home away from home ........ value added plus!
I did not like the fact that there wasnt any a/c in the room and the tv was very small.
Staff were very helpful in providing directions ,how and where to get which mode of public transport .The book in the room with all the info on restaurants was also very useful.Location was ideal for what we required.Had originally booked 4 days and added a fifth, site unseen ,and were glad we did for this trip.We could walk everywhere we wanted to get to if we chose to.
nice room, great location towels are very thin and worn
Clean rooms with everything we needed Couldn't get wifi to work with my iPad (wifi worked with my iPhone though!).
Amazing rooms! They are like full apartments.
Friendly and personal. Great advice and suggestions from front desk staff - especially Shannon Nothing
Robson Suites are 1 block from lower Robson St. Vanc is a very walkable city, so this hotel offers walking to tons of great shops and restaurants, and is only a few blocks from Stanley Park. The staff were helpful in planning our daily excursions. There is lots to do nearby. There is a Safeway and liquor store almost across the street. It would be ideal if they could stock the suite kitchen with staples like salt & pepper, sugar, cooking oil, coffee filters (lame: they give you coffee but no filters!) - the basics. Otherwise, the place is great.
In suite laundry and maid service as part of the complete package. Kitchen, equipped with full size fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and full oven and cooking range. Supplied with pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and so on. Air conditioned, and roof-top patio access. Would gladly return to this hotel. They don't provide soap for the dishwasher machine; they do provide it for the laundry, however. There is a Safeway directly across the road where one can buy the soap, however.
It was a little home away from home, with kitchen and laundry. The laundry came in handy in drying our wet clothes from the snow that day. Very close (in your front doorstep) to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores (Safeway) and Stanley Park. Free and very secured parking. Booked a studio, and actually got a 1 bd! the floor we were on had 3 extra steps leading up to our room, a slight inconvenience with a stroller
Excellent security system, most of the places to visit are at walking distance. Hotel staff did try to help understand the city. The extra charges of $20.00 per night for a child over 18 years old.
The perfect emplacement
The Suite was well-appointed and was perfect as a home away from home with all the facilities you need to cook and wash. It as more spacious than I expected and was in an excellent location with supermarkets (including whole food) and a wide variety of eateries close by. Management was helpful and accommodating of very late arrival following a delayed flight.
Very central location in Downtown Vancouver. Convenient for all amenities, Stanley Park is just a five minute walk away and other main attractions only a short taxi ride away. Excellent. Staff very friendly and exceedinlgy helpful during our stay. A home from home
Location within walking distance of restaurants, Stanley Park, shopping, underground secured parking included in room rate
Lots of room, full kitchen, comfortable beds, really quiet for being in the heart of Vancouver, and free parking and free internet nothing
The accomedations and room were great, as well as the proximity to Stanley Park and Denman Street. We loved the staff! They were so helpful and kind. Only two small things...we stayed on the second floor and the hallway smelled like urine, and it was hard getting around my bed....very little room between the wall and the bed. But we would still stay there again.
Excellent value and location, clean heat is too high - could not be adjusted
Liked the location, ambience, size of the room and the fact it was very tastefully decorated.
Great space in the apartment and fabulous location could only use laundry between 4p.m. and midnight and it would have been good if there was a pool
Location of suites was great near to Stanley Park etc. Comfort and facilities available also made holiday.Staff very helpful.
The price, location, setup as a suite with kitchen, roomy, clean, great staff it was quite warm and we cldn't get a breeze thru the windows.
The staff was always very helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves Not a thing
Excellent Satnley Park is able to work around in a few minute. Queit rooms with home like mood. Entrance door was always closed. Late night time no one at the front
Great time. Superb location, quiet yet very close to west end food, shopping, beach. Very nice apartment, nice furnishings and well decorated. Front desk upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment. We were just in for one night after a long wilderness trip, but would be excited to stay here during a longer visit. Kitchen seemed short of cooking gear, though we didn't stay long enough to warrant asking for additional cooking utensils. But they had a great coffee maker there.
The apartment facilities were very comfortable and the proximity to Stanley Park and shopping centre were ideal. The dvd player didn't work properly and after reporting this was told it was working fine but it continued to play up.
The best thing was the situation of the hotel. Very near to Stanley Park which is a very beatiful parking place. The most disappointing thing was seeing a mice in the room! The staff was so kind and helpfull to solve out the problem but unfortunately although the effort was great, the rest of our stay was not comfortable at all thinking of that we may have it again!
Clean ,good location. No elevators ! Breakfast was listed as being included but wasn't,very poor buffet offered at 7.99. Very old building.
The room was huge and the beds were nice! We made this reservation at the last minute and we feared that it was going to be trashy, but it actually was lovely for a great price. The front-desk staff were really positive :) I would definitely stay here again. The decor was pretty spartan / bland. Parking was pricey (20$/night) but we drove around until we lucked into a weekend spot. The building is older than other hotels in the area, but that didn't take away anything - it's well kept up.
Decent value for the money, very clean There was a 1/4" gap between door and door frame, and cigarette smoke was coming into my lower level room directly from the hallway my first night there--yech! The fire alarm in my room was covered with a paper towel and plastic, not exactly current on safety. Last gripe is that the pillows were insanely thick and hard for me to sleep on.
The Barclay is in a great location- walking distance to shops, restaurants, Coal Harbour and easily accessible to Stanley Park. This is an older hotel but even with the updates it still has dated charm. There is no elevator and overnight parking is available the next block over in a city lot.
Friendly staff, parking place for car (not expensive) breakfast, croissant not fresh
Close to everything. Clean room. Good Amenities. No elevator, no electric key.
Good staff and location. No handy parking for a tall vehicle.
the location is excellent and the set up For the 4 bed room is pretty cool. It is like three separate rooms each with there own bed and table. ( the main bedroom room had a TV and double Beds with a few chairs.) I would go back. Also if you are going out and don't want to lose your keys the front desk can hold on to them for you. communicating of when to check in and check out can be done better.
great location no elevators at all and there ae lot of strais to carry the lagedge
Great central location, room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained I could hear everything (and I mean everything!) from the room above me. Sometimes the room would smell a little stale when I first came in, but opening the windows for a few minutes would clear it out (love that the windows actually open!).
Var meget godt fornøyd med hotellet. Personalet var uvanlig vennlige og serviceinnstillt. Ligger midt i smørøyet for Vancouver downtown. Rimelig i forhold til standard
Meget godt utstyrte leiligheter., Fant alt en trenger for et bra opphold
