Great location, nice staff and good price Small rooms and not cleaned thoroughly; beds not very comfortable, shower not consistent, and thin walls
The breakfast was good, the live music and bar were very nice, the staff was very attentive. Check in time of 2:00 PM is very late. Check out time of 12:00 PM is very early. Wireless internet access should be free like most hotels in the US.
Very contemporary, clean, new, business style hotel with a fantastic free breakfast. Bad Internet connection at most times
Price, location and a good decor. It's also right around the corner from Escola da Samba Vai-Vai, which is convenient for taking in the local culture. Would like to see better furniture, but I really can't complain.
Rooms are modern and clean. Not much by way of services in the hotel, just a place to sleep. Expensive
Convenient location. Functional facilities, if minimal. Polite staff. They overcharge for everything, adding taxes that were pre-paid. Outrages fees for interente use if you don't have a laptop. High prices for food and drinks.
Staff was very helpful, especially Ms. Julia, location near to almost every thing. The breakfast was very good The rooms are small, hotel can be considered as a 3 start not 4 (American standard).A little bit expensive for facilities.
Location Room service ........soup.......terrible..........no salt, no spices, no taste.
room and bathroom were nice and clean. Close to subway. breakfast expensive and not included
Staff was very helpful. Close to shops and amenities. Close to subway. Decent size bathroom. Not many restaurants close by.
Staff service Rooms are not confort for the rate you are paying
Friendly staff, good location. More like a 3 star hotel, not 4. Rooms rather small.
The location is great (taxi, subway, bus stop, shopping centers, restaurants, etc, at walking distance and the service is good. I had an odd experience at the check out desk. I was presented a bill with the total amount of expenses but no details. All hotels I have stayed in usually give you a detailed list of expenses for your review and approval before billing your credit card. The clerk wanted to convince me to wait the detailed electronic invoice I should receive by email 2 days later!!!! I had to insist, even talked to another clerk to get an expenses details. And guess what? There was a little mistake and they were kind enough as to remove it from my bill. But I had to sign a paper informing that I was notified that the withdraw of the amount was subject to later approval. This is ridiculous! I believe Accord should be told about this strange procedure
