The place was clean, and the location to the ballpark can't be beat. It was expensive. It was expensive, they charged me more for the room than I paid for on Kayak, and the bar to grab a drink after the game was a joke. They had no drafts, their bottle selection was garbage, and when we got the bill for two common "domestic" crafts (Sam Adams) the bill was $16. We thought we were still in the park.
Nothing it was a horrible night sleep I got bed bugs in the hotel
Close to the stadiums which is why we were there. Nice rooms, plenty of space and friendly staff Can't think of anything
Staff was friendly Bed was uncomfortable
The room was clean The bathroom was small and cramped
Excellent views of the Philadelphia sky line to the north and citizens bank park to the south. The plumbing was rather loud. You could clearly hear the water flow anytime anyone in a nearby room ran s shower or flushed the toilet.
Location. Proximity to baseball stadium, football stadium, and Wells Fargo Arena. Rooms very clean. No free breakfast. A bit pricey. If you arrive on the same day as an event at any of the stadiums, parking lot is used for the event and charged out. As a result, the parking lot gets VERY full, and they do not reserve a specific area for the hotel guests. As a result, you can end up parking in some strange places (ie. the aisles), and you need to move your car after the event in order to feel comfortable with where you parked.
The location was perfect for walking to all the places we wanted to visit and seemed very safe. The tv was starting to go bad, with pink coloring.
It was clean and quiet, with excellent internet. That's all I ask.
It was a charming experience for us. Seemed more like we were renting someone's condo for the weekend rather than a 'hotel'. Complete kitchen, wonderful shower and bath, cozy little living room, nice bedroom, and antiques everywhere. A lovely place! floor was a bit squeaky but nothing major. I did notice some rather large spaces between the window sash and frame in the bedroom that might make some chilly drafts in the dead of winter, but that's easily remedied and was no problem for us.
It's location The room looked a bit odd. It had some many objects inside. I felt like I am in someone's home.
Proximity to downtown Philadelphia was great, as well as the price, but it definitely comes at a cost. This hotel was overall, quite dirty. The staff doesn't seem to want to be there, the the elevator (one was broken and sounded like this is pretty common) was insanely slow. Breakfast was pretty bad and they only refilled everything 10 minutes before shutting it down, leaving a lot of people frustrated.
The front desk ladie who attended me I believe her name was Elaine was incredibly helpful and kind. The cleaning staff knocked on our door and screamed every morning. On the day of checkout it was a noon checkout and they knocked on the door until we got out as if we were getting evicted and yelled until we got out.
I liked nothing about this hotel. The staff was disrespectful and inconsiderate. This was by far my worst experience with a hotel.
Poor customer service
Dirt, hair on beds, smell ....
