Fordeler: The food was good at the resort, full breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the garden was very beautiful. And large beautiful pools.
Ulemper: Too bad the room smelled of sewerage. And the double bed are two unloading beds.There were also wheels under the beds that caused the beds to slide apart. The bedding is not changed once in 9 nights! Bad for 5 stars!

Ulemper: Jeg likte veldig dårlig at personalet ved bassenget tok bort ditt håndkle og vesken din i fra solstolen din, hvis du svømte eller spiste lunsj lengre enn 45.minutter! Det var veldig mange sinte og frustrerte folk, når de kom tilbake til solstolen, og personalet hadde tatt bort alt og det lå andre mennesker der. Veldig uprofesjonelt!! Alt for mange mennesker og for få solsenger. Vi kommer ikke tilbake KUN på grunn av regelen om at du ikke kan bade eller spise lunsj lengre enn 45.minutter hvis du vil beholde solsengen din. Det er ikke særlig avslappende, men skaper heller bare en dårlig stemning!

They are watching your every move from a far and are quick to come swooping down if you leave your breakfast unattended on the restaurant terrace (from which the view is splendid by the way). And that rooftop... ;-)

Fordeler: The Benidorm Six are three retired couples who have just spent four nights at this excellent hotel. It is called a Gastrohotel and it certainly is. The food was outstanding and the restaurant staff could not do enough for us. Similarly, the reception staff were friendly, efficient and ensured all our needs were met (extra pillows, etc). The location of the RH Canfali Hotel was probably the best in Benidorm, situated next to the Balcon de Mediterraneo and offering views of both the new and old towns as well as magnificent sea views. A big thank you, from us all to everyone who contributed to making our stay so enjoyable- we will be back.
Ulemper: The only thing that I would like to see addressed is the matter of a “dressing table” in Room 004. Us ladies do like a mirror, with good lighting, and somewhere to sit whilst applying make up, putting on jewellery,etc. and this fabulous room - with a balcony to die for - didn’t have that facility yet other rooms did, I believe.

We had a balcony over looking Levante beach and the restaurant had a terrace over looking sea. The food was fabulous, breakfast and evening meal. Will definitely return.

Ulemper: Booked two rooms in may requested them together as I am deaf. Allocated One on level 2 one on level 4. Told we could move on Xmas day !!!! Grandson has nut allergy. Told the waitress twice. Desert served with nut ice cream. Sent back n the same sponge came back with the ice cream just removed. It had melted ice cream on it. Nightmare !!!

Fordeler: Beliggenhet er helt fantastisk og terrassen også. Flott å sitte ute til frokosten og den er utmerket godt. Noen av personalet er veldig vennlig, noen nesten uvennlig.
Ulemper: Personalets vennlighet er forskjellige fra en til andre. Maten var utmerket første uke og det var veldig mye av alt. Så halverte de porsjoner uten forklaringen. Da vi spurte, sa de - at halv board får halv porsjon. Jeg vil ikke anbefalle å ta halv board som koster eu 20.- og det var for mye penger i uken 2og 3 for maten. Høy musikk in restaurant igjen avhengig av personalet som styrer den. Det ble glemt 2 ganger å gjøre mitt rom og rom var liten,veldig liten.

Fordeler: The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. The DJ downstairs was absolutely brilliant (black hair, ring through nose). We only saw the Gorilla duo on Thursday night and the Magician on Tuesday night. Both were very good. The food was second to none, as were the restaurant staff.

Hotel staff were great, from reception staff, bar staff, catering and restaurant staff and of course the hard working cleaning ladies. Ulemper: The spa area is in serious need of renervation, the ladies changing rooms are bad, only one shower works properly and neither of the doors on the shower lock, yesterday afternoon three floors we're covered in water making it difficult to find anywhere dry to change, I sat waiting for my husband for half an hour but never saw any member of staff go and check the changing rooms.The staff are not very friendly to guests and the system with towels makes it confusung

Fordeler: Frokosten var god,rommet greit,men ikke sol på terrassen i det hele tatt,så det var litt trist. Vi hadde utsikt over bassengområdet,så mulig andre hadde sol.God seng og kjekt bad. Bassengområdet var veldig fint,men for de som vil sole seg er det ikke å anbefale,veldig mye skygge,men vi liker det :-) Kjekt at vi kunne kjøpe drikke og lett mat ute ved bassengområdet.
Ulemper: Vi hadde halvpensjon,men prøvde kun middagsbuffe og den var ikke noe særlig å skryte av :-( Kyllingen og annet fløyt i fett og det var veldig mye fisk :-( Burde følge vann med til maten,men slik er det vel alle steder,det må kjøpes i tillegg :-( Maten var dårlig merket med hva de forskjellige rettene var :-( Dessetene var gode,men burde være merket bedre. Anbefaler å heller spise middag ute :-) Det var 4 heiser,en sto hele tiden og de andre var så som så og ofte tull med at vi kom i feil etasjer,stoppet og ville ikke gå :-( Hotellet var på 23 etasjer,og glad vi kun bodde i 9 ende etasje for å si det sånn,tok trappa noen ganger. Alt for mange var tidlig ute å la håndklær(sto det ikke var lov)på solsengene,så der var mange opptatt hele dagen uten at folk viste seg :-( Burde vært vakt som sjekket og tok bort,da får de slutt på sånt :-)

Ulemper: The Hotel Melia Benidorm entertainment for the festive season was awful, we stayed Xmas Eve to the day after boxing day, & never enjoyed 1 evenings entertainment, for Xmas week it was terrible really, but the the thing that made us angry when it came to needing water to take medication before eating your evening meal we had to purchase a bottle of water because the dispenser Had been turned of which is on at breakfast. But apart from that its a nice Hotel.
