Since the hotel was so big it was very impersonal so I guess that is what you get for a large hotel. The service was Omni the certainly not incredible.
The location was great, right next to Camden Yards to see the Orioles baseball game. Hotel reservation could not be found and they were not helpful. Our room was not cleaned until 3 pm and we needed towels. The indoor pool was cold, not heated and was so cloudy and dirty you could not see in it!!! Coffee shop/restaurant had long lines.
Loved the location Besides from the hookers on our floor from room to room, the fighting in the hallway at 1am in the morning and the party going on down the hall with employees and guest with drugs being used
On a business trip - checked in at 2pm and because check-in wasn't for a bit, front desk helped me out. "Upgraded" me to an amazing suitt overlooking Camden yards. It was a rainy cold night, and the orioles were not in town. I can appreciate upgrading someone when neither of the above were factors. The room (667) had great views and hangout areas, BUT NO BED!!! WAS RELEGATED TO A PULL OUT COUCH DESPITE PAYING TOP DOLLAR!!
Stayed there as we had come in town for an Orioles game. The hotel is across the street from Camden Yards and the gym has an awesome view of the park. Overall nice facilities and upscale feel. It's also a block from the Light Rail station so getting there from BWI is very inexpensive ($1.70) although parking was $35.00 a night of you drove. Some normal amenities were missing, no breakfast although a Coffee Bean is in the lobby. Charged a fee to use things like the conference room and the business center has the computers set up so the sun is at your back and difficult to read the screen.
My room over look at Camden yards as does the executive lounge Mattress needed to be replaced, digital key did not consistently work, executive lounge food and beverage not as good as most
View was great of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay and recommend to my friends and family.

We traveled here for a one night trip to attend an Oriole's game. The ball park is immediately next to the ball park and you can actually see the park from most of the rooms. It's also abuts the convention center in addition to having its own meeting space. Would be an excellent place for a conference or to stay for an event at the convention center. The coffee bean and tea leaf was excellent and the room was clean enough and pretty comfortable. Really wanted to use the pool with our baby but it was incredibly cold. That was a big bummer. Also didn't know it was pet friendly and we had a dog that was pretty unhappy near us.
The location was convenient. The staff was rude. It took 3 hours to "find" my reservation, it was dusty, dirty, hairy, ac unit wouldn't work and extremely overpriced. At 8 in the morning a woman who worked there put her ear to our door waking us all up tapping and when I opened the door she said she was just checking to see if we were all there. Checkout was at noon.
Couldn't even check in 1 hour early. Stayed here due to proximity to Camden Yards so we could park and not have to worry about our vehicle. When we arrived we were told they didn't have room to valet our car because of the game, which is the entire reason we picked this hotel. Whatever. We went to the 4pm baseball game and came back to check in. They gave us keys to a room occupied by another family. Went back to the front desk and was told they had no room for us because of a flood and they were waiting for a room to become available. Said we could go to the pool and then get dinner. While in the pool they told us the restaurant was closing early so we would have to order carryout. We ordered carryout at 9:30pm and didn't receive our food until 11:15pm because we were told to wait in the lobby by the front desk staff and apparently our food was taken somewhere else. My 3 kids aged 5 to 10 were miserable waiting until after 11pm to eat. Finally got into our room around midnight. Complained the next day to the manager and was told we wouldn't have to pay for our stay. It's been over a week and we are still waiting for the credit to our account. Called the accounting department, left message and never heard back from them. When we were there it was very apparent many people were having numerous problems with the hotel including 15 minute waits for the elevator. It was also apparent management is not willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. They appeared more likely to be found hiding in a back room somewhere.
Beautiful accommodations, great view of Camden fields, well priced, pool was nice, coffee bean in lobby, a great place to stay whether it's for business or pleasure! - staff was extra accommodating
All employees were very helpful. They freely provided helpful information pertaining to how to get to places and great info as to where to dine within a short walk. Unfortunately we had an issue with our room reservation and this did not sit well with us since we were traveling with our young son. We made a reservation that included a king bed. When we checked in they informed us that they "over-booked and did not have any rooms available with king beds. We informed them that we made the reservation that way because we needed the room for our son. Didn't matter. They did compensate us by giving us free/complementary breakfast and snacks but that didn't change our feelings or put us in a room with a king bed. We were given a room with two double beds and we made it work but it was not as convenient. We will seriously take this into consideration if and or when we use this site or make another reservation.

Great room and staff. Location is great Maybe we were just there on a bad weekend, but there were a lot of rowdy kids at the hotel. Noise was a problem.
start at the start there no way from the parking to the hotel with out going outside this is wong and nothing tell you this?? it said bar in room wong.
I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for the family. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly, rooms were clean and it was in close proximity to dowtown. The pool and hot tub, while small, were sufficient. The Orioles stadium is right across the street, so it would be a great location if going to a game. Also, lots of restaurants nearby. The food provided for the continental breakfast was your typical items and looked good, however the location was not sufficient to handle a large group of people. The staff did eventually open a meeting room so there was extra seating. The only other negative is location, if staying with young kids (mine were 5 &7). It was more of a hike than I expected to Inner Harbor.

We were very disappointed. Hotel was kind of smelly. No fresh air in the building. Swimming pool area was dirty . The hot tub was not hot at all . It was warm water. Someone called for maintenance and the guy said to wait until it warms up (until late afternoon) he said there was nothing they can do about it . We received a great service from all of the front desk staff and we liked the comp breakfast
Staff upbeat and helpful! Room was clean, all touch spaces were clean! ( Light switches/ door knobs / tv remote / curtain pull rods). Spacious room. Bad bathroom handicap accommodation conversion. Bathroom counter not lowered, tub is a standard step in with hand rail. Really restrictive space in the bathtub with all the rails and shower head rod. Mirrors not cantered for standing or sitting viewing .

Good value for money. A 10-minute walk to the Harbour area. Friendly staff. Its convenient for the Convention centre, so more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. Appreciated the fitness centre and the free laundry; brilliant when you are travelling with a family for 2 weeks. The breakfasts; there was no fresh food or the option to have an omelette etc. Everything was disposable; the plates, knives, forks, etc.
The room was Clean, Huge and eligant. The staff was and helpful. The location of the Hotel was convient to the convention center and the Inner Harbor and if you are planning to attend a baseball game it is right accross the street.

Convienent location and clean hotel. My hotel room was never cleaned after the first night of my stay. It took two requests to get fresh towels delivered to the room.
The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast options, and it was nice that they had grab and go bags. I also thought the fitness center was very clean and everything was functioning properly. The valet drivers were also very friendly and helpful, and got the car quickly every time we needed it. Very strong chlorine smell in the basement near the pool. One elevator was broken the entire time I was there, and the functioning elevator moved quite slowly. I was also disappointed that there was no hotel bar, as the Hampton usually has complimentary happy hour in addition to the included breakfast. I erroneously assumed that the "complimentary beverage area" referred to on the website included a bar with happy hour.

Litt bedre på renhold bad, var endel rosa områder rundt ved toalettene(bakterier), airconditionen måtte slås av da de var for gamle og bråket fælt på natrten.

I liked having complimentary breakfast and dinnner, access to the pool and gym and the ability to cook in my room and open the windows. It was difficult for people phoning in to get through. Once my husband tried 4 times and kept being cut off. Also, the burner on the stove didn't work
The front desk staff worked to put us next to our children and grandchildren which we very much appreciated. They were efficient and warm: they gave an excellent first impression. The breakfast staff was also very helpful and generous. No valet parking. I realize that is likely not what this hotel offers, but my wife and I are older and it would have been nice to have had that service

The room was spacious, the view was nice, the location was great. I would recommend it to anyone that is going to downtown Baltimore, and it seemed to especially cater to families. We had to change our reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights which the staff did without charge. The carpet was very dirty near the sink, the closet door could not be closed once opened, the fitted sheets came off the mattress every night (so that by morning I was sleeping on a bare mattress) and one of the elements on the stove top was not connected to the stove.
The comfort and convenience were perfect for our needs. Having a living area and small kitchen allowed us to visit with family in a private space.
The room was plenty spacious for 4 adults. Did touristy things for the weekend and spent some time at nearby bars. Excellent stay, right price. No Complaints
Liked the fresh air from the patio door/small balcony on the 4th floor. We witnessed a VERY unfortunate conflict between some guests and the lifeguard and two managers. The guests were asked to leave the pool for reasons that were not clear other than the group had a lot of children and was probably bigger and more than the lifeguard felt she could manage. But it had all the markings of being racially motivated. The group was all African American. It too quickly escalated, in my opinion, and could have been handled better by the staff. Didn't like the strong cleaning smell.
The location was perfect for visiting the Inner Harbor's bars and restaurants. If that's the purpose of your trip, this is the hotel to book. It didn't come cheap, but in this case the location was worth it.
Allowing pets was a plus for us. She enjoyed her visit as much as we did.

Very pleasant staff. Very accomodating as well. This is not their fault, unless they failed to communicate to you, but there is no "buffet breakfast" even available at this hotel. They do not have a buffet breakfast. And hotels really need to stop touting "continental breakfast" as any kind of perk. A few danishes and coffee do not make for anything special.

fire alarm Saturday night and the fact we could not get back into our rooms for almost an hour because the elevators would not work and no stair access to 3rd floor. Very disappointed.

The location was great. I was able to see the Inner Harbor from my room window. It was walking distance to the National Aquarium, and many great restaurants and local sights. Parking is a little high, but the hotel validates so you can come and go as you please and don't have to worry about paying each time.
The doors to the bathroom were very small. Closet door was broken and hard to open. The refrigerator was in an awkward position.

Great Gym, great location, walking distance to everything. Easy to find free parking two or three blocks further into Little Italy. Front desk staff seemed a little pre-occupied with other things. They were nice and answered our questions but quick to get back to folding and stuffing letters, and whatnot. Also odd that the front desk was split between two hotels. No big complaint though.
The location of the hotel was the best part of the stay - within walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Fell's Point, and a reasonable distance to the ballpark - especially if you'd like to skip the drive/parking fees. The room was equipped with a Keurig, selection of K-cups and cream/sugar for those needing a quick caffeine fix. There's also a Starbucks located directly under the hotel. As expected with a hotel in a city, the room was on the small side. It was just big enough for a King bed and bathroom, with a very narrow hallway. The pillows were ridiculously small - barely bigger than a toss pillow which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
Staff was comforting and helped you find your way by making you feel very welcomed. Almost like staying with family. There was no stress of traveling. The location was perfect for our itinerary That we had to leave
