Pluming was a little bad . Slow draing tub . Low water pressure
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the Casa Monica. It is a great property in an excellent location. The hotel is getting a bit on the rundown side. Our sink faucet sprayed water all over the counter which was a little messy. But the charm and ambiance will make Casa Monica a hotel choice in the future. The hotel bar is very good and well staffed. The food there is great after a long day walking. The rooms are charming and the beds are very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor and the high ceiling and western view over the pool deck was very nice. Staff is first rate and the cleanliness is too notch. I know there are some renovations underway and I think some of the older features are being brought current. Just not a 5 star this time.
Rooms were beautiful and clean.
All staff we encountered were very welcoming and helpful, especially Meredith and Holly at the Front Desk, Ron at Valet Parking and our cleaning person.
very good location foe seeing the sights. The price was reasonable. Could not get to our room because of construction in the hall and rooms on both sides of our room. Power tools and lumber laying across the hall. Dust and dirt everywhere. We asked the woman at the desk when checking in to move us to a different part of the hotel. She said that she would be "happy to cancel our reservation and we could go somewhere else" I asked to speak to a manager and was told that was not possible, the head housekeeper did come out to say that the construction on the room next to us would end at 4PM that day, It did not. Reception, dinning room and bar was closed for renovations. A nearby room was turned into the breakfast room and a temporary reception area was placed in the back, and a portable bar was set up in the evening serving beer and wine. What kind of wine, we asked the server; Red and White. This type of customers service may just keep me from going to a Hilton in the future. Management just didn't care.
The Hilton Bayfront is an amazing hotel. The staff was awesome and our room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend it to everyone I know. It's location is absolutely perfect in the heart of the historic district. walking distance to almost everything.
The $24 parking + tip was an experience. Never stayed in a handicapped room before since I'm not handicapped. The $15 free continental breakfast + tip was superb.
The hotel is perfectly located in St. augustine right on the seafront. It is right in the middle of the old St. Augustine, so everything can be easily accessed by walking (5 min max). The rooms are clean and nice. WiFi fast and free. There are no views except for seaviews. St Augustine is a very beautiful city and sea view is not the best thing to see outside of a window here.
Room and great location Poor breakfast
Very little. Breakfast, Costly Valet Parking, very small room for $430 / per night, amenities in room similar to Motel 8 hotels. Definitely not a Hilton Hotel model I would be proud of.
It was located close to everything we wanted to see. We did not need to use our car. Restaurants, shopping, siteseeing
Not saying that room is haunted.... But definitely not saying it isn't.
The location and views were great. Parking is a bonus--we were able to leave our car and walk to most of the sites we were interested in seeing.
Everything about stay here was great. The rooms were updated and clean. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly, inelegant, and helpfull. Pay 14.00 dollars to park. They could just add that to the price and it would still be worth the stay. The fee is fair, it just felt like a hidden fee sort of thing.
I liked the location. The floors were dirty. Not sure if they moped. Also, it was very loud at night.
The staff was friendly, Early checkin which was nice. The room was smokey
Closeness to everything. Nice little hotel set close to lots of activities, food. Just great little place to stay. My 4th time staying here. I have No complaints.
Perfect location on the bay and within walking to all historic areas. Staff was wonderful. Even though it is on a busy road, near bars and restaurants, it was very quiet and relaxing in the room. I would definitely stay here again. The only two things that we inconvenient, was the parking and bathroom were very tight areas.
The waterfront view as well as the price. There is a trolley stop right out front and a delicious cafe in the corner. There is a bar behind the hotel that bumps their music until 2:30am on a week night that makes the room vibrate and makes sleeping unattainable. Front desk said it would stop before midnight, but it did not. The street behind the hotel is filled with loud drunks because of the bar, and the bathroom window opens to the street. We will not stay here ever again because of this. The music was so loud we could sing along with it.
Location No sleep! Disruptive beeping sound from laundry room that took four office visits at 7 am to address.
Great location, parking available No safe, breakfast, fitness center or elevator. Very poor construction of the building. Doors were not sealed and the walls were thin. So being on the first floor you could hear people at the bars right behind the hotel clear as day until 2 am. And the phones in the room didn't work (which they didn't mention) so you couldn't complain. Rooms were very humid, so bathing suits & towels stayed damp. And the floors were so dirty they turned your feet black.
We had our wedding reception at Old City House Inn. Juan and his crew were absolutely amazing and exceeded every expectation that we had. The Inn is a beautiful little place with an intimate and luxurious feel. The food is consistently incredible! Every item offered was delicious, perfect temperature, and fresh! Literally everybody who attended made comments that it was by far the "best" food they have had at a wedding. No complaints whatsoever! We are very thankful to Juan and the rest of the staff at Old City House for making our special day so amazing!
The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were attentive, and without being reminded remembered after our first morning that one of our party did not eat meat (and prepared subsequent breakfasts without meat).
The Palmbreeze room was clean and very comfortable. Nice decor. Friendly staff, easy check in and check out. Breakfast gave both of us a horrible stomach ache. We're normally not sensitive to any type of food nor do we have any food allergies.
Lovely place, quaint, breakfast room very nice with delicious food and 40's music, Chelsea and Katie are wonderful. We'd stay again. Also sweet cat lives there. My guy is a big guy. Shower a little tight for him. Shower soap too small. No box of tissues. Didn't get in the way of our enjoying the place.
Location. Only a block from City Trolley Pick up. Dialy breakfast was timely and very tasteful. no
it's not far from attractions, shopping, restaurants. It feels dated, a bit on the poor did, small.
Overall wonderful experience No complaints!
Very quaint, well furnished. Great management. Great bathtub!
Charming staff,Great location, and just an overall enjoyable experience. no
It is located in a perfect spot with walking access to shopping, the fort, and Ripley's. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we return.
It was right in the beginning of the town village. Close to everything an it was cozy. Nope

This hotel's staff have been extremely friendly, beyond helpful, they offer free continental breakfast, free wi-fi, discounted parking, elevator usage, and the room has that romantic feel. Not a thing.
Clean modern room with large comfortable bed. We did not like the. Tourist Disney quality of the town and HATED that the hotel had no parking and was scared taking out bags out on such a busy intersection. We would not stay there again.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location within walking distance of nearly everything. Rooms older. Very clean but very limited. Breakfast minimal more like a snack.
quaint hotel in the heart of everything we wanted to do... parking for hotel guest was over a block away... good thing it was not raining when we were there...
The location to what we wanted to do. Room could have been bigger for the price paid.
Open air shopping area was fun. location was perfect near bars, shops, water and the fort. Staying above the chocolate shop was too tempting. Also sugar hyped children ran up and down the steps. Fortunately they crashed early.
The room overlooked the old town shopping area and had great porches and rocking chairs. The staff was very friendly and came right out to unload the car and give us the parking pass for the garage. Our bags were immediately taken to the room.
Very friendly and helpful staff Noise from nearby tour buses
