Clean, luxurious, spacious room. Quiet calm. Good, reasonably- priced room service. Friendly and helpful staff. Efficient service. The "hotel hoppa" bus was crowded and I waited a long time for it at terminal 2. It was a heavy-travel day, and not the hotel's fault, though certainly they could influence the service. Additional buses on days like Easter Monday would be a big help.
Location was great. Close to airport and easy access to London underground for travel into London.
Overall very nice hotel with good rooms, helpful staff, and restaurant options. It is a little far from central London and took about an hour on the tube to get to the attractions.
I need back my $ Back $ pls
Initial receptionist was very friendly and efficient with check in. Concierge failed to tell us about the free double decker bus to airport. Another worker told us.
Rooms are good quiet clean value for the money. The restaurants, particularly the bar, could really use improvement. Food not very good. Bar food has gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be better.
High quality bedding Room was next to ground floor lifts, very noisy at night
Easy to access to and from Heathrow. Rooms are sound proof so you don't hear the planes all night. The staff are very helpful and polite.
The hotel is close to the airport and is therefore positioned for a last-day stay in the UK. As others have mentioned, the hotel is distinctive and, within the parameters of a franchise hotel, classy. After days of staying in serviceable but well-worn B&Bs, this was a real treat. A tip on transfers to/from Heathrow: while the Hotel Hoppa serves the Ren. Blu,, so do public busses, which are, at that point, free (the Hoppa is not). The London busses depart from the central bus facility at Heathrow, ideal for domestic arrivals. The Hoppa can take you to Terminal 2, convenient for US flights. We used this combo and saved a whole lot of walking with luggage. Like many hotels of its size, the Ren. Blu. schedules large events (there were two huge wedding receptions while we were there). If you don't like masses of people in the public spaces around the lobby, you might be furstrated. I have to say, though, that, once upstairs, the revelers were invisible and inaudible.
The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle. Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
Food was excellent. Great location near the airport When attempting to return to my room late at night, the doors and turns got a little confusing.
I booked a room four days in advanced and upon my arrival I was refused to stay in the hotel. I was told that they do not have vacant rooms. I was sent to another hotel instead. The Radisson Blue did not provide any explanation or advance notice. They told me that the manager would contact me to provide explanation and discuss compensation. It's been a week, but nobody has contacted me so far. I consider it unacceptable to turn away customers in this manner, without any advance notice or explanation, especially by the hotel that praises itself with excellent hospitality experience. I will not consider staying in this hotel again.
Lav pris og beliggenheten passet meg bra. Det er kun 15 minutters gange til kontoret.
Hyggelig personale, greie rom
Luftige rom. Bra service under matservering.
This is a hotel for Heathrow travellers, NOT London travellers, if you know what I mean. In and out of Heathrow. If planning to stay in London to see the city for a few days, this is a poor choice due to the excessive amount of time required to get to the city center.
Reception Staff (Rebecca and Natalie) were exeptionally professional, helpful and friendly. Desk top needed a wipe. Air condtion unit smelled.
It was easy to get to and suitable for us near Southall the banging of the doors during the night, the room got very hot during the night and the AC failed
Combination of location to Heathrow and the room rate plus free car park. Shopping Centre across the road good for light snacks. Restaurant next door is a good mix as well; it was also the location for the included breakfast. Price of internet access too involved and costly when a short period only required.
friendliness and helpfulness of staff....good clean hotel that suited my requirements... just wanted to sleep so didnt find any...
Excellent hotel very clean staff very friendly. Food in ajoining pub very nice
The hotel was clean, staff friendly, as described on the booking Had to pay for Wi-fi which is normally free at most hotels
Cleanliness & helpfulness of staff Would have liked more precise details of the different hotels in Hayes area when booking on line. I booked for Hayes, when in fact the one I wanted is classified as m4j4.
it was clean, the staff were friendly and pleasant. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable ! The only thing missing was a fridge in the room :)otherwise great
I appreciated the size of the room, for a single it was adequate and the en-suit was nice as well. The check in/ arrival was very peculiar. You had to phone someone, get a key from under a ledge for the front door, then find your own room... I saw no one until breakfast the next morning. Any questions I may have had could not be answered as no one was around. This was the same both nights. Not very good hospitality, yet, when staff were around they were friendly! If you are new to this area, I would not recommend this hotel as you would feel very lost!!
Location to Heathrow was excellent- plenty of choice to eat on evening in local areas. A hairdryer wa advertised but 1 was not in either rrom booked - we were able to get 1 from staff on morning but if we had needed 1 on evening I am not sure we could have obtained 1.. Shower door was broken in room2 and when staff told tghey were already aware.
Quiet environment that makes guests feel at home
Everything good except could not connect to internet. Some distance to walk to train for central London (Paddington station).
A nice simple breakfast at a time to suit you.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The willow guest house is close to Heathrow airport.
It was in great proximity to Heathrow. This is not a hotel or even a B&B, instead it is a house that leaves multiple keys hidden and is a home that 10 - 15 young workmen call home during the week while working away from their real homes elsewhere. We just didn't feel very safe staying here and heard ambulances and police sirens for hours on end. If I had it to do again I would not choose to stay here again.
Almost everything, except for the things written below. There was hardly any staff during our days there, wich was quite unwelcoming. And our heater didn't work so it was very cold at our room.
Good breakfast, friendly and helpful proprietor, convenient location - a short bus and tube ride to Wembley Stadium or London centre.
Nice staff, comfortable rooms and clean bathroom Too noisy in the morning (walls are slim)
Location and friendly staff. The hotel was very dirty.
I like it's location for easy access to Hayes & Harlington Station which enable's you to get to London,Also Heathrow is just a 3 mile bus ride away. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired my idea of an English Breakfast includes bacon.
good service, quiet location
The reception was very helpful and welcoming. The neighbourhood between the hotel and the train station was very intimidating.
Having spoken to the new owner who took charge in January, we think the hotel will be really nice when all the work has been completed.
Proximity to the airport. The room was dirty, bed was old, pillows were no doubt full of dust mites, and the neighborhood was dirty and run down. Boarded up buildings and trash everywhere.
The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us to hang around in the lounge all day after we checked out. Made it easy for us. Thanks!
well it was cheap and clean room was very small.. cats would have problems swing mice around... well you get the idea... no towels in the room, had to ask and no mike for the coffee again had to ask felt it was a big favour that they let me have some, oh and the beds are covered in a plastic sheet-not good !
1. The room was freezing cold on arrival, and it need not have been, as the hotel heating system was ok. The staff had simply neglected to prepare the room for our arrival, the radiators in the room only required switching on one hour before we arrived and all would have been much better. 2. Car parking facilities were poor and information was inadequate .
Breakfast was included Location- too far from Heathrow, a cab ride was GBP38, nearly equal the cost of the hotel. The hotel has a cheaper arrangement with a local driver, for GBP10, I wish we had known.
Spacious well equiped comfortable apartment perfect location for heathrow airport, stayed twice now and will again if available, highly recommendable. Signage to the automatic gates is not clear or not evident. You don't know how close to go to the gates to make them operate.
Very quiet even though it is close to the airport and busy roads. Some sawdust from workmen on the floor which I quickly cleared up with the dustpan provided. If work is being done in a room it should be checked afterwards.
convenience, close to airport. staff was very accomodating. price sofa bed very uncomfortable
Terrific location, very clean, polite and helpful staff on arrival, kitchen well kitted out. apartments were small, sofa bed lumpy - really only suitable for one adult. Sitting areas rather small when sofa bed is extended.
clean, location to heathrow, facilities sofa bed in lounge for our son did not have enough warm blankets
Close proximity to Heathrow Airport and the Underground into Central London. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Free bus transport to the Underground station. Bus stop is across the street from the apartments, not too far to walk to after a huge shopping trip! Very clean and spacious rooms. The pull out bed has already been set up for the kids which was one less thing we had to do after a long day of walking. A little on the pricey side.
I found the service to be very good. Since I booked on Hotels.com the rate was great for the accommodations. I have stayed with you a few years ago and liked it then too. Great to have a good kitchen! Sofa bed was a sofa bed......but I slept okay on it. The safe in the room was a bit funny since anyone could pick it up and carry it away. Also would have liked other art work on the walls. Not my cup of tea.
we were only staying one night prior to flying home, great location for car drop off and ease of access to airport, rooms very quiet, easy to drive into city no
Easy to find and quiet
Very comfortable bed. The studio was well designed and it was great to be able to cook myself a meal and eat comfortably in my room rather than eat alone in a restaurant. Beautiful accommodation and facilities were marred by inadequate maintenance. The faults were, however, minor.
