Middle of all that we needed. Can walk to just about anywhere from the hotel. Friendly staff and if we had known how nice the pool was going to be then we would have brought our swimsuits. They were doing construction during our stay. The walls are really thin and we could hear the plumbing at all hours

Lobby is what you would expect for a 4 star Lobby. The pool area looked very nice. Once you get past the lobby, the halls, elevators and rooms are in desperate need of updating. Parking was advertised as included and then I was charge $20 per day.
The workout room was nice and clean.
Location and price. We requested 2 beds and a pull out or cot on this website. We were told that that set up was a fire hazard and no room in that hotel was set up like the one we requested. We were given the "hospitality suite" which consisted of a bed that pulled down from the wall, a pull out couch, and a cot they had to roll in. There were no actual beds.
I like the lobby area, the front desk personnel were great. I was able to checkin before assigned time given I enjoyed the pool area. Great location, center of downtown, walking distance to everything. The room were nice, I slept comfortable, the bed were inviting. The parking was ridiculous.They should not have been a charge for this.
Rooom was clean and comfortable Getting to the room was very odd, we had to walk around the entire building! You could not get there from here, If your out to get your steps, stay here! They were under construction, so I assume that they will be fixing this problem! But STAFF was Great!
Very nice, clean, and convenient. Way too expensive. Their green housekeeping program was confusing. Food at the hotel was also outrageously priced for quantity and quality of the food.

The Hotel while a Ritz Carlton also has a boutique feel, the rooms are exceptional in function and style. All of the staff that I interacted with were warm and friendly There was nothing I did not like
I mistakenly booked a reservation here and called 10 mins later to cancel. I was told on the phone that I would not be charged anything for the cancellation but was charged $224 for not staying there. I understand cancellation fees but don't make promises you won't keep.
The staff at the hotel was without question second to none. I travel over 200 nights per year so I have a bit of hotel experience. The traffic at the front was a bit much, but the Valets manage it extremely well. The Valets are the best I have ever seen.

The staff tried to be helpful in spite of giving incorrect info twice while I was there - which exit to get off the marta and where to stand for the Expo bus (which the concierge actually walked me to the area which was incorrect). The hotel was quite dated and the bedding was awful. My back hurt for two days after sleeping on the substandard beds. The pillows were too flat for just one and too high for two - feathers. In the bathroom there weren't any vents and you could hear everything from the room upstairs - yikes!
The hotel was very nice. The staff was awesome. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a 21 dollar fee to park in the parking garage. We were not told this prior to making our reservations, so we were not prepared to have to pay $21 to park our car. Also, our room key did not work 2 times. I had to have it reactivated.

I had recently registered for the Hilton Loyalty scheme. Check in guy was efficient and very welcoming, I was upgraded to an Executive Suite, free brakfast and evening snack buffet, etc. Was allocated a great room with great views. Apart from the excellent check-in, my other experiences at the front desk were poor. Waited 15 minutes to check out,and staff and processes were slow.

The staff, rooms & restaurant were very good. Inability to get a late checkout. Everyone referring to me as "oh, that's Booking.com". My travel was changed due to weather (flight). I was charged for nights I did not stay.

Very modern and clean! Really enjoyed my stay there! I did not like that the hotel charged me $126.00 to park my vehicle for a 2 night stay. I was not informed of this charge until check out.
Comfortable bed , I was upgraded to a king and also put up on a higher floor by request. The view from the tower is no view at all just down town traffic and noise. Also the walls are thin, I could here others toilet flush and door closings.
Excellent front desk and bell staff. Plenty of rooms for early check-in. Room balcony doors actually open so you can get a breeze and see the city. Excellent location for getting all around the city. The interactive TV menu is cumbersome, the mouse on the remote is crap and takes like a million spins to get anything done. Its just not very usable sometimes.

Location and the people are awesome. Small room. Didn't have a King that I requested. Got 2 doubles. Typical over - expensive food and beverage that you have to stand in massive lines for.
Computer downtime meant manual check-in system with pen and paper. They had all hands on deck and handed out vouchers to guests in long line, served drinks (alcoholic included) at no charge, and walked you to your room. Overnight parking was very pricey (I think $35/day).
Great meeting hotel, with the best and friendliest staff anywhere. Really good lunch options are in the contacted food court.
A comfortable but small room in the heart of Atlanta. Rooms are nicely appointed--fine for business travelers or couples needing to head into the city. Great location. It's an older property with smaller rooms--that being said, the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Not a lot of frills, that I could see, but certainly a comfortable place to stay.

Easy to get to using MARTA. No need to rent a car or get a cab from airport. We were able to walk to Centennial park. Staff was friendly and helpful. They had dollar wine cocktail hour. The carpet in room needs changing. Fourth floor can be loud

Location: was accessible to the locations I was in Atlanta for. Staff were very inattentive. Door man just sat on a bench on his phone, never once opening a door, receptionists were unable to find packages I had had shipped there. Food was across the board poor: paper shreds in my granola, green eggs in my cob salad, incorrect sides came with my room service. Cleanliness: in the room walls were scuffed, their was just smutz on everything! Like the lamp, countertops, etc. I was expecting a 4 star experience like was advertised but I would have been better off staying at a cheaper chain.
Location was great. The decor was nice. The staff were helpful. The rooms are small for a family. Parking is tough and best to valet.
Clean room, comfy bed Noisy (street noise + doors in hallway). Restaurant is terrible, don't waste your money. Gym is small but acceptable if all you need is a treadmill or elliptical---bring your device because all tvs broken in some way.
This was my third times staying here. It is always clean and the staff from the front desk to valet are all helpful and down to earth. It is close to everything I usually come to Atlanta for. It's within walking distance to the Georgia Dome for Falcons games, the aquarium, Coca Cola World and the Tabernacle that we see a lot of concerts at. My only compliant is it seems I can never get the room cool enough.

The hotel is probably the best in Atlanta. Especially if this is your first visit. It's pretty cool because you can go on the 72nd floor and see the entire city. Well the parking was terrible. We were really disappointed. We decided to self park vs valet, grabbed a ticket.. This parking garage is so tiny. We drove around looking for parking, ended up on the top floor. No parking. So we had to leave the parking garage. Paid money to drive around looking for a spot. We ended up Valeting. The next day we checked out, and came to find a note on our truck that another car hit our truck and ran. Good thing a couple saw and left their car info. Basically the parking is the worst part.
The shower was nasty. Hairs in the shower and around drain. There wasn't enough towels.
TL,DR; List: - Clean and modern - Awesome view - Two blocks from Centennial Park and all the attractions there (Aquarium, Coke museum, etc) - The staff was pretty awesome and very friendly We were there for only two nights for a concert that was in the park, so the location was the entire reason I chose the hotel. The room was a tad small, but well maintained and modernly furnished. I wish they had glass doors in the shower instead of a tub and a curtain, as I have 3 kids that don't know how to keep the curtain in the tub and thus the water not all over the bathroom floor. There were a LOT of places to eat around the hotel, but most were either SUPER pricey or not opened on the weekend as the most likely catered to the business crowd. There is an underground mall that we found had a pizza joint and a chinese place opened. Waffle House is also a couple blocks away, and on your way to the park. We also walked over to The Varsity for lunch so the kids could experience it. It was about a 20min walk each way. Other immediate eateries I saw: Hooters (across the street, open till midnight), Hard Rock Cafe (also across the street), some brazillian steakhouse that looked AMAZING, a fish place named Ray's that looked pretty pricey, several bar-and-grill type places, and some cozy little place a block down that had a cute name that had southern food. Parking was crazy. My GPS took me to the smaller entrance, so I wasn't aware there was self-parking right at the hotel. It was $22 per day to self-park, but I ended up where the guard pointed me towards a block away for $20 a day. I would have rather paid the extra $2 a day and had the car in a more convenient location. Since we were just there a couple days, and had no intention of going anywhere in the car, the only benefit would have been packing our stuff into the car and taking off without having to walk through the city with all our luggage. The pool was a bit interesting. I loved the fact that it was inside, so even though it was raining all weekend, the kids and I were able to take a dip. It's a strange little pool, not concrete but rather some sort of plastic insert. The biggest let down was that we did not see a hot tub. Nothing better to relax after standing for a 4hr concert in the park than to relax in the hot tub. Also, to get to the pool (and the workout room), you have to go to the 9th floor, then over to another elevator off to the side, then up to the 11th floor. Seemed very strange, but I guess they may have added the pool later. Lastly, we found out the last day that you can go up to the tippy-top floor, where they have some observation decks setup. We got all excited, since the hotel is like 70+ floors, and we were told you can see several states away. However, we found out that it isn't opened until like 3pm, and being out last day and having a 8hr drive back home ahead of us, we were not able to actually go up there. Oh well, maybe next time. TL,DR; List: - No free wifi in the room - Parking is a mess, and valete is pricey - There are a few restaurants in the immediate couple of blocks, but most of the cheaper options were not open on Sat or Sun (not the hotel's fault, I know) - Most of the channels on the TV were not in HD or were VERY fuzzy - Pool is strange to get to, and no hot tub

I loved how accommodating and welcoming they are for pets. The cost of the room based on the size. Was expecting something much bigger for the cost of the room.

The Westin Peachtree was a lovely hotel; we would definitely stay there again. My only complaint was that we went to the bar for some late night snacks/drinks and it took an incredibly long time for us to be served. The food took an hour and we only ordered a quesadilla! Granted they were busy, but I think they should've been able to handle the crowd since they are a well-established facility. There was no manager there to address the issue. That being said, we also ate breakfast there the next morning and the service was very prompt. Overall the hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable.
Incredible views. Within walking distance of almost everything Atlanta has to offer. Friendly staff, quick to respond to any requests at any time of the day/night. Our AC unit lost power at 11pm, they had it working by 11:30pm. ORDER A DRINK at the bar on the 73rd floor and then sit back and relax while the room rotates, giving you the best view of every part of the city. Worth the money. Only complaint - the beds in the double queen rooms are small, and do not comfortably sleep two adults.
Close to all I needed, amenities were complete Noise, heard next room talking till 3 am.

it was a nice room and pool. no where to park except down the street at midnight in downtown atlanta with my daughter. we first sat for 45 minutes to get into the mariott only to find out they had no parking because it was full and so we had to go down the street park in a parking garage, and walk back two blocks with our luggage at midnight. I will next year stay someplace that offers more to there guests. I was disappointed also in the staff very unhelpful, I just was not impressed at all with what I got for my money

I like being close to the Atlanta area. I like the building architecture and the modern furniture. After getting our key room, the reception attendant was not too clear about our floor number or room number, so we got of course in the wrong elevator (I had all the bags and three small kids). It was a little frustrating I wished more hospitality and clarity for our first time there... Then the next day the alarm clock in the next room to ours started beeping at 5am with no one there to turn it off. I had to call the guest services to ask for someone to turn it off. Of course all the kids I had sleeping with me woke up at 5am!!! not the way you want to sleep at a 5 star hotel!
Big hotel. Accommodated my early arrival. False alarm went off at 5:30am, waking all guests. It was not resolved until about 20 mins later.

Exactly what I needed for my business trip. The only thing that could have been better was the internet. I paid for the extra fast connection and it was sometimes plenty fast but other times wouldn't take several minutes to load even basic pages.

The geographical location, being close to many turistical attractions. Very close to the highway. Some rooms are quite noisy all the time.
The front desk receptionist was knowledgable and friendly. Checked in st 5PM and room was not ready, but this was due to the influx of people leaving the motel due to Hurricane Matthew.
The location of the motel 6 was nice. It's walking distance to many things in downtown atlanta. The staff was horrible. They were extremely rude and were even hesitant to give us extra towles. I will not stay here again, especially since I can Priceline a nice hotel for even cheaper! The hotel rooms are also very small like a tiny dorm room.

It is fantastically well located, 2 blocks from Marta station and from Centennial parrk, and the hotel is nice. The breakfast is not very good , not "continental" one but mostly american.
I liked that when I put that "do not disturb" sign on my door for my entire stay.....they left me alone! I've stayed in some places that totally ignore the sign. Also....Hampton Inn & Suites has THE BEST BED AND PILLOWS EVER!!!

You can't beat the location. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Cute room layout. Free cookies, coffee/tea, and fruit-infused water at front desk. Good free breakfast. During breakfast, the manager even walked around to all the tables and asked how everyone's stay was. He was very personable, as was all the staff. Excellent customer service. Overall incredible value. Hamptons seem to be really stepping up their game lately. The TV didn't work the morning of our checkout. Also, you have to pay for parking, but it's honesty not really a negative because you'd have to pay for parking anyway to do any downtown Atlanta activities.
The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and helpful. The unexpected social hour the evening we arrived was a nice surprise. The valet, Lonnie, was very helpful with directions getting around the city. Everyone was accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned that each guest was happy and taken care of. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. For a queen size, it seemed a bit small. Upgrading the mattresses in this location would take it to the next level of comfort.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was very good with a great assortment. Even though I didn't need it, the kitchenette was super nice and well equipped. Location! We arrived at 12:30 AM. Circled the block for over an hour trying to find the hotel. Stopped at three other hotels that didn't know where it was either. Finally saw the marquis high on the building. There was construction around the front entrance and absolutely no identifying signs at street level.

The hotel is located at the heart of Atlanta, within a walking distance (10 minutes) from the Atlanta Aquarium, New World of Coca-Cola and cnn headquarter. It's a good alternative for pricy hotels of the downtown district. The huge advantage of this place is breakfast, wifi and the 3-miles radius shuttle included in the price. It means easy access even to more distant attractions like High Museum of Art (really woth seeing) or galleries at the Atlanta Station. very comfortable beds. Highly recommended. Depending on the room location, you can end up with a nice panorama of Atlanta or a concrete wall, which was my case. But after all, it may happen in any hotel, and the room is basically for sleeping, and not admiring views :-)
The crews are very kind. The breakfast can be carried out for eating in the room. The location is very good that 5 min to the metro station. The content of breakfast is a little bit simple. No much option is obtained. I wish I can have ham, eggs, and cheese.

Had a really great stay here for a conference: very comfy bed, big and clean room, nice free breakfast, 24h meals available, free wifi. Short public transport ride away (walkable) from mid town and pretty close to downtown sites. Bathroom was a bit small but this wasn't really an issue.

Very comfortable beds, very clean, nice breakfast. Parking wasn't the greatest although at least they had off street parking in an enclosure for safety, at a price. When you walk out the hotel gate you meet immediately with street people asking for money.
Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Nice to have breakfast available. Tea at the end of the day was relaxing. Enjoyed the large TV and opportunity to rent a recent movie while relaxing in our room.
Room was very dusty! Bathroom fixtures were all loose. Bathtub did not drain properly. Room door was coming off the hinges.

The proximity of the hotel to major tourist attractions is great. Easy walking distance to the them all. The hotel was looked worn and rather unclean. The rooms were cramped. My TV did not work. After 3 attempts by the staff to make it right (and two comps on my bill) they move us to a different room. The staff did everything on their power to make it right for us, but I think they were handicapped by the facilities and resources available to them. Hilton needs to make an investment in this facility!
