Nice beds, large room. Nice pool, good breakfast. Housekeeping banging on our door at 8:00am on the day of check out. They knew we would be out by 11... Why wake us up?
Great room with awesome breakfast
Booked my room through Kayak. When I arrived the front desk gave me a rate significantly higher than what I had already paid through Kayak. When I brought that to the attention of the hotel staff they did not even try to solve the problem. The employee said I would have to contact Kayak. Kayak was wonderful and informed me they would contact the hotel to resolve the issue which they did. It turns out the hotel employee checked me in as someone else with the same last name. His excuse was he saw the first name was wrong but assumed my wife was in the car. Asked for a high floor and got a room on the back of the hotel on first floor with a barking dog and loud screaming kids in the next room. The neighborhood did not seem safe. I understand people make mistakes but at least try to solve the problem particularly when the mistake was yours.
Clean, friendly, comfortable and great breakfast buffet. Would stay again in the future
I was horribly misled by a previous review, which had led me to think this motel had been remodeled, etc., and would be a good value for my hard-earned money. Upon check-in, I did find the desk clerk to be efficient and friendly... Unfortunately, soon I opened the door to a claustrophobically-tiny, HORRIBLY FILTHY room. There was some sort of biological residue on the outside of the restroom wastebasket (no, I don't know what it was, but I do have pictures), and human hairs in several places. As I'd spent most of my first day enjoying my visit with family and did not return to this Petri dish of who-knows-what of a room, I did stay one night. Not saying I slept, as the bed was UNBELIEVABLY uncomfortable!! When I tried to change to a different--CLEAN--motel, I was told my money would NOT be refunded. I could change to a different room, if I wanted... NOT!!! Suffice it to say, if you value cleanliness at all, choose a different motel!!!
The room was nice and clean and had been recently remodeled. It was exactly what I nedded for my stay.
A place to sleep. That was all. Thought the online listing said queen bed. Was a small double. VERY small room. Price was considerable hight than motel's normal price. Coffee for breakfast was really really bad.
Staff was excellent and very accommodating. The bathroom was TINY, one of the smallest I've ever seen.
The brunch bar pleased all 4 of us and we have very different tastes-nice sitting area to visit in. Loved every minute.
The heater in the room was so very loud we had to sleep with no heat. The hot tub was not working and the water in it was cold. When we got there..we got checked in..I went upstairs with my sleeping baby to lay her down and our room was dirty still. Had to wait till it got cleaned. Not the best stay. My other family stayed at the Hilton and it was great for them...next time I too will be at the Hilton.
Breakfast was pretty good but the breakfast area was small and congested. We arrived later than expected and it was nice that the pool was open until 11 pm. Dirty carpet and shabby decor. Pictures don't show an accurate representation of the hotel... our room didnt look anything like the photo. Bathroom wasn't clean when we checked in, broken window screen, found toenail clippings on the floor and hair in the shower.
The room was clean. The door's peep hole was just a hole in the door and was covered with a bandage for privacy. The deadbolt was missing....safety was NOT a priority and I will not be staying in a days inn again. The manager should have given us two king beds but we received a king and queen/double.....he refused to give us what we paid for. The front desk man was rude.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast was minimal compared to other comparable hotels and the price was higher than normal because of an event in town.
The location is great and it's a nice place to sleep. The water pressure could be higher and the shower heads taller.
A decent room for a decent price. The person I checked in with was rather rude, but otherwise from that, they had decent folks. The breakfast was so-so. Toast, cereal, juice... That type of thing.
Everything worked but it wasn't anything special Breakfast was average. No pool.
The staff was nice. No alarm clock in the room. The WiFi password changed but we weren't told it would be changed. I could feel the springs in the mattress poking my back. I heard the people next door in the bathroom and word for word conversations.
Easy access from freeway, close (but not walking distance) to town. Staff was helpful when asked about places to eat/drink. Rooms are dark and only middling clean. Gives the impression of an old college dorm. No breakfast at all - not even fruit or doughnuts - included in the not so low room price.
Room was clean, beds were fine. Pool had tepid water; no microwave or refrigerator in room; exercise room has a decent treadmill.
Room was clean No way to control temperature No electrical outlets in bathroom Bathroom not really very functional
The restaurant was nice, but did not serve lunch or breakfast as advertised Our room was a cross from the railroad station ...trains going by not so bad, but changing cars all night long was disruptive. No outlets in the room for laptops. A coffee pot was provided but you had to dangle it over the sink to plug in the cord. This motel advertised the largest indoorpool in Sherridan, but did not state the pool is closed for renovations. Very disappointed will never stay there again.
The room was very nice - laid out in an inviting manor. Comfortable and relaxing. It is across from the back of a walmart and faces the freeway on the other side. This is the only drawback for an excellent hotel.
They say they will clean the room once a week. They don't do it that often or that well. We stayed 18 days and had made a deal on the room rate with the sales manager. She didn't stick by our agreement and charged full price. For the price you are paying it's much better to stay in a room that gets cleaned daily.
I was supposed to stay here for several weeks, and I had a reservation. The first thing I noticed was that when I told the desk clerk I had a reservation she didn't even ask my name, as if they didn't have any reservations at all. \n \nAs I was inspecting the room, as I always do when I stay in a hotel, I noticed that an outlet behind the refridgerator was hanging out of the wall with the wires exposed, which, in my mind, was a fire hazard, but didn't really worry about it until the next incident. \n \nWhat happened next made me leave immediately. As I was watching TV, about 9:30 pm, I heard banging on my door. Of course I didn't answer it, but it scared the wits out of me since I am female and traveling alone. I then made reservations at another hotel. \n \nI went to the front desk to inform them I was not staying there any longer because of the exposed wire and my own safety. The clerk didn't know what to do, and she called someone on the phone, speaking in a language I didn't unders...
The room layout The price, the gym, the AC/Heating unit was terrible. No matter what the thermostat was set to, the unit would constantly kick on and off. There was no way turn it off for good. Even if the T-stat was off, the damn unit ran when it wanted to. Junk.
Staff was friendly, room was large and comfortable, you can't get a better room for the price we paid. If you were expecting more then you need to pay more. It's a perfect place to stay if you're passing through. I mean, come on. It's not the Hilton, but I didn't pay for the Hilton. I don't really have any complaints.
