Ulemper: Da vi ankom satt det en sur grinete, lite venlig mann bak ved et bord. Hotellets inngangsparti var lekker, men ellers er hotellet veldig slitt. Særlig gangene, under teppene var det veldig ujevn, ikke bra med rullator her.

Fordeler: Sentral beliggenhet, med gangavstand til alle severdighetene. Rikholdig frokost med mange lokale spesialiteter, og egen kokk som tilberedte omeletter o.l. på bestilling. Stort rom med bred og behagelig seng, og alt ønskelig utstyr. Og i motsetning til mange andre hoteller fungerte alt som det skulle. Kanskje ikke noe designhotell, men det er godt vedlikeholdt. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale.

Fordeler: The staff on front desk very polite and helpful if you need anything . Free water and ice machine a nice touch as well as coffee and pastries. Breakfast was very good and the hotel is in a great location.
Ulemper: We had stayed here 5 years ago and had loved it . The room we had this time had been up dated but it was quite drab dark green unit that looked like a trailer unit. The bathroom had a good shower but it leaked all over the floor. The large basin had no plug !!!. All for not wasting plastic but a 4 star hotel that you have to ask for shower gel !!. The bar tender was mostly missing ,you could buzz him and he would wonder in as if he was doing you a favour.

Fordeler: Excellent stay, high-end facilities. Staff warm and welcoming and the room was spacious. Bed was comfortable and sheets was of high quality. Balcony was an added bonus. No noise from corridor as the room had an inner door. Facilities in reception offered water, warm drinks and pastries free of charge. Overall would highly recommend.

Ulemper: Vi fikk beskjed å vente 15 min til rommet var klart. Etter en time etterlyste vi rommet og og fikk det tildelt umiddelbart. Vi var tydeligvis blitt glemt. Deretter fikk vi problemer med dørlåsen. En ansatt bekreftet at noe var feilt, men fikk etter noen forsøk åpnet døren. 25 € er dyrt for en frokost.

Fordeler: The lobby and room were great and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Although I’m not keen on driving through the historic city and the narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter to get there, it is doable. The staff parked the car for me when we got there in their garage and it’s it’s easy to get out onto the main roads when departing. There are a few good restaurants right there and the main attractions are close by.

Fordeler: Nice modern rooms. Nice breakfast. So good with the parking on site and that we were aloud to have the car in the garage to 4 o clock the second day. Lovely pool and rooftop bar. Nice receptionarea. Would absolutely stay again.
Ulemper: No view from the room but really did not matter as we were hardly in our room except to sleep. A few hairs in the shower but overall it felt very clean.

Fordeler: The hotel provides par excellence service with a smile, and it's newly remodeled so everything is up to high functional standards with high speed internet and attractive wooden floors. You can easily book side trips or events that they'll arrange. There's breakfast buffet or a low cost option of coffee with toast. The neighborhood is family orientated, so you can walk and relax without the intense tourist crowd. GREAT deal! You walk over the beautiful bridge to get to the main tourist strips which are close. btw: I took the trip to Jerez and Cadiz and recommend. Also, the lobby has some popular seats that look like women's high heels.

Fordeler: The room was very clean and roomy, and the beds were comfortable. My family loved the power shower especially after a long day out.The room was equipped with a nice ceramic kettle to make our tea and we had everything we needed. The hotel is at an excellent location to the main attractions with tram stops, taxi rank and plenty of food and bars nearby. It was an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Ulemper: The room was very hot and I couldnt sleep. At the hotel some rooms dont have a window that opens to street. They dont have AC at the rooms as well. I asked to change my room. The new room temperature was ok.

Fordeler: There were many good food options nearby (Michelin one evening) and easy walk to many of the sights and Segway tours (that we would highly recommend!) They had eco friendly bath amenities too! But this also meant that they didn’t replace other amenities (like cotton wool) when we stayed there 3 nights.
Ulemper: The shower area was supposed to be handicap able but it meant that the floor would be wet easily. Even the laminate outside the toilet must have water seepage Bec it was ready to pop out. So you had to shower very carefully. They had this cool hydro jet function but we couldn’t use it because the whole toilet would be wet

Fordeler: Great one night stay. Accommodation was very reasonably priced and there wasn’t any charge for a dog. Parking is expensive but that’s to be expected considering it’s city centre location. I thought breakfast at €17 each was too expensive so we ate in a cafe/bar just nearby for a fraction of the price.

Fordeler: This property is situated in a fantastic location within the old town. It’s only a few minutes walk away from all the key sites. Rooms were clean and the bathroom amenities were delightful.
Ulemper: The rooms are slightly on the smaller size and seemed stuffy at times. It was also quite loud. But, the location more than makes up for it.

Fordeler: Jeg hadde utsikt, første gang på denne turen ! Beliggenheten var svært god, kort vei til shopping og seeverdigheter. Hotellet er ett lite palass og det ønsket jeg.
Ulemper: Måtte bære kofferten opp trapper til rommet. Dusjen flommet over ut på gulvet, måtte gå over gangen til toalettet og vasken. Sengen var stor og komfortabel, men det var trangt på rommet.

Fordeler: The location, was fantastic, close to everything. The roof terrace was an added bonus. Fatima who checked us in, was friendly, thorough and gave great recommendations. The interior finish was good. I loved the, the good quality sheets and comfy bed. We saw the cleaners on the way out, they were friendly and polite. We'd love to visit again.

Fordeler: What we liked best was 1. the location, 2. the home was stocked with everything we needed, 3. AC and WIFI worked great. Very comfortable if you want a two bedroom as each bedroom is on its own floor! Host left us a bottle of champagne and gave us a wonderful overview of the city. Laundry facilities were convenient - while there was not a dryer, our hostess told us in Seville you don't need one as everything dries in one hour...and she was right. They have a nice drying rack and we hung the clothes out and everything dried. Rooftop sitting area was nice for evening. Overall, great place!

Fordeler: The location was perfect, right in the centre of town. Fatima was a wonderful host. Met us on arrival and told us all about the city and the apartment. The apartment itself was beautiful with a lovely terrace. We spent a lot of time out there in the mornings and evenings. It was an amazing stay.

Fordeler: Outstanding two-story apartment with amazing terrace. The elevator goes directly to the flat. The apartment was very clear and well equipped. There are two bedrooms, each with bathroom. Very comfortable beds. It is the very centre of the city (old city). Check in was easy and friendly - thank you Bettina! Contact was great. We have also booked parking earlier nearby the apartment. Sevilla is beatutiful - must See! We recommend this place to everybody!

Fordeler: The location is a historic: Its a fortress that turned into a castle and turned into a "cortijo" that dates back to the 1100's. The property has been in the family that runs the place for a long time (hundreds of years), so there's some good stories and some very old original museum quality paintings which remain on display. Its is quiet, beautiful, and just outside of Sevilla. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very hospitable. From providing what you need to play crocket, directions, and tapas & drinks at the end of the day: All on the house! Would definitely recommend to friends.

Fordeler: Amazing estate, gardens were beautiful, the place is like a small castle, with tunnels and towers which our little one really enjoyed. The pool is beautiful & quiet, surrounded by greenery and (on request) with wine served to your sunbed. I think what I enjoyed the most apart from the character & beauty of the place was how personable the hosts were and flexible. No stupid ludicrous rules about anything. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. It felt like we had a whole holiday. Thanks Patricia & all the staff. Just lovely.

Fordeler: Great experience, with a team doing their best to please us. My parents got a room on first floor and when asking on the following day whether they could have another room at groundfloor level, this was done immediately! Place is beautiful, swimming-pool so nice, you reach sevilla within 25mn and the airport within 15mn. Definitely a relevant base camp to visit sevilla

Fordeler: A most spectacular example of a beautiful Spanish building steeped in history, but now living life as a wonderful ‘destination’ hotel just outside Seville. Dario (front of house)was so helpful and we particularly enjoyed our meals in the grand dining room, served by the sweetest of ladies. All in all a truly luxurious visit!

Fordeler: Great location very comfortable apartment. Close to everything, within walking distance to restaurants bars. Two markets two excellent bakeries taxi stop etc. 10 minute walk to the cathedral and alcazar palace. Very polite and helpful staff. Will stay again here.

Fordeler: Every single thing about this place is great. Location is absolutely perfect in old town Seville. With lots of tapas places but not in the touristy area. The suites are very nice and condition is excellent. You know that because in a lot of places in Europe there is no exhaust fan in the washroom so all the steam from the shower usually damages the walls and interiors along with lots of mildew. This place had no Issue with any of that, indicating it’s proper maintenance. Also super clean, not even dust on the lamp shades (which I’ve almost never experienced). Keyless entry is great. Most importantly is the service provided and the staff are ALWAYS there to help and are extremely helpful. I never give 5 stars but this place is great!

Fordeler: While the facilities at Águilas 5 are brilliant (comfortable and stylish, spotlessly clean), it’s the staff who stand out. The hosts at the suites (special mention to Carlos) are simply phenomenal - so helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Highlights include recommending the best restaurants and bars, booking restaurants and attractions and giving us a room to change and relax in while we waited for our taxi to the airport after check out. We loved it and will definitely stay again if we return to Seville.

Ulemper: But very expensive hotel not worthable for that price. At the Breakfast there was not delicious tea varities for drink. Ordinary tea bags. Even coffee and milk given by waiters are not hot smells vanillia .breakfast also average not suitable for that class hotel. I did not liked. Even in the room was no keettle no tea bags they bring when requested . I would not return.

Fordeler: The property is decidedly a Grande Dame. You almost feel underdressed if not attired in formal wear. However it a far from stuffy. The staff are exquisite, knowledgeable and charming. The team of Concierge were outstanding in their recommendations and arrangements. . Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've enjoyed.
Ulemper: The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.

Fordeler: The hotel is by far the city's most prestigious and its location and grounds are quite spectacular. Inside you feel like you're entering into some serious Sevillian history and the decor is very impressive. The breakfast was also well worth it; quality and varied buffet. The bed was also comfy and ample in size.
Ulemper: The rooms (if you're going with a basic) are pretty small. They aren't terrible but certainly won't wow you. The bathroom mirrors that. It's all quite snug, which is odd given Seville is no London. I had a much better room at the Gran Melia to be honest. The walls are quite thin and you hear the cleaners and all outside noises in the morning.

Fordeler: the location was good had a feel off luxury about it. and all the staff were great dealt with all off my concerns , most off all the concierge Francisco Lorenzo went beyond the call off duty and saved the day after a bad experience in ref to the terrace restaurant , Francisco changed our views of the hotel that day so many thanks to him.
Ulemper: food in the main restaurant needs to be hot , both dishes were luke warm at best !!

Ulemper: Room was worn down - beaten up cupboards/walls/baseboards, cracks, etc. Pool is not at all as pictured, only thigh-deep and not long enough for more than a few strokes.

Ulemper: Just that the air conditioning is pre set to heater for winter but it wasn't really cold in Seville we opened the windows throughout our stay. But I know many hotels pre set it that way so it's not unexpected.

Fordeler: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The location is great.
Ulemper: The room was really noisy. We could hear furniture moving in the room above us, steps and voices in the corridor. It interrupted our sleep. The double bed wasn't really double. Just 2 single beds that were put together, but not attached to each other with separate bed linen (maybe that was why our neighbours kept making those noises of moving beds). The coffee at the breakfast was below average.

Ulemper: Vanskelig å få solseng ved bassenget, da det alltid var fullt. Ikke lett å komme til hotellet med bil. Anbefales å parkere i P-hus f.eks. ved jernbanestasjonen. Dessverre fikk vi maur på rommet vårt pga. småkaker som ble satt inn på rommet om kvelden.

Fordeler: A quirky but beautiful hotel with so much charm. The walk between houses was stunning with hidden courtyards, roof terraces and lounges all accessible to guests. Complementary large lounge was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was superb with excellent restaurants right outside the front door and a short walk through the maze of old Seville to the busy centre. We loved it!

Fordeler: This property is outstanding. Spacious, elegant rooms. Authentic Spanish feel throughout. Spotlessly clean. Efficient and helpful staff. Piano Bar is most enjoyable. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Cannot fault this hotel. Loved it. Bottle of bubbly for birthday was an unexpected treat too. Nice touch. Thank you!

Bad smelling, awful shower, no electrical points, noisy bed, ants in bed every day, dark rooms. We got stuck on the lift.

Fordeler: The breakfast was awesome. Nice variety of baked items and fruits.
Ulemper: The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable and squeaked everytime there was movement and/or tossing and turning to get comfortable. The bathroom could use a renovation (Cracked tile in the bathroom, odor from the drains, etc)

Fordeler: Good staff, nice updated room, excellent location in old city.
Ulemper: This is a sprawling hotel with 27 buildings combined in one hotel. It is quite unique but it is a chore to find your room, you go through tunnels and uneven surfaces.

Fordeler: this is an amazing and quirky property which was so unexpected and delightful. The location was excellent, the rooms very well appointed and the building beautiful.
Ulemper: Breakfast was great if you like bread and pastries, but the hot options were fairly poor. However excellent coffee and wonderful fruit.

Fordeler: The location in the heart of the Santa Cruz district is fantastic. Very easy to walk to most sights.
Ulemper: The hotel is a maze of 20+ individual homes that have been joined by tunnels, walkways, etc. There is little signage and only a hand drawn paper map provided to guide you. We were literally lost for a good bit of the time finding our room and facilities

Ulemper: It stated the Hotel has a spa, but in fact the spa is owned by a different company. With order a room with Spa, but it turned out they meant Bath with jets, and not spa at all.. When I commented about it they only made up excuses, and did not assume any responsibility. It seems like they care more about money than people.
