excellent service, beautifull hotel everything was perfect! very diffficult to find when you drive into Sevilla as there is a one way system, and very poor indications!
The Alfonso X111 is in a fantastic location right in the real heart of Seville. Other than the high cost, the Hotel was faultless, quiet, comfortable, good service etc. The decoration and history make it unique. The high cost per night means for a special occasion its fantastic but for seeing Seville there are better value hotels avaliable. Money no object - stay at the Alfonso X111
Good location and very nice old hotel. The man in the reception wondered if I can bring may bags to the room by my self. No problem, but for a 5 stars hotel this is not a question.
Hotel Alponso XIII is an amazing Hotel, very nice staf, excelent location in the center of sevilla. The room in which i stayd (grand deluxe) is great, very spacious en luxury. To pay euro 50,- for a simple breakfast is a bid much for what you get.
excellent breakfast. Very efficient staff. very good location bath took about 20 minutes to run
The standard of service, location and general facilities were fantastic Sometimes they did not do an evening bed turn down
swimming pool in centre of city, beautiful setting, very friendly and helpful staff
Loved the location and the rooms as well as the overall ambience of the hotel. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Internet service in the room did not work
The ambience of the hotel overall and the quality of the staff. Road noise in the room and slightly ineffective aircon.
The property is decidedly a Grande Dame. You almost feel underdressed if not attired in formal wear. However it a far from stuffy. The staff are exquisite, knowledgeable and charming. The team of Concierge were outstanding in their recommendations and arrangements. . Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've enjoyed. The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.
they didn't charge me for the internet
Clean hotel, friendly staff. Good value for money The room we had was on the first floor. We had to keep the shutter down for privacy and this made the room quite dark. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main centre but this was OK since we had good weather.
Great hotel! Had a very bid and confortable room, the staff was very kind. Also the location is great, a 10 min, walk to the old town with lots of shops and some restaurants nearby. Fully recommended!!!
amazingly friendly and helpful staff/proximity to relatives top story room was hot and window opened on very noisy patio for air. No A/C that early in season. Had to use ear plugs to sleep.
We are two tall adults too large for two sngle beds pushed together. Had to call the front desk to get the AC turned on. Sometimes it was turned on and other times nothing happened. When it was turned on it was turned off a few hours later prompting another call to the front desk.
Good location, nice room, good value for the money (as Sevilla is really expensive)
The perssonel attention. In special Manolo, the bell man, and The Bartender The Air Conditioner is the worst ever experienced
Hotel has a good location, walking distance or short taxi drive to major attractions in downtown.
really good breakfast with everything you like incl. Spanish sparkling wine and freshly prepared bacon and eggs - despite what other stated Google maps found the hotel and it is quite easy to find (without GPS, only by using a street map)
Great location for a city visit. Raining? Take your car out of the hotel's garage!
Great location, about a 6 or 7 minute brisk walk into the heart of the tourist district. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was "so so"
Staff friendly and helpful, good clean room. Nice friendly bar on street corner that practically orders breakfast for you (fresh OJ, tostada and coffee < €7 for 2) if you don't want the full hotel breakfast. Occasionally noisy outside overnight
Good location at the centre of city 'Sol'. Only poor thing is no air conditioning for my room which make me hard to fell asleep.
Location is really good Personel didn't know english we had problem in communicating
Perfect position, clean rooms, air conditioner perfectly working. and nice balcony in our room. take care about mosquitos, and about some noise from the street and square in front of the hotel
Location is good. Rooms are very noisy as they face busy plaza. Cigarette smoke smell in hallways. Staff unable to provide key for the safe in the room. One clothes hanger in the room.
room decoration and cleanliness
The perfect location, at walking distance of most of Sevilla's touristic attractions. It was cheap. The low service standards. For instance we had a triple room, but only 2 beds were provided with towels. Also there was no soap provided, we had to buy it ourselves.
the setting of the hotel in the sity is very good room too small for 3 beds
The hotel is very conviniently located Very small room. No breakfast.
Location is great and our room was clean and comfortable! Tooooo much noise from the street and no internet connection!
Excellent location,Real nice staff,Value for money. Room size small.
Perfect location to main attractive spots of the town. Room items were out of standards if compared with the price: bed was a lair rather than a proper place to sleep; for the first time in my life I washed my teeth in a scraped sink; water system was extremely noisy every time a guest use it.
the room was very small and smelly. the bed was half broken and noisy
excellent location and very helpful staff. Hotel on a quiet sidestreet. Took a bit of finding. Car park available nearby - underground carpark - ususal expensive Spanish rates in city centres.Room was very clean but a bit basic. We were on the ground floor so a bit noisy during the day but not too bad in the evening and early morning so slept well. noisy at night
t\The room was clean, and comfortable. the atmosphere was quiet and the staff was extremely helpful!!!! I really enjoyed Casa de La Luna. I would have loved to have had the opportunity to have coffee and pay for it. I had coffee at the cafe down tehestreet from Luna.
Excellent location, good value for money. Coffee/tea facilities in the room would be a great idea, basic conditions but for such room rate you cannot expect more.
