The quality of service at the front desk was outstanding, the rooms were modern and very clean, and breakfast was great!
Location excellent with great value for money. Staff very helpful. Just situation outside the old town area with very pleasant and interesting walks. Wifi was a challenge with no access in rooms, however public access points reliable.
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is on a cute street in Salzburg, very close to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again!
The location is excellent, very central. The hotel is located on commercial street of the city, an area with restricted car access. Consequently, I lost at least 30 minutes trying to identify the address where I could not reach by car. Finally I called the hotel and they indicate me a different address for car navigation and so I got behind the hotel. Then I realized that the hotel has no parking and I was sent to a public parking (relatively close to ~ 200 meters). A very unpleasant experience, amplified by the fact that rain in that day and walk with luggage from the public parking to the hotel it was not the favorite part of a holliday day.
I liked the friendliness and politeness of the staff , the location, service and lovely room. No
Hotel was nice and beautiful. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than what I expected. You can order eggs, sausages, bacon, as you want. Very quiet surroundings, peaceful atomaspher. Room is very small. I expected a nice view from the room, so I was very disappointed. Dinner at the restaurant in this hotel, we had some wrong plate from what we ordered.(It was special dinner for us, so we were disappointed again) If I visit Salzbrug again, I prefer Hotel sacher.
This hotel is in a great position within the Alt Stadt of Salzburg with great walking distance to the castle, Mozarts birth house, restaurants and the old part of Salzburg.
It very close to Mozart museum that mean you can walk around to old city very easy. Very nice staff and helpful.
We spent only one night here as we traveled across Europe but it was well worth it. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and convenient to the sights. But the best part was Rene, the muli-lingual front desk clerk who gave us advice on what to go, when to go and how to get there. His Bavaria ticket rail advice saved us lots of commuting cash and carried forward into Germany. We watch him give advice in German and Spanish and help people with events and directions. Fantastic staff. It is not a luxery hotel very nice with the staff and location making it a great place to stay.
quitness, respect to the guests,
Location. Great staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Pillows are useless. Shower has a really low ceiling.
Actually not that much! The room was plain , wifi did not work and there was one laptop for all hotelguests, breakfast was a battlefield if you arrived afyer 9 am .
