very good location, in the heart of the city Seti-bed, not very comfortable
close proximatey to other attractions didnt realise that it was a fold up bed. not at all comfortable
Location was excellent. Tram stop (Leon Blum) was at the front door
It is not really a hotel but an appartment with all the facilities of a hotel. For us, having two babies with us, it was super. They have a parking garage, breakfast service, laundry service etc etc. Everything you need is their and the staff was very helpfull.
The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette was nice to have as well
It is good value for money. The location is very good. It is reasonably clean and the staff is very helpful. Fotos are far from reality: rooms are rather old and furniture and decoration have little to do with what you actually get. Nevertheless I would stay there again if I go back to Montpellier.
The suite and the terrace were spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, there was plenty of wardrobe space, the position was great, and the kitchen was well appointed. But best was that when they learned from a friend who stays there often that it was my birthday, they put a nice bottle if wine in the suite and wrote a card to me. We gave the wine to the receptionist because she was very helpful, and we had to fly out the next morning, so no time to drink it. No complaints
modern, brand new furniture, a lot of space, in the city centre
excellent facilities, very helpful and outgoing staff, convenient location, affordable price
price late check in
Behagelig stemning, god beliggenhet og rimelig pris Erstatte gulvtepper på rommene med parkett
Vi hadde et fint opphold. Alt fungerte bra. Sentral beliggenhet, gåavstand til det beste. Samt at kollektive transportmidler var i nærheten.
Kort avstand til sentrum. Rent og pent. Hyggelig personale i resepsjonen.
Good spacious room. Upgrade due to wifes claustrophobia. Pool area nice. Location ok for purposes
Nice hotel, the room was a bit outdated but very clean and comfortable the hotel is quite far from the city center, cost me 20 euros by taxi at 8pm so would not recommend unless you have your own car
Friendly staff and just of A9 motorway so easy to get to. Large free car park. Good bar/restaurant and general facilities. Nice modern hotel. It was a 10-12 euro taxi trip to the centre. Getting a taxi back at night wasnt easy (not the hotels fault though).
Polite and friendly staff, excellent Maitre d'. Good food, simple menu choices enhanced by good cooking.
The hotel was nice stop in a road trip with swimming pool and restaurant and bar. The city centre was too far for an evening walk, and there were not much to see around the hotel area.
The pool was great even if we didnt use it becuase it was too cold. Friendly staff. I was disappointed in the location of the hotel - far away from the city centre, constuctions all around, the buses did not run when scheduled.
Pool allthough needs updating Prices in resturant. Staff on reception, a little unfriendly. Lack of local information.
Well....the weather was fine. The location. The hotel is located on a very poor suburb, with lot's of homeless, prostitutes, etc. The hotel is old, and like always, the meal's price are too high.
Pool is nice.Helpful staff.
Friendly staff and excellent buffet breakfast Directions to hotel could be made easier
Restaurant was very good but expensive. Free parking.
Location Personal car access not available. Parking fees deals not available and expensove. Gym not available
nearnes of city facilties Separate toilet had no ventilation so was inclind to smell
location and the hotel itself. The bathrooms were lovely! It would be good to have provision for making tea or coffee in the room
good position in city. near station.
Excellent proximity to town centre
Friendly and serviceminded staff, location near city square Lack of minibar, lack of comfortable chairs.
The room was spacious and I enjoyed the bathtub. There was no shower curtain for showering which meant water landed everywhere. Also no real aeration in the bathroom meaning water vapour ended up in the bedroom and water was still on the bathroom floor overnight. This probably explained the smell of dampness in the room upon arrival.
The position of the hotel is just fantastic for a city break. I felt the rooms were small for the price, and the toilet was not as clean as I would have liked. The shower head had no holder on the wall.
The staff were helpful and the location was fantastic just 200m fro the train station. Our room was big enough and comfortable but the amenites quite basic. The price of the hotel was great for what we got. Even though it is a 3 star hotel the rooms and the hotel look a bit tired it could do with a bit of an upgrade.
Excellent facilities in great location. Staff spoke English and were very helpful.would definitely stay there again Nothing
Good location, right next to trams and railway station. Close to all main attractions
Room was excellent as were all the front desk staff. Getting from parking to reception was slightly complicated.
Helpful staff and super friendly. Meets or exceeds Marriott's general high standards on every category. A bit too expensive.
Nice comfortable rooms, spacious with all expected accessories. Prepayment system is irritating, and prepackaged breakfast a bit strange. But is ok.
Hotel's staff was not kind and without smile on their faces
close to shopping fridge did not work
The service was great the food was amazing and the atmosphere was friendly, very enjoyable.
Great for business at Dell or IBM. Few amenities or services. Not a great location for tourism or relaxation
free internet e kitchen facilities.Big rooms
Rooms very spacious clean and comfortable , also the hotel is very close to the city centre
Excellent location (close to the city centre and easy to find), very friendly and helpful staff.
Very good hotel for a short break. Within walking distance of city centre and close to tram line.
price, location, free parking
The relaxed atmosphere and helpful friendly staff Could not get potatoes, other than chips, so dinner was meat and green salad, As a Coeliac, (gluten free diet), I cannot eat bread, so potatoes are important to me. My husband loved the chips with his meat.
close to expressway and clean and comfortable dinner in the restaurant was not nice
The staff in the restuarant were not at all helpful and there was no infomation about Montpellier or about the hotel itself available.
the breakfast was good, but the hotel is really expensive for the quality of the room. the quality of the room regards to the price.
The room was very clean, and I liked the nice down comforter. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff, for the most part, was very friendly and helpful. Somewhat far from the downtown and the site of my conference. I had to walk about ten minutes to get to the tram station.
excellent friendly staff who were a pleasure to deal with. no
People friendly No hairdryer in room and not enough tea bags
It is a nice and clean hotel. The breakfast. I think more meat and cheese
It was very isolated if you did not have a car
Clean renovated rooms. Well-maintained. Quiet and in a good location near tram.
Very comfortable room. Good location. About a minutes walk to the tram (both lines) and about 10 mins walk to the main square.
Location excellent, 10min walk into centre or short tram ride. Good sized accomodation (suite), quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Would certainly return. We stayed here for four nights and It was always difficult to find anyone on duty in the bar. Also the selection of drinks available was very poor for the standard of hotel.
The overall ambience of the hotel, including the rooms, was lovely for a contemporary hotel; our room looked out onto the main street through the leafy trees which added to the attractiveness. The breakfast buffet was superb and by far one of the best ever experienced for a hotel of its kind. Not applicable; everything was peachy.
Excellent staff. Good location. Rooms are large and well maintained. Some traffic noise if you leave the window open. Make sure you get a top floor room to avoid this.
It was very well situated for the airport and getting to the town centre which was close enough to walk to. Well decorated and very friendly staff room, service plus a lift! I would definetely stay there again.
Liked everything about the place. No complaints.
The staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. We had a problem with the air conditioning unit in the room. The staff moved us to another room with as little disruption as possible. I would highly reccommend the hotel for it's superb location.
Location, choice of pillows It's not really a Holiday Inn aimed at individual travelers and their families, but a business/convention hotel aimed at people with expense accounts. WiFi is an outrageous $48/day, with one hour for $16. Breakfast is 18 euros, almost $30 at current exchange rates, completely impossible for the average traveler. Fortunately, there were reasonable alternatives in the area.
Well appointed spacious room. Professional staff n/A
quite a grand hotel with beautiful swimming pool. a feeling off 'old world'. convenient for walking to old city.
location is good 10min from aciant centre of town not finished! It was just opened, the day we arrived, so it was not clined jet.
The room had air conditioning and a kitchen area with all the things you need. The city centre (restaurants) was only a short walk away. Underground parking was safe and good value. Initially a little hard to find because of the the one way system of Montpellier. The room had a sofabed which was a little uncomfortable after a whle
New and very clean More hangers needed in wardrobe
We now wish we had stayed here and drove to the nearby Provence sites rather than get hotels in each of them. Staff are VERY friendly and knowledgable/helpful.
The staff was extremely professional, helpful, and nice.
As usual, really great and helpful staff and small thinks to fix. There was no internet during most of my stay, and "france telecom" which should fix the problem immediately, during several days did nothing. Take breakfast if you really need it. Price is too high.
It was very quiet The blankets on the bed were stained. The bed was a fold down couch which was short and I am 6ft. 3in tall. Shower holder was broken. Hallway was too warm and had a bad odour
Acseptable prise, not far away from the city centre. Rather hard to find for the first time, not really good neighborhood, I stayed in the hotel for 8 days and the room was not cleaned during my stay!
Convenience for city centre No proper bed - just sofa bed supplied
Convenience and practical aspect. Quality and friendliness + competence of staff at reception Just one practical aspect: when the bed is open, the seat at the table is blocked and no access is possible for work at this table, even for a lean person. and folding up the bed temporarily is impossible for a senior person (heavy and possibly dangerous). I strongly recommend to attend to this problem
Very good price and easily accessible to the wonderful Montpellier city centre Original room somewhat smaller than website had indicated, but we were able to change -thank you!
