Breakfast was fantastic. Pay for parking? I already apid for the room, now I need to pay for my one and only car to use your parking lot? It should be for guests and should be included in my room price. Separate sitting room in this "suite" is a joke. Its a table in the same room as the beds. That is NOT separate.
Loved the breakfast and friendly staff! Quiet, comfortable hotel! Would recommend to anyone!! Didn't like paying extra for parking.
Drove up from San Diego for a hockey game at Honda Center and stayed here for the night. Couldn't ask for better location. On top of that staff is friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable! Oh and happy hour 5:30-6:30 includes free drinks and appetizers! Awesome!
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds! Will definitly stay here again! N/a
Convenient location to Disneyland, Anaheim stadium, Honda center and freeways. Quiet, comfortable rooms, free breakfast, free evening snacks and free internet Tiny lobby with little room during evening snacks
the room size, amenities, cleanliness, privacy, quietness, but most of all the very professional and helpful staff nothing
close to the Anaheim stadium as well as the brewery no bar located in the hotel itself
This was our second stay at Ayres Anaheim. It is an excellent value! The hotel is well maintained, very comfortable (superb bedding), nicely furnished, and has friendly and competent staff. We had another great stay and will always check Ayres locations first when traveling to Southern California.
The free breakfast was phenomenal.
Andrew was at the reception and he provided great check-in and was very accommodating. Provided excellent advise and tips.
Breakfast buffet was very beneficial for my family. With four young children it's one of the reasons my wife and I prefer your hotel over others. I wasn't aware that if I used handicapped parking during my entire stay, that I would still get charged a $10 daily fee. That seems very odd considering that any vehicle with a valid handicap placard, can't be towed anyway. You may also want to reconsider the setup of rooms for those who are staying with small children. The Portofinos selling point for me was the bunk beds for the kids and the sliding doors that separate the kids room from the parents room. Please consider adding at least three 2.1 amp USB ports to your rooms. A digitally connected family like mine would greatly benefit if there are various charging points for our phones and tablets.
Our family really enjoyed staying at the Ayres Hotel I Anaheim. We had adjoining rooms which made the vacation very convenient and enjoyable. We loved the full breakfast with service, the wonderful pool and hot tub and took advantage of the Anaheim shuttle service so we didn't have to drive or pay parking while visiting Disneyland. We will recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Anaheim area.
