Excellent services at the hotel - particularly the tours. Was so easy to book a tour to the terracotta warriors. Did not have to waste time wandering around the city looking for a tourist office. All services were provided at the hotel.
Large room, with perfect view. Very clean, great service. Travel services available in the hotel to arrange guided tour to Terra Cotta museum. In chinese hotels, internet costs too much.
Location, location, location. Bathroom. Small, needs updating and new caulk and grout.
The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The service at this hotel is beyond horrible!!! The staff has no idea what customer service is. To start, the reception people do not greet you when you approach them. They do not smile or even say hello. They just stare at you. The young man at the reception when I arrived (looked like the manager, name was Patrick Zhang) could not find my reservation made via booking.com. He never apologized for this. He asked me for the print out. He said he would match the rate. But the rate he gave me was higher which according to him was because of a 15% tax. But my booking.com reservation printout says there is no tax at this location. Every employee I met was rude and had no clue what customer service means. The English spoken is pretty much zero.
A very good hotel, truy higher than 3-star one. Good english-speaking staff, great central location, good and clean rooms, soft beds. Breakfast were good (both chinese and western style), but a bit too expensive (50 RMB) NONE!
Very convenient position at centre of Xi An. All facilites you would expect from a good international hotel. Staff helpful but, as usual in China, a bit po-faced and unsmiling.
Central location, right next to subway station, close to tourist attractions. Manager and staff were very courteous and helpful (unlike many other hotels in China we've come across). Great value for the price. Will definitely recommend. Included buffet breakfast lacked sufficient variety. Not much else to dislike.
