Generally well kept/maintained. The upkeep of the facilities in the room should be monitored; eg the inroom safe was not working. Next, the pricing for booking on the internet should be lower than that of a walk-in customer; otherwise what's the use of booking on the internet ???? I was really disappointed that the price was similar for someone who did not make a booking !!!

The is a negative reply. The first room allocated to us has dirty toilet bowl. The second room the flash does not work well. the water ran non stop. It was fixed however after a long delay. But overall the hotel is fine.

I like it so much when the hotel upgraded my room from superior to premier with no change in rate. Checking in was a brisk, no long ques eventhough it was fully booked. Nothing because I find my stay at Concorde Shah Alam a very pleasant one.
The Check-out time is more flexible and front desk staff are friendly and helpful.Our request for extra blankets and pillows are fullfilled . Everything seem ok for us.

The facility itself is ok. Clean I surprise they give me a room with renovation project is on going next door. Noise, paint smell.... bad experience. Staff is lack of proper training, I don't think it is a 5 star hotel.

Worst service. I'll never stay at this hotel again, and never recommend it to anyone. Reception staff is even worse than 3-star hotel I stayed at Kuala Lumpur. I'd say it's far from 5-star hotel! poor quality of service, lack of the spirit of hospitality, poor communication and traning among hotel staff
Breakfast. Hotel stuff refused to amend my booking from 3 adult stay to 2 adult stay. Claiming that the fee was paid to booking.com
I was only there a short time so didn't use any of the hotel facilities. The hotel was very close to where I needed to be and the hotel staff were lovely.
the hotel is very near to everything, i.e shopping complex, park etc.. The room service was very slow. Our room was not being cleaned in the morning despite having left the "make up room" button on. Had to call twice until they finally came. The food should have more variety for such hotel of this standard.
The staffs are very friendly and have provide excellent service ecspecially at Semarak cafe. Well done!!
As a five star hotel, I would like to say that Hilton PJ (only 4 star) can be made as an example
The big suite and the health spa Their swimming pool. It was mostly cement and covered. Also they had nothing to drink or eat by the pool.

Very reasonably priced. Great place to stay if transiting from the Subang Airport. only 5 -10 minutes by taxi. Very good breakfast buffet and a great chinese restaurant for dinner.
The comfort of the place, the facitilies available for us and the varieties of food/restaurant.
The hotel was not crowed at all. Nice swimming pool and pool bar. They change towels too often, even when they hang on the rack. They should give more attention to environment (change towels only when placed in bath tub).
The room is good entertainment not good enough
The hotel was pleasant however, the service staff in their restaurants are poorly trained. The food was average and standard fare nothing exceptional. Yes. The water in the taps were dark brown and murky. I had to let it run for 5 to 10 minutes before it cleared. However, there was another issue, the water took a long time to drain off the bathtub.The main door had a very badly designed lock that was difficult to operate. My young daughter was able to get into the room with the key but was unable to open the door from the inside. She was locked in for almost an hour before we realised she was not able to open the front door.
The service standard is excellent. The best that I have come across so far, after having stayed in so many of the hotels in Malaysia. Nothing in particular
It is surrounded by lush greenery, very peaceful, relaxing and soothing compare to the hustle and bustle at the city. Room keys!
Upgrade 1 terrace suite room ( actual use 1 night - due early arr ) To a higher grade - was told by Hotel to pay rm 500 x 2 night & paid by credit card imprint before arrival , but later Hotel insist to add tax & service charge. ( if go on line - rates is much cheaper on up grade ) Room reservation Sales staff insincere, unprofessional - on paid suite upgrade - rater detest. Would not recommend. Hotel did not explain nor deny any fault committed. Nevertheless, less business attitude.
The room (a terrace suite) was spacious and luxurious. Ideal setting for a relaxing, chill out break. Liked everything (though people wanting to "do" Kuala Lumpur would not like the location way out of town)
