Loved the location . Kids loved the hotel sand all it had to offer. Rooms smelled a little. Other than that it was a great stay.
The hotel was at Falls. The check in front desk guy was pathetic. He just said anything he liked. It didn't feel like I was checking in in Sheraton. He charged me saying for taxes when everything was prepaid. I told him how's this possible. Then he changed it to that it's block against incidental charges. Very poor check in.
The restaurant was exceptional -- great ambience, superlative cuisine, professional staff. The room was great -- large, jacuzzi, nicely furnished. The front desk people were friendly, informative, and welcoming. We would return again if we return to Niagara Falls.
location and the room was nice after we asked top have it cleaned We had problems with the cleanliness of the room but it was rectified after we brought it to their attention.
Crowded, one of the rooms had a view of a concrete wall and nothing else.
Very nice room, clean and great location. Not enough towels for two people... Refrigerator didn't work.. A/C is poor.. Hardly cooled the room. Staff not so welcoming nor friendly at desk.
Close to everything. Ft desk, maid service and hotels restaurant very efficient. Parking lot sometimes full, but most everything u need is within walking distance. All ok
Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the location as very close to amenities and The Falls. Very loud air conditioner drowned out noise of nearby activities. Breakfast included. Smelled like cigarette smoke in our nonsmoking room. The toilet kept filling with water after flushing and we had to adjust and fix it on multiple occasions. Staff did not seem knowledgeable.
Overall very good, location, Very good breakfast & clean. The TV was not working. It had been unplugged. I had to move the large dresser to find out that it was unplugged & then plug it back in.
Not bad but too expensive for the services The TV was not working. It had been unplugged. I had to move the large dresser to find out that it was unplugged & then plug it back in.
Good pool, hut tub and sanua Wifi wasn't that good ... At least not up on the 4th floor
Location It was wicked humid out and the air conditioning was busted in our room, we were given a very small discount
Location was amazing. Close to everything. Clean. Nice room. Great view. The breakfasts was not very good.
Shower was gross, it had someone else's long black hairs all over it. Toilet hardly flushed.
Beds were really comfortable. The staff were helpful. Loved the kids pool adjacent to the swimming pool. Good water pressure in the room shower. Location was great! Far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk or catch the WeGo bus. Dated! But clean. Torn carpet, old fixtures. Wifi was terrible unless you were in the lobby. Breakfast was a little expensive.
The sliding glass door opened. False advertising. No restaurant or bar - advertised but was told it was seasonal Front desk staff rude Wifi - only available in hallway by the elevators and lobby Spoke to staff and was told hotel was full they didnt guarantee wifi. Would have stayed elsewhere if this was the case. No air conditioning. This was huge!!! Thought ac was broken and was told that weather was getting colder and the hotel had turned off the ac and turned on all of the heaters. It was 68 degrees. I have travelled all over and stayed in 2 star to 5 star hotels. Never have I been told that I could no longer use my ac. Not sure if this is an issue with kayak or Travel lodge but this is clearly false advertising. Also, when the heater/fan did come on it spit water out onto the floor and bed.
