Nothing. avodi this hotel.they took my reservation but when I reached the hotel at 1.am they had already sold my room to someone else.The moved me to another hotel which was really bad and I was forced to pay te same price.
near Linking Road. Quite near to office in Bandra Kurla Complex. There were mosquitos in my room. The room that I stay in was very smallish. The the daily rate charged i would expect much better finishings.
Everything was good. The complimentary airport pick up, the included breakfast, the room service menu, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the air conditioning, the bathroom - were all excellent value for money. The location is pretty good too. It is 5 minutes walk from Linking Road shopping area and not too far from most of the sights in Mumbai. We stayed 4 nights and found the service to be outstanding. No complaints at all.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had mentioned offhand I was looking for an apartment for my extended stay in India, and the GM took it upon himself to put me in touch with several local brokers who showed me a huge variety of options. No, everything was fine.
only the location When you enter the hotel, you are surprised about the luxerylook, because you have booked a room for very little. But when you get to the room, you understand. I didn´t like at all, the "I have no idea" mentality of the whole staff and The non! cleaness of the room.
Restaurant is ok and so is the food. Prices are ok. Staff is very cordial and good. Minus the infrastructure inside the room, everything seems fine. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel needs to seriously upgrade its infrastructure inside the rooms. The present infrastructure is in very very poor condition. The bathrooms are filthy and need most of the repair work. The hotel looks nice from outside but after check-in you realise the interior in the rooms are no way near to one's expectations and fal short drastically.
The only thing I was pleased with the Unicontinental was that after complaining about the discusting state of my room, twice, the manager, with nothing to say, moved me up to the Premier suite, which, for the money I paid, was the type of room I should have recieved in the first place. Where do I start?!!! Value for money is completly upside down. On looking at the website you think you will be staying at a 'luxery boutique' hotel. What in fact awaits you is a dirty, run down hostel at best. There is paint peeling off the walls in even the executive suite. Dirty bedsheets, you have to pay extra for a third person who is then given a manky mattress on the floor. The ameineties- tv, air conditioning ect, do not work..... I could go on. Even in the Premier suite RS 6500 A NIGHT, the bathroom stank and the toilet had not been cleaned for a very long time!
hotel had neat rooms , but offered dirty rooms, after talking 2 manager only clean ,good roon given.
Very bad service, very expensive related to what you get, I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Pictures of the hotel does not match with the real hotel.
