Fordeler: First of all the stuff was amazingly friendly, helpful and forthcoming. They literally read my wishes before I could voice them. Property is very clean, breakfast very tasty with fresh fish of highest quality every morning. Combine it with fresh pressed orange juice, local cheeses and meat, so you are prepared for a perfect day! Hotel offers transfer to the centre of Lisbon. Friendly stuff at the reception will advise you on the best places to visit. The location is the best in Lisbon. It has been confirmed to me by three local drivers. You live directly by the waterfront, with views of the most important monuments of Lisbon. The famous pastry factory is only few minutes walk away in the heart of beautiful and ancient Belem. Ww will definitely come back!!! Thank you

Ulemper: No early check in available even if there are rooms available. It’s a bit far out from the city center but if you’re looking for something quiet, this is perfect!

Fordeler: The location, staff & facilities were outstanding. Highly recommend getting the breakfast; the cafeteria was gorgeous and the breakfast buffet large, various & delicious. Take advantage of the spa water facilities (free to hotel guests) as they were incredible.

Ulemper: The furniture in the sitting area of the room was a bit worn & we couldn't connect to the wifi.

Ulemper: Service is extremly bad No baby seat at pick up, was booked in front No baby seat at shuttle to old town, was booked in front Last day in the morning no water in a 5 star hotel, incredible No power during 2 hours, dangerous to work with stroller downstairs Firealarm ringing just for test middle of day, when baby is sleeping Wrong advise from Hotel for restaurants, we walked 30 mins for nothing and 30 mins back No direct shuttle to airport, just to old town, 2 hours waiting and then to airport ridiculous Service absolutely disaster Get 2 night in Suite for free for next stay and no costs for airport shuttle By the way, airport shuttle not mercedes e class as promissed, but this time baby seat wow 5 star hotel with the worsest service ever We will see if we give a second try, even for free I dont know. Hotel is not made for baby or little kids If you alone maybe good, but without power and water hm...

Ulemper: Rather annoyed that after staying 3 days in one of the most expensive rooms and spending a fortune in their spa and restaurants they were unwilling to extend our checkout time by one hour left a very bad impression

Ulemper: Aircondition ute av funksjon. Det var over 30 grader ute. Fikk en vifte, men det holdt ikke.

Fordeler: Everybody was helpful and ready to answer any doubts I had.

Ulemper: During my staying, they were improving the wifi services and I was only able to connect in the first day.

Ulemper: Nokså mye støy fra gaten gjennom natten. Skyltes festival i Belem.

Fordeler: Hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening!

Ulemper: Airconditioning-anlegget fungerte dårlig, så det var veldig varmt på rommet. Dette ble delvis ordnet siste natten. Vi fikk låne en vifte, men det var fortsatt ubehagelig varmt å sove. Sengetøyet var delvis hullete (slitasje).
