I really like the kindness that the staff showed during our stay, my family and I would stay there again, the next time we come there.
The hotel was clean & well maintained. Continental breakfast selection was limited..
cleanliness and quiet and cozy atmosphere
The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and restrauants.
There was nothing I liked. They lost my reservation. They did not honor my discount. The non-smoking room smelt like an ashtray. There was nothing I liked. They lost my reservation. They did not honor my discount. The non-smoking room smelt like an ashtray
Breakfast was good enough. The man who checked us in gave us keys with room nunber written in two different places (key holder envelope and receipt). The numbers were different. When we went to the room (written on the receipt), the keys would not open the door. We went down to the room written on the Key holder, the key opened the room but the room already had luggage in it. The desk clerk had given us someone else's room keys. It would have been scary for them -- if they had been in the room. Certainly is a problem with respect to safety wouldn't you agree. The desk clerk apologized and reissued new keys to us, but it makes you wonder. We could have ran-sacked that other room, while they were out.
staff was great, breakfast also. satilite tv was the worst i ve ever seen or not seen.`
It was excellent. We will come back
The hotel overall felt very dirty, there was some sort of what looked like a blood splatter on our ceiling. The hallways had a lot of stains in them and the chlorine smell from the pool was so overwhelming we stayed on the 3rd floor and could smell the chlorine all the way up there. Would not return to this hotel next time I am in Indianapolis.
They need a hottub and hotter water for showers
Friendly Staff...clean linens. Quality Control Team needs to walk through the rooms...several drywall patchwork needs to be done, as well as other cosmetic items like cleaning the blow dryers, the mildew in between the tiles, the handles to the refrigerators, and so forth.
Bed Toilet running all night. Bathtub wasn't draining properly. No garbage in bathroom. Shower was loud. Barely any soap.
I really enjoyed the fact that it was suite. You had a couch or chair to sit in and watch TV What were the eggs at breakfast? Else all was good
A very convenient location in the north west commercial area I did not find any of the members of the staff to be corteous or communicative. They were just doing what they have to do.
Costumer services is great I like

Clean pillows and sheets. Smell, carpet, bathtub drainage, toilette ventilation
Good I like everything
The woman who checked us in was nice but she was at the end of a double shift. Should not work people in guest services who have been working 12 plus hours. Room was smelly, spider on the wall, and couch bed had big urine stain. Shower had mold and the floor under the shower was soft...making it feel like the floor was going to collapse beneath me.
Location was ok, room was relatively clean. How, other guests were very noisy throughout the night, until around 2am. There were no staff available after 11pm to accepts noise complaints. Might have been a 'one time' incident, but can't be sure. Noise level during night, explained previously.
It was cheap. 20 minutes from Downtown Room wasn't ready until almost 2 hours after check in. They said that housekeepers just didn't show up that day so they were running behind. Staff seemed unorganized. Room was okay, but some elements didn't seem all that clean (stains, unswept floors)
Costumer services is great I like everything
The Kitchenette and location. No

Hotel has no elevators. Guests are required to carry their luggage climbing stairs. Cooked food smell.
Location The room was not clean, everything was outdated, the front desk lady was high on marijuana which she smoked by the exit door, when we asked for 12 plates and forks we received 6 plates and 4 forks , At best it is a two star
The facility was a little dated. The carpet was a little sticky feeling on your feet. Just needs a facelift.
Not a great place. Dirty, people just randomly walk into your room with out knocking, pool was horrible no hot tub, TV was so small and old it barely worked. I didn't like the whole place.
-Great location, everything you need within a mile radius, close to Downtown Indy and Indianapolis Motor Speedway -Affordable lodging -Our room was not very clean -The bed was uncomfortable/falling apart
The staff and breakfast were great. I booked a suite and when I saw the room it was 1 bed and a couch, not my idea of a suite. The website advertises a hot tub which is permanently closed. The poo is very cold and you have to request pool towels from the desk
Staff was ok. Hotel was very old, smelled funky, NOTHING had been updated. Was so bad we chose not to stay even though it was a non refundable reservation.
Staff was great but carpet was sticky near window and garbage behind and under couch.
We booked a room for a leisure trip weekend. The hotel was dirty, the staff rude, the continental breakfast was terrible, very crowded and very limited on food. Also we had an old blood stain on the linens which was also on the mattress pad, so I'm guessing they were never changed from the previous guests. I called and asked for the linens to be changed and about the blood stains, we left for the day, upon our return we found sheets on the table and the blood stained sheets still on our bed. Also, the noise level at night was very loud. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone, definitely not worth the $162 we spent for 2 nights.
Nothing! Dirty, run down, filthy, etc!!! Everything. Should have known better for that price!
Location was good. Hotel had a indoor pool and hot tub that my son really enjoyed. Hotel was not clean or well maintained. 2 out of 4 elevators were inoperable. Room was not equipped with microwave or refrigerator. Breakfast was served late and was not very good. Hotel was over priced for what it offered.
Nothing The fact that the sheets were chalky still dirty from the last occupants of the room and that they wouldn't come change the sheets for us.
The price. No working vending machines.
Good price room fee and Indianapolis centore 15 min.
Room was clean and it was right off the highway by half a dozen good restaurants There were young black adults hanging out in the parking lot with the music blaring. I asked the attendant in the hotel about it and he said that its normal on weekends because of the colleges in the area. I would never have let my wife and kids stay there because of that!
The best part was the location - close to the highway. The room was very small and the pictures of the hotel did not do justice to it's poor condition.
price just the facts - bare minimum facility; recent remodel was mediocre; linoleum floors, no pictures, etc.; it is ok for a place to sleep, and that is all; never a person at the front desk w/o being called; coffee only in the lobby in the morning, not the room; appears to be a remodeled Microtel; not sure I would stay there again w/my wife; probably would stay by myself; price the sole redeeming feature
Though this is definitely a "bare-minimum" hotel in an older building, I could not have been happier with my stay. I was staying in town for a funeral and had to find a place on short notice and, because I was traveling alone, I wanted to stay at a hotel with interior doors to the room. When I arrived I was leery of the old building, but the staff is was incredibly friendly and interacted pleasantly with everyone. There were lots of people there, most of whom seemed to be on short trips. The same two people were at the front the entire time I was there, and when I checked in I was asked why I was traveling. I mentioned that I was in town for a funeral. When I checked out the manager remembered this and asked who I had lost and if I was okay. Overall I was pleasantly surprised, and I would recommend for short stays.
Breakfast was good. The elevator was broken and I had to walk up and down the steps outside in the rain. My room was on the third floor. No meat in the breakfast.
The staff was very nice. Beds and room were comfortable. I lost my bluetooth headset in my room and informed the front desk clerk if they found it please give me a call and mail it to me. Because everybody isn't so honest these days I had already started counting it a lost. Within 2 hours of my drive back home the clerk called and informed me that they found it and will be mailing it back. I thank God for his honesty. The toilet and tub kept getting stopped up, no garbage can in the room and I had to call the front desk for an iron.
The staff was amazing! At 35 weeks pregnant I couldn't find an available hotel in the area until a day after I needed it. I ended up having to sleep in my car for a night but spoke to the manager about the situation and they were able to have me a room ready at around 8am instead of the typical 3pm check in time. Very nice of them and very appreciated! The room was very dirty. Typical things that you'd expect to be done weren't.
