facility look nice in the bedroom are clean but doesn't make up for Poor customer service Website promised breakfast included. Called and confirmed before booking. Call before I left and confirm about breakfast. Upon arrival was told there is no breakfast. I have a teenager to feed so this was a top priority No customer compensation. Part of the problem was no locals working there
Right downtown. Close to some good eats. Hotel bar open late. Had to pay for parking. Tub didn't drain.
Location was great. Very nice clean hotel I had an issue with the sleep number bed. Both remotes worked on the one bed leaving the other deflated. Maintainece looked at it and said they fixed it. They got air in the other bed but the remotes still didn't work. It was late, I dealt with it. Otherwise great room
I loved being right downtown in Fargo. The staff were delightful and the ease of parking in the ramp where my car was protected was great. The hotel ONLY has sleep number beds, so I expected them to be high quality. One of them had an incredibly loud (obviously broken) motor and the other one was single chamber - it was very much like a poor quality air mattress. The room was very small and many things were broken including the shower curtain rod. And to top it off, the duvet cover opening was at the head of the bed - I made the mistake of looking in it only to find a very stained and grey insert. Although it looked great when we arrived, we shouldn't have looked so close.
Everything was great. Convenient. Good service. Decently clean rooms. People making lots of noise in the hallways, even into the early AM.
everything is great at this location
Everybody was very friendly and hotel was clean and neat. The pool area was nice, grandkids loved it, they had a great time. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay a Great one.
Clean fast and airport pickup
Great location. Good/close parking. Nice facility. Staff was helpful. Quick check-in. Not quite as cleanly as I would have liked. Slightly run down and could use a remodel, especially for the rates. Staff could have been friendlier. For one of the pricier hotels, could offer something above and beyond/special touch (a complimentary bottled water or mint on pillow or makeup remover wipes in bathroom or just those added touches).
Checked in, was automatically upgraded to a suite. Coffee in the lobby, good stores and restaurants nearby. Wifi is fast. Parking lot is well lit. Very nice spot to stay. would have liked continental breakfast but for $79 you can't have everything.
This was a very luxurious hotel, we were pleased with the staff, ease of check-in/out, and the overall amenities included. Upon arriving I was shocked at how fancy it was, especially for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I have stated in 4 different hotels in Fargo, ND. The Ramada is hands down the best option.
Much appreciate the hotel's airport shuttle. All staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. Very spacious. Clean everywhere.
Have stayed here many times. Close to the mall and department stores. Very clean and comfortable.
We upgraded to a suite for our 2 night stay (for little extra $) and the room was excellent. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows. TVs in both bedroom and living room, with a door separating the two. Bar area was great. Bathroom was okay, but shower was very small and awkwaed, toilet flushed very slow (seemed clogged), and huge bathtub was located in the bedroom (?).
Expensive for what we got, not the cleanest.
We liked the peaceful restaurant atmosphere, the choose four foods for a certain price.. The bed was very comfortable. Was very happy to be able to use the swimming pool. We were disappointed they didn't have the choose 4 foods for a certain price over the weekend. It would have been nice to have a vent in the bathroom, it got too hot and humid in the bathroom after taking a shower.
Pool is nice. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard. Where it showed the hotel on the map was no where near where it actually was. I used the direction finder on the phone from the pin in my booking confirmation only to drive around for awhile. I had to search the address and manually type it in to find the hotel. I would not have booked in that location. Hotel was OK. Nothing special, our room was old looking and not inviting. Other than the vent in the ceiling there was nothing that looked gross and dirty, but I didn't get a clean comfortable feel in my room. I tried this hotel because pictures looked nice, and there price was in line with competitors. I now wish I would have made a different choice.
Well appointed room, courteous & helpful staff, very nice breakfast spread. Nice, strong coffee; check-out process a breeze. We were there three nights and would definitely recommend to others traveling to Fargo. Main entry is not on street side and signage was not easily seen; a few more access hints in the online directions would be helpful.
Quiet, comfortable, clean. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
I accidently cancelled our rooms a few hours before and when we came in to check in they were able to retrieve them. Thank goodness !! It was a gentleman manager that helped us.
The pool area is very child friendly. Our 2 year old had an awesome time in the wading pool! Breakfast was fantastic as well and we appreciated the wide variety of options. Plenty of pillows and plenty of space in our kind room for the pack'n'play we brought with for our son. The satellite signal wasn't very good so the shows we watched would freeze or skip. The elevator in our section was unbelievably slow as well. It was a very busy weekend at the hotel so there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.
We were there for State Football and night staff let us be in the breakfast area with a big group. They kept checking on us to make sure everything was good and were very friendly. Great rooms with comfy beds.
-Clean Room -Friendly Staff -Good continental breakfast -Free parking and free wifi pool and hot tub need to be redone. They are showing age. (Note: they are still very CLEAN, but the jets are bad and the surfaces are cracking.)
We booked online and the receptionist was able to find our reservation easily. The restaurant near the Hotel provided extremely poor service with substandard food. We had selected the hotel because we own a time share with Wyndham. The hotel room was pleasant. the hotel was off the main road for travelling but we were able to locate easily enough with out GPS.
Hot tub was not working and that was 1 of the reasons we stayed there
Staff was very friendly and helpful it's a dated hotel but quiet and peaceful beds were to die for... soo comfortable Pool and bathroom a little small but they worked
When you stay at a place called Econo Lodge you shouldn't expect Michelin Stars. The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant and the hotel was clean. Room was clean and there was no unpleasant odors . I will stay here again. Pool was out of service but that was not why we were there.
It was a good price for what it was! Comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms were clean, and so were the bathrooms. The staff members were helpful and kind. The only thing that I did not like was the blankets. They are not very warm. There is only a top sheet and then the comforter, which was more of a quilt than a warm blanket.
Convenience to the Interstate, restaurants and stores Our room curtain was torn and an outlet didn't have a face plate over it. Bed was soft and pillows were lumpy. The door handle on our daughter's room down the hall broke off. Staff did repair it fairly quickly. It was overpriced for the level of accommodation.
Just what we needed for a quick nights stay while moving across country. The bed was actually really comfortable and the hotel was clean and inexpensive. Showers weren't that nice and they only provides shampoo and soap (no conditioner or lotion).
hotel hasn't been updated in many, many years. Literally the only thing I was looking forward to was the hot tub, which was broken. Breakfast was terrible (toast, cereal, a hard boiled egg, the worst coffee there is). Spend $20 more and get a nice hotel experience.
Carpet dirty, bathroom dirty. Not happy with place at all. Had to leave early and get a different place to stay. Will not stay at a rodeway again.
The Inn is easy to find and get to the college and Fargodome. Near great restaurants which are down the street. Beds were comfortable, pillows a little less than what I like but ok. Pool was cold. Hot tub was broken at time of our stay. One of the rooms security latch was broken off.
There was a cigarette burn in the comforter and when I pulled it back there was blood on it. I did not say anything to front desk because I did not want to scare my kids.
I was there for the Fargo Marathon. The early breakfast hours and brown bags for marathon runners was nice. The walls were thin and the people in the next room played their TV until 3:50 a.m. and I heard it like it was the TV in my room. Kept me up all night before the marathon. Not the rest and too much stress. I paid for a quiet place to rest but got none of that.
The room was clean. The hotel was old and dingy. There were questionable people hanging around the entrance and hallways. My room smelled of old smoke and floral air freshener trying to mask the smell. I thought about leaving several times and didn't feel safe. I will never stay here again and certainly not recommend it to others.
Very nice, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, business center. While having access to the computer/printer/fax machine was much appreciated, the equipment's obsolescence meant it took me a full hour to retrieve and print four documents from my email.
Clean and comfortable! No room phone in case of questions or emergencies
Close to mall Staff were less then friendly and place smelled like day old cigarettes everywhere.guess I got what I paid for a $60 hotel
Quiet, friendly, peaceful and clean. Professional staff, complimentary wine and beer and snacks. I needed a ride fo the airport at 5am, the hotel shuttle doesn't run yet, so the hotel orderd and paid for cab. Suites are spacious
Nice, newly remodeled room, fantastic breakfast. What's not to like?
Decent accomodations & good value during off-season but expensive during NDSU events but market supports the higher costs since they're usually booked. No complaints.
I loved the rustic theme of the Lodge! It was tastefully done, and had a warm feeling. The staff was very helpful (allowed us to check in early) and the building was very clean. We had a nice big room, and greatly enjoyed the continental breakfast with freshly baked bread! The walls were very thin -- we could hear everything that was happening on our floor. Since we were right by the elevator we could here people trooping around.
TV Remote didn't work, they couldn't fix it..didn't reimburse me anything. Also, internet was not working, I was warned, wasted time and lost hundred...Never staying there again!
Large rooms, friendly staff, decently close to shopping Pool was temporarily down although they noticed we really wanted to use it and opened the hot tub for us
Breakfast great .kids loved the water slide
Helpful caring staff. Wonderful breakfast with waffles, fresh fruit, and many other items to choose from.
Comfortable clean room with a great breakfast that included fresh fruit. Great place to stay for NDSU orientation and registration.
The staff was friendly, pet friendly Pet rooms were dirty, carpet was nasty and stained. Pet deposit didn't seem to be used to clean the room. Outdated rooms.
Room was quiet and comfortable. Bit warm at night, opened windows. Dishwasher beeped, so we had to run it empty.
Wide variety of breakfast. Nice pool area. The bedding had crumbs in it.
clean decent room. Staff responsive to issues we brought up (such as bathroom door not closing). kids like the waffle maker
Room was clean. Halls, stairs common areas were dirty. They needed vacuumed, swept.
The room was very comfortable. The beds were wonderful and having a couch where we could watch TV with laying on the bed was a great addition. The noise level from traffic and conversation in the hall was louder than I would have hoped.
The staff was very friendly and the room was nice size.

The room was amazing. Good prices, hospitality was great, the breakfast was nice and the sitting area was comforting with the natural feel, hottubes well taken care of. None that I saw.
My experience with this hotel was GREAT!!!
Staff was courteous. Bed was comfortable. No hot water for the shower.
It has many neat features although we did not have a chance to use the hot tubs, pool, or the breakfast. It was nice that the option was there. Location is convenient but there is a lot of traffic noise. We were in an exterior room, it may not be as bad if you have a room on an interior wall.
It's always clean. Really easy to get to and friendly No
Beuatiful atrium just past the lobby with scattered hot tubs. Very inviting. The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had a toom on the main floor, so we could walk out the door into the atrium, and sit down for a cocktail at our own deck table. There wasn't a thing we didn't like. It was clean and comfortable. The bed were nice as well. I would recommend anyone to stay there. The location was right off the freeway, which didn't affect our stay - but yet it was handy the next morning.
Quiet and cimfortable Hard to locate at first because of construction on nearby roads

The rooms border on the brakfast and recreation area. All in all it was pretty noisy. The air conditiong left a lot to be desired also.

good breakfast, nice pool area and open relaxing courtyard, excellent staff hair in the clean shower
