Fordeler: Every staff member was friendly and smiling all the time. Free Ice creams and candies - yeahh!

Ulemper: In the morning (7 or 7:30) I could clearly smell tobacco smoke in the entire room 104. People were smoking in front of the hotel entry door. Being at the first floor it would come directly inside the room which was annoying. Not the best way to get up/ start a new day. Two small beds together doesn't make a large bed. Nearest U station is a bit far from the hotel.

Fordeler: Great package, the free ice cream in the lobby was a nice touch.

Ulemper: Location was slightly out of the way but really not bad at all.

Fordeler: Very friendly staff, nice rooms and comfortable.

Ulemper: No aircon.

Fordeler: The hotel was situated close to public transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked a beautiful court yard. We enjoyed our stay immensely,

Ulemper: We really do not have anything to say was a disadvantage. We have only positive things to say about our stay.

Fordeler: Really lovely hotel with friendly staff, tranquil location, easy parking, nice rooms with an outstanding breakfast. We also used their sauna. Lots of extras.

Ulemper: Even though a bit pricey on reflection. Was a pain the elevator wasn’t working and we were on 3rd floor. Bit of a journey to the centre town.

Fordeler: Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Right across the street from a tram station with 1 stop, easy access to the Volksgarten S-bahn station, which is only 1 stop from the main train station.

Ulemper: Lift was out of order No air conditioning.

Fordeler: i paid a very low price and i did not expect it would be an actually fancy hotel, its even cheaper than a hostel, i was going to try the breakfast but i had no time, but the hotel is a really good one though .

Ulemper: well, if the check in time could be earlier than 4pm it would be nicer. i arrived at two still can not check in. but probably it is a regular thing in germany i guess? but i do know some places with earlier check in time.

Fordeler: The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at walking distance of restaurants.

Ulemper: The room did not had air conditioning.

Fordeler: Property was warm and welcoming. Clean and the staff was cheerful and helpful.

Fordeler: This is a gem of an hotel. The staff are friendly, efficient and courteous. I asked for a few things from room service and they arrived within minutes. The room decor is quirky and so much more interesting than the usual hotel decor. Bed and bedding are superior to the extent that each person has their own doona. There is a radio in the bathroom.

Ulemper: The only improvement I could suggest is a steam iron to replace the very lightweight iron that was in our room.

Fordeler: Very good location . Large rooms almost studio. You have all what you need.

Ulemper: The waiter forgot to order my omelette and I ran out of time for breakfast....not exactly a major problem. Standard rooms aren't massive and Aircon doesn't go below 19 degs.

Fordeler: We got married on Inselstrasse, had our reception in the Old Town and decided to stay at Hyatt House at the end of our party. It was beautiful - large, airy, modern room with large windows overseeing quiet greenery at the back. The hotel welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers - many thanks for this special touch! It felt very special!

Fordeler: The hotel was great! The room was very spacious and it felt like a small apartment because we had a small kitchenette and a washing machine in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was very nice and pleasing. The hotel would be great for a family and for couples. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well! and the overall architecture of the building was beautiful!

Fordeler: Bed was too soft for me but this was not a complaint. Maid only gave me one bottle for two night stay, also this was not a complaint because it was not much bothered me.

Fordeler: Beautifully designed rooms/apartments! Amazingly friendly members of staff! That was my second stay and both stays were probably the best lodging experiences I have had so far and I have been to quite a few places. Big thumbs up!

Ulemper: Ingenting var mulig å mislike med hotellet. Men et forslag til forbedring, er å inkludere mulighet for å betale parkering på hotellet. Hotellet er i samme bygg som parkeringshus, og har egen hotell inngang. Men parkering betales i automat. Automaten godtok ingen av våre Norske Visa/Mastercard betalingskort. Kun tyske eller EU kort? Vi måtte finne minibank på søndagsmorgen, med det resultat at starten på avreise ble forsinket med en halv time. Minibanken hadde ingen problem med våre norske betalingskort.

Fordeler: Amazing breakfast! Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel itself looks very modern and the bar downstair especially!

Fordeler: Clean and large rooms. Big size TV, safe and a free bottle of water in the room. The bathroom had a great walking rain forrest shower and housekeeping is doing a great job by keeping it all all clean and working. The staff of this hotel, specially receptionist were very helpful and responded quickly to any type of question we had. The bar / lounge is not overcrowded but a good place to connect before going out. Their beers are good :) Breakfast is for kings ! Large selection of hot and cold food, fruit and good coffee machines. The location is outside of the very busy streets of downtown Düsseldorf, but within walking distance of 10-20 min. depending where you want to go. Central Station is just a 10 minute walk. A Taxi queue is right outside the hotel and you can rent electrical steps anywhere in the city.

Ulemper: It was a very busy breakfast on Sunday morning, so be prepared to queue a bit for your coffee.

Fordeler: Breakfast is nice, but I wish to have more vegetables options next time, cause you have various meat options here, but lose the balance on the vegetables. You can at least provide some mixed vegetable salad. Other service is very nice. Location is also great, there is a super market downstairs, with nice restaurant inside. Not far from the Kingstrees nor the old town.

Ulemper: Breakfast needs more vegetable options, at least provide a mixed vegetable salad would be nicer.

Fordeler: Superior room: infrared lamp for heating at the shower room; remote with touch screen; soft nice room design and much more :)

Fordeler: The good location and close proximity to museums and Konigsallee, the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness of all staff, and the breakfast spread is very good.

Ulemper: One tiny detail is that the vending machines in the hotel were not working when I needed to get a small bottle of water.

Fordeler: Perfect location, excellent breakfast, attentive and not annoying staff, reasonable price.

Ulemper: The room's a/c didn't get as cold as I would like. Also, the hotel is near a nightclub so bring your ear plugs if you're there on a weekend.

Fordeler: I stayted in this hotel before. The location is superb. The breakfast very good with several selections. The rooms were very clean.

Ulemper: The TV channel selections are limited to German and local European channels ( which are dubbed) mostly with only BBC news and CNN Int.. for english speaking people.No Netflix connection. Most hotels provide several options; maybe this can be considered.

Ulemper: Litt spesielt med å gjøre opp for hotellet, før en gang hadde fått sett om rommet var som forventet.

Ulemper: They don’t have 24 hrs open kitchen also before Sunday make sure you all of what you need as the most shops and coffee shops is closed on Sunday

Fordeler: A gem of a hotel in great location offering great value for money. It may not have fancy facilities but it's very decent for what it offers at this price point.

Fordeler: Firstly all the lovely staff. The location, the easy parking, lots to do and see. Great food and night life. The area is good with great transport links and has attractions including cruising on the river at a reasonable cost. Some rooms have a balcony which was great to relax on when back at the hotel

Ulemper: The room was fantastic, but in 37 degree heat we needed the aircon which was fairly poor. It was our only complaint. There is no other complaint for this hotel it was truly lovely

Ulemper: The room was definitely not cleaned properly. My understanding is that the level of the hotel should guarantee better maintenance. Also, it was a bit noisy in the yard by the hotel.

Ulemper: No variety food for the breakfast. Very limited space for the breakfast place. The breakfast was one of the worst in Dusseldorf.

Fordeler: We liked the room very much. Nice interior, spacious and clean. Good big tv screen and the bed was fantastic to. The personnel was friendly and eager to help out for anything we needed.

Ulemper: All was good but if we do need to mention something it was the small elevator but it wasn't that bad.

Fordeler: I've stayed here many, many times. The location is so convenient and it's also a good place to meet people quietly, before or after flights. The teams in reception, housekeeping and the restaurants are all very helpful and professional.

Ulemper: The opening times of the restaurants are quite restrictive, and if they could be a little more "traveller friendly" that would be super. Everything else at the Maritim is absolutely perfect.

Ulemper: Wi-Fi not working. We booked a conference room and we were asked to pay to for tokens despite the problems. We were also asked to pay 22 €for whiteboard markers to be used in the conference room.

Ulemper: This Hotel had no negatives!

Fordeler: Well priced in a convenient location for the train station which makes airport transfers and other travel easy. It is close enough for a walk to the Alstadt. There are good Japanese restaurants in the neighbourhood. Rooms are comfortable and clean, if a little basic.

Ulemper: Hot drink facilities in the room would have made it perfect for me.

Fordeler: The staff at this hotel are fabulous, very warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make your time there enjoyable. A special mention to the morning breakfast team and Marco and the evening bar team who provide excellent service on a consistent basis and make you feel like hotel is your home away from home. Thank you also Stefan on the front desk who arranged a room to be ready as quick as possible as i checked in around 7am on a Sunday morning but he realized i had come all the way from NZ - what a legend. The facilities, location, rooms and decor of the hotel are really good but the staff are what make it exceptional.

Fordeler: It’s clean, comfortable, within the shopping district. Convenient stores and restaurants are all nearby. The room was comfortable with minimalist concept.

Ulemper: The breakfast was rather costly.

Fordeler: We liked everything about this hotel! Contemporary in its feel, very clean and stylish. Room very well appointed. Great shower! Nice touch to have the wash basin in the main room with plenty of surfaces to spread make-up etc. Lots of full length mirrors too. Barber on the ground floor - handy! Lounge area on 11th floor with great views. Staff in every area welcoming, courteous and fun. We will return.

Ulemper: Quality of room clean differs from day to day. Some days were good while other days missed items such as facial tissues, towels etc. The bed sheets also weren't changed daily which was a surprise for me

Fordeler: It’s unusual to find that the bedrooms are actually cooler than the glossy images suggest, but the rooms in this hotel were fantastic- such a clever concept to have a big walk in shower to the window side of the room and open it up to the room(there’s a sliding screen if you want to block out the light). The hotel has a really cool vibe about it without trying too hard and the 11th floor bar is a nice place to hang out. Overall, a great place to stay and less than 5 mins walk from the central train station

Fordeler: The hotel has a really cool vibe and great decor. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and modern with quirky touches. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they gave us tips on where to go out and eat and were accommodating on every level. I accidentally left my work phone in my room after checking out and they swiftly retrieved it and posted it to me. All round great experience, will definitely be staying again if I come back to Dusseldorf!

Fordeler: I am a brand new Hyatt Club member and from the get go, I was instantly impressed with the décor and architecture of this facility. I usually like to stay at Hyatt's "Grand" and "Park" collections but this Hyatt Regency blows some of the Grand Hyatt's I have stayed at. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by the doorman and hotel staff welcoming me to their property insuring my check in experience was smooth. The room was very clean upon arrival and they even had my name posted on the TV screen; how cool! the automatic blind opener and closer had to be one of the most unique features in the room. I received a treatment at the spa which was awesome, the ladies behind the counter were great, very professional and were good at what they do, it was truly a relaxing experience. Take a chance to indulge in the breakfast buffet the hotel offers ranging from a wide variety of fruits, drinks and omelets cooked to one's liking.

Ulemper: My only gripe had to be the room service attendant did not carry cash on him while delivering the food to my room. I did not one the breakfast billed to my room and the attendant implied that me paying cash for room service was not possible. Not a big complaint but this could easily be fixed.

Fordeler: The rooms was perfect with a harbor view and a big space. The staff friendly and helpful. The location far away from the center but i love it because a quiet. The air-condition is excellent.

Fordeler: We stayed at the hotel for one night, and were entirely satisfied. The room is not big but clean. The bath on balcony was a real surprise. After a busy day it is very pleasant to take a bath on the fresh air. The staff is young and very friendly. Marcel who works at the front desk made our stay at the hotel and in Düsseldorf nice and interesting with his smile and some useful advise. Thank you Marcel!

Fordeler: The hotel is an a fantastic location, just one S-bahn stop from the Main train station. The Paris Club has sweeping views of the city, and there are lots of things to do within just a few minutes walk at the most.

Ulemper: Det påvirket ikke meg direkte, men hotellet hadde rotet til bookingen for min bror, som ble gjort via hotels.com. Ved ankomst av min bror rett over midnatt, sto vi lenge å ventet på at personalet på vakt klarte å finne ut av det. Det ble mye surr, og en senere kveld enn vi hadde sett for oss.

Fordeler: Food was fantastic, the spa and fitness centre in the 15th floor is awesome, rooms are huge, clean and quiet, the beds are super comfortable and the design is very modern. Internet is flawless and above all the staff is outstandingly friendly and kind.

Ulemper: It is kind of remote. A car or taxi is required to get there.

Fordeler: It was perfect as I should be near to the airport. But mostly I like the quality in side the rooms in every detail.

Fordeler: As usual, very good and comfortable hotel. The room is quite, the breackfast is good and teh SPA is big and relaxing. Also the restorant is really good.

Ulemper: a shuttle service to the airport should be very appreciated.

Ulemper: Poor wifi , bad clean, staff they didn’t need to hire you if you have any problem ( they didn’t clean my room for two days and everyday before 9:00am i am not in my room !! I asked for blanket because the old one is dirty and they changed after two days and you must go to reception!! by phone there’s no body will do anything for you) , you must find trolley to take your things or wait for 15 to 25 minutes, good luck

Fordeler: Cozy big room, clean, comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Excellent staff. Close to the Japanese area full of amazing restaurants.

Ulemper: From the booking website I had the impression the hotel is closer to the city Centre than it is. I had a Thai soup in the restaurant and I am pretty sure it was from a can. I think you should not offer this is the menu if you don’t cook it there.

Fordeler: The location is really good

Ulemper: The house keeping service was very bad, surprisingly a group of 5-6 workers came at once to clean within 3 minutes. They don’t even clean the room properly !!! Also on a rainy day we didn’t leave the room in the morning so they came asking us to leave the room or else they will clean it the next day. This was so ridiculous. I didn’t like even the fact no connecting rooms and also the size was very small.

Fordeler: Very clean and modern. Quiet neighbourhood.

Ulemper: Trivial, but the duvet on the bed was nowhere near wide enough for a double bed with 2 people in it. Seemed like we had been given a single duvet for the double bed... Very strange. Made for a very uncomfortable /cold sleep.

Fordeler: Good excellent value for money! Nice breakfast and frendly staff! Parking is possible in front of bulding with a bit of luck!

Ulemper: It needs a 30 min walk to be in the center but there is public transport within 200 m, so no problem!

Fordeler: Every thing was very very good

Fordeler: Thank you for everything you doing for our family , Also This hotel is best hotel in Düsseldorf because They deal with emergencies and make you feel like family members .. They took care of us during an accident Thank you Ms .Stephanie Dluzak and her staff ❤️

Fordeler: Vi har gjennomført førjulsturer til byer/tettsteder i Europa i 20 år. Dette besøket ble et av de aller beste (på tross av 2 dager med småregn). Flott, nytt hotell. Fin spredning på julemarkedene. Perfekt anledning for den som liker litt varmgang i betalingskortene. Et krus Glühwein aldri langt unna. Kort sagt: Hyggelig start på julemåneden!

Ulemper: Parking is quite expensive, it'd be better to include in the fare or at least informed.

Ulemper: It's need made new in every thing it was too old , I feel living in 90s

Fordeler: The Bed was really good. Only high quality Bed accessories. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was high quality.

Ulemper: The shower was not according 5*, it was old complicated to use and not 100% ( spiders in the tab) clean. The lights in the cabinet were not able to switch off. They were running all night long.

Fordeler: Excellent location, and wonderful ambiance

Fordeler: This is a high end hotel with a perfect location on Köningsstrasse with all the shops. And just a block from old town.

Ulemper: Unfortunately my room was not ready when I checked in at 4 pm.

Fordeler: Everything was perfect.. we enjoyed our time ..

Ulemper: The pillows were very soft ..

Fordeler: good location access to altstadt. The staff are friendly and kind.

Ulemper: entrance of hotel is rather small to visit by car.

Fordeler: Reception took care of us very well. When in distress over a lost wallet.

Ulemper: Took a little while to sort out the card system for the lift. Fault was not inserting & pulling card out quick enough.

Fordeler: Quiet but convenient Location. Old style Hotel but maintained well.

Fordeler: Breakfast was tasty and fresh - the restaurant is very stylish! The decor and design of the hotel are very tasteful. Loved the complimentary mini bar! Nice fixtures and fittings. Great location.

Ulemper: The toilet and shower configuration in the room isn't private enough and is quite impractical. The shower and toilet are fully visible from the bed, with only some smoked glass to block the view - once the light is on you can see fully into the shower and toilet! Not exactly private. Some couples may be happy to watch each other use the toilet, but we aren't! The lights in the shower and toilet section are motion-activated and come on as soon as you go anywhere near them. If you turn over or move your feet too much in the night, the light comes on in the shower room!

Fordeler: The food

Ulemper: Bit scruffy (damages to the carpet and walls , though minor , led to the impression it perhaps needs a refresh)

Fordeler: Sentralt, rent, flotte rom, hyggelig betjening.

Ulemper: Altfor dyr frokost. 18 euro pr person. Drop of piont var alltid fullt.

Fordeler: Beautiful rooms and details throughout. Very well designed.

Fordeler: - Excellent friendly helpful staff :) - Tasteful and comfortable stylish design rooms; Perfectly comfortable beds, especially perfect for a comfortable sleep

Ulemper: it is very uncomfortable that the water is constantly overflow into the bathroom while taking a shower! _ disappointing situation for such a kind hotel of this level :(

Ulemper: Lights from shower shine into room so can wake up someone who is sleeping Beds were too hard, bedsheets too cheap

Fordeler: Great location, good bed, nice decoration in a quite recent built hotel

Ulemper: Small room and small bathroom. There is no wardrobe. It’s perfect for 1-2 nights though

Fordeler: Fantastic stylishly designed boutique hotel situated in a quiet location but convenient for art galleries, main shopping street, river, etc. and 5-10 min walk from the railway station. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, well equipped comfortable rooms with the bonus of a free minibar. Highly recommended - would definitely stay here again!

Fordeler: very good design, rooms quite big compared to other hotels, very good location 100 m to Koenigsallee, good value for this advantages

Ulemper: Wine in the bar is extremely expensive

Fordeler: The chef of the restaurant was awesome!

Ulemper: The shower room needs to be fixed. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Fordeler: Great interior design, helpful stuff and restaurant in the same building. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Fordeler: What I liked: - the servers in the bar (at night) were excellent, especially Leone, who was very extremely personable and friendly. - the large room safe because it was large enough to fit my laptop inside - I had an iron and ironing board delivered to my room - the location was great ... with nearby restaurants and transit service - having a power outlet beside the bed so I could charge my phone (used as an alarm clock) ... it would be better for the outlet to have two built-in USB outlets to power additional devices

Ulemper: What I disliked: - the high price for the breakfast buffet during the week day ... should have a lower price for hotel guests - the feather pillows .... it would be great to have foam pillows as an option.

Fordeler: Few minutes walking distance to city center via beautiful park. Offering nice view

Ulemper: Check-in process and the way to change the number of days. It was done by myself by calling the reservation center of the hotel. No vending machines for ice cubes at each floor and you have to take it from the bar

Fordeler: Easy to get to the hotel and good location

Ulemper: Reserved 7 rooms got only 6 and had to pay anyway...
