New and well designed. Great location, services, staff, and breakfast. Parking is a little bit difficult (if you want free parking) or expensive (if you park in the garage), but I fortunately find a free spot next to the hotel.
Fairly new hotel, design and looks are very nice and quite modern. It was very quiet, we barely saw any other quests. Location wise its about a 10 min walk to the centre or 6 euros in a cab, i f i were to return i would happily stay there again, staff are very friendly however the bar seemed to not have anything to hand and was a slow service
Nice clean, modern hotel with a great location and a very friendly, helpful staff.
A large enough room, personel, cleanliness, parking in the garage, location
Walkable to attractions, Parking cost 15 Euro per day, need front desk validate to get out, no instruction, no enter phone to talk to anyone at the gate, and then the public use PC's keyboard is kind of tricky to use for American, hard to find some regular use key like the @ .
recently opened hotel in a modern style, well located. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel noisy wooden floor in the guestroom; a little expensive
Design is absolute tastefully, brings a very nice atmosphere. The personal cooperativeness is also perfect. We want come back again. ------
Brand new hotel only a short walk by the river danube to the old city centre. Nothing .
The room was very comfortable and very good value for money. The room service was very good. The cleaning service was very poor. They came to clean, I was in the room, I told them to come after and they didnt come again.
Great location in the heart of the city. Walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.
The old building is beautiful, as is the terrace for breakfast. The staff did their best, but see below for my sentiments on the fate of this beautiful hotel under Radisson management. A beautiful old hotel ruined by the insouciance of the Radisson group, which is quickly becoming the worse hotel chain around (of the better ones). One only hopes that the grand old lady which is the Carlton would be taken over by Kempinski, Starwood, Mandarin Oriental or other, which would give her the respect she deserves, as an old European hotel. The current way the hotel is run and decorated makes one sad.
Loved it - very relaxed atmosphere, easy going, friendly and very eager to help staff. The spa area is fantastic, and the children were made to feel welcome.
The Spa was great. Thumping music until 2am is not a 5 star experience
god service likandes hotel sen heis
