should offer free internet or WIFI. charges of RM58 per day is too expensive compared to other hotel. they may offer 2 or 3 hour charge package...

The room are pretty tidy and clean and of course comfortable. Staffs are helpful. I booked 3days 2night from 11 to 13 Aug. But upon reaching there, one of the staff told me that all deluxe rooms are occupied. I was quite unhappy as i thought all bookings had been done online. But, one of your staff was kind enough to upgrade my room to superior without any charges. He also made me sign for the charges for the 3 days 2 nights stay. Next morning, i was invited to stay at my friend's place so i told one of your staffs that instead of staying 3 days 2 night, i would like to change to 2 days 1 night. The lady staff agreed. I told her i have signed for the charges for 3 days 2 nights. Is there a refund? She told me it wasn't charged yet and that she would cancel the other 1 night charges. But the bank statement was wrong!
Pleasant staffs and well maintained. Pillows provided has previous guest odour and need to be changed.
This is a very beautiful hotel. It's near to the Subang Airport/National. It has a very nice view about the golfplace. The breakfast is absolut fascinating. The lounge is absolute beautiful, great, great. The pool is nice and great. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Perhaps it should be a shuttleservice to the Nationalairport.
Quite place and near to Subang Airport. Inaccessible, and too far fr the shopping areas and food centres.have to call taxis to our intended destination.
Breakfast. Hotel stuff refused to amend my booking from 3 adult stay to 2 adult stay. Claiming that the fee was paid to booking.com

I was only there a short time so didn't use any of the hotel facilities. The hotel was very close to where I needed to be and the hotel staff were lovely.
The staffs are very friendly and have provide excellent service ecspecially at Semarak cafe. Well done!!
The big suite and the health spa Their swimming pool. It was mostly cement and covered. Also they had nothing to drink or eat by the pool.
the hotel is very near to everything, i.e shopping complex, park etc.. The room service was very slow. Our room was not being cleaned in the morning despite having left the "make up room" button on. Had to call twice until they finally came. The food should have more variety for such hotel of this standard.
The facility itself is ok. Clean I surprise they give me a room with renovation project is on going next door. Noise, paint smell.... bad experience. Staff is lack of proper training, I don't think it is a 5 star hotel.
Worst service. I'll never stay at this hotel again, and never recommend it to anyone. Reception staff is even worse than 3-star hotel I stayed at Kuala Lumpur. I'd say it's far from 5-star hotel! poor quality of service, lack of the spirit of hospitality, poor communication and traning among hotel staff
As a five star hotel, I would like to say that Hilton PJ (only 4 star) can be made as an example

The Check-out time is more flexible and front desk staff are friendly and helpful.Our request for extra blankets and pillows are fullfilled . Everything seem ok for us.

Generally well kept/maintained. The upkeep of the facilities in the room should be monitored; eg the inroom safe was not working. Next, the pricing for booking on the internet should be lower than that of a walk-in customer; otherwise what's the use of booking on the internet ???? I was really disappointed that the price was similar for someone who did not make a booking !!!
The is a negative reply. The first room allocated to us has dirty toilet bowl. The second room the flash does not work well. the water ran non stop. It was fixed however after a long delay. But overall the hotel is fine.
I like it so much when the hotel upgraded my room from superior to premier with no change in rate. Checking in was a brisk, no long ques eventhough it was fully booked. Nothing because I find my stay at Concorde Shah Alam a very pleasant one.
