Rooms and facilities there was no lock for the bathroom doors. There should be one.
They required deposit in cash upon our arrival (in our case 200MYR), although they charged total cost of accomodation on my credit card 3 days before our arrival (which was amonting almost the same). We chose delux room, but there was nothing delux about that room. The breakfast room is very small and simple and the food was not refilled in time.
Its near railway station and taxis are easily available. Further there are lots of indian restaurants nearby. The rooms are too small. Washroom is small too with no toothpaste and tooth brush. Location is not beauthiful for honeymoon couples. AC does not work properly
The Buffet breakfast was excellent, we love it why was my card charged twice although, although the april 22 was floated. then april 24 was directly charged. But it is quite annoying since I need to use my cards for other things. Kindly correct such practice since most card users are really paying customers
Very helpful staff - excellent buffet breakfast The windows are very poor allowing all outside noise into the room whilst trying to sleep. The main expectation from a room is quite to enable sleep. This one issued ruins a very good hotel.
Very clean room and an excellent brekfast buffet. Great location, a short walk to KL Central Station. No news channels on the TV?
the reception staff were helpful Having travelled throughout asia staying at various types of hotels, we have had the most amazing asian breakfasts. the breakfast at Sentral was very poor. the food was cold, uninspiring, no chef to make fresh omelettes, fried eggs, etc. the fruit juice was terrible. it was dirty, tableclothes needed changing, ants running all over the food areas, the tables and floors were dirty. the whole thing was unacceptable and did not warrant a 3 star hotel. we were on the 9th floor and the whole area smelt of stale cigarette smoke. walking from the hotel through to the bus/train station was horrible. we walked back around 7.30 pm on both nights and saw rats in the streets.
Very good hotel at reasonable prices. Very good and courteous service. There should be a English language news station on TV, either BBC or CNN. The breakfast is good in quantity, but not really in quality. Food should be less greasy and more nourishing.
The accessibility to the transportation mode especially the rail transportation. The clenaliness of the rooms was superb. The neighbourhood is not quite good.
The restaurant on the 5th floor was very good. Nice out door eating area and decent food. In addition, you can get a good night rest with no disturbance. Also very close to major train stations....1 min walk to city metro and barely 5 mins walk to KL sentral that gets to easily back to the Airport. The hotel surrounding environment does not feel very safe. In addition, booked a deluxe room but was given a superior room without any refund. Hotel claimed I should have alerted them during check-in that I booked a more expensive room.
The hotel and service we received at the hotel was great. The location of the hotel was right next to the train station and a mall too. Overall I was very happy with both, the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Nothing- this hotel was one of the best i have visited- definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Singapore.
