Had breakfast but didn't try
I didn't know if it was a hostel or pizza restaurant. Apparently its both. It ruined the vibe straight away bcs I didn't know if ppl were staying there or there for dinner. Luggage storage is in the kitchen. Bed sheets were completely worn out.

The ladies toilets on the 4th floor didn’t have a lock on the door, no hot water either. Bad smell in the ladies shower room on the 4th floor, and not very clean People coming into the rooms in the middle of the night after checking in - made me feel very nervous as a woman travelling alone Beds not comfortable

I didn’t have breakfast
Receptionist could not find my name in the system even after booking online. After checking in, I came back again in the evening and I still wasn’t registered on the system. My receipt was the only proof that I had checked in earlier and I wonder what would have happened if I had lost it. You need to upgrade how you store your data.
