Excellent location

A fine hotel with comfortable rooms. The location was perfect. The breakfast was very good for the level of hotel - a good range including local specialities if you want to try. Very helpful and friendly front office staff impressively multilingual.

The atmosphere was a bit close in the room and a supplied fan only helped a bit.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of Oslo

The hotel is located in the very heart of Oslo by Karl Johan avenue by the parliament, national theatre, royal palace and galleries. The bay is only a short walk away. The hotel by itself is grand with paintings all over the walls. Stuff are really polite, nice buffet style breakfast.Really enjoyed our stay. Much recommended!

Nice historical feel

We were given a room upgrade, which was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable.

It was a bit far from the station, but the T-bane was nearby.
