-The management and the staff are extremely professional and friendly, they provided the service flawlessly. -The room has a breathtaking view, and the room itself is beautiful and comfortable. -The food and drinks were great. -the private beach is beautiful and clean -the hotel beach has its own marina with lots of fun water activities. -the night parties were amusing. -sports activities on the beach -all the health measures were taken very seriously to prevent the spread of COVID-19. -the hotel building,the rooms, the beach and the restaurant were very clean.

Nothing went wrong but sometimes one wants to relax on the beach without any disturbance from the travel agents, spa representatives or animation team many times.

All staff members were extreemly helpfull, they tried their utmost to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Considering low occupancy rate, business is not good to say the least, food is reasonable, good enough not to complain

-Very slow wifi -food tasted nice but needs some variety (different meals every day in the dinner but limited variety in the same day, no variety in the breakfast , the same everyday) -no aqua park

Beautiful views, clean and peaceful private beach, lovely environment with decent sized pool area and outdoor space. Food was good quality, including the room service menu. Spacious bathroom and terrace on bedrooms. Polite staff.

Animation wasn't very high quality but I was here during low season / corona virus, so maybe it's usually different.

Amazing staff & a great...

The view was amazing and above all the staff was very helpful and amazing to deal with. From the beginning of the trip they helped me a log with my booking and stay and were very friendly. The place is clean and every aspect of hygiene has been taken care of. The beach was super clean and the rooms was cleaned regularly. I had a great stay with my family.

The food was below average for my taste and my family’s. Could be improved but the friendliness of the staff covered it with their politeness and happy spirit.

everything was perfect! From staff, room, view, clean room etc. people from animation team became friends with us. One night they allowed to play Bosnian music in night bar. People from Recepction was also very friendly. We have paid for basic room, but we got room with the best view, because hotel wasn"t full. that was very niceee from them! Also, last day, we have flight in the midnight, but we didn"t pay for that day, but staff allowed us, tu stay for free till 4 o clock in out room, and they give us whole day and night till flight - all inclusive bracelet for free. more good things? room ic cleaned everyday. The beach is amazing!!

A beautiful hotel with so friendly and professional staff! Food was generally very testy. The place is spotlessly clean, the beach was nice and very clean. Amazing location for absolute relaxation with amazing sea view!

Poor toilet flushing in my room only. Inconvenient to have hand soap only on the wall of the buthtab cabin - need some by the sink.

Sudden escape to a better...

Adored the Continental hotel and whole 3 nights staying here with my two little sons! Top-notch service, tasty food, friendly well-trained staff, polite manners of the staff, responsible, responsive. Allowed a bit late check-out for free. Were trying to guess what I need and meet my request before I open my mouth and ask for it (e.g. drinks at the restaurant). Liked the animation team as well, both Nadia and Lesya, and boys (Tiko and two others, forgot names). Sparkling dancing with smiles! You are an amazing team, management and executives, keep going! I am very pleased. Also on 30th Jan was my birthday, and I totally loved it here. Was my sudden and best decision to run to Hurghada in your hotel for 3 nights to escape the routine. P. S. Admired accessibility of your facilities for weel-chaired ppl, like entrance in the pool. You think out of the box, respect.

Hard to say! Maybe only somewhat cold wind on top floor No 5, while going to the room. My bad, needed to check on weather and take warmer clothes with me.

Amazing 6 nights in Continental...

Very clean room , very kind & gentle staff especially Karim Hamdy in the breakfast was very caring , smiling , always working with love & care to let the guests satisfied , also the reception staff were so polite and gave me late check out without extra money till 4 pm although check out must be at 12pm. Also they have exceptional animation team ( Nadia, Fox, Tifa ) all were so nice and doing there best to please and satisfy the hotel guests. Really amazing five stars hotel, sure would love to stay there again.

Nothing, may be the food was average in quality ,& the pasteries were not fresh, but I think due to the Corona circumstances, but sure afterwards everything will be ok.

Perfect beach!

The beach is perfect! I’ve stayed at several resorts in Hurghada, the continental has soft sand and clear waters. The staff on the beach were also very attentive. I was surprised and happy that the pool was heated and could swim in January. Generally the hotel was very good and even had nightly entertainment despite having exceptionally low number of guests. The animation staff worked hard to keep people entertained with sports, games and exercise programs. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. I liked having a fridge in the room. The breakfast was good with a wide selection again considering the low occupation.I would stay here again.

Just like any other hotel there’s never enough coffee creamer. The gentleman said he would bring more later but forgot. I had mentioned the plentiful breakfast however for me personally I eat very little. One morning I requested a banana for my upset stomach but was told bananas were only available at lunchtime. Knowing that the previous day they had supplied a breakfast box to take on our tour which included a banana, I returned and asked a different employee who went to the back to get one. It made me feel uncomfortable to ask twice but it was the difference between eating some thing and not.

I have been fortunate over the years to have traveled the globe for business , and I have stayed in many of the top international hotels. The Continental Hotel is not part of a chain, but there service is second to none. We came here as a last minute idea after our trip to the Canary Islands was cancelled due to the change in regulations by the Spanish Government due to Covid. I had looked at many larger hotels but the reviews for this hotel were very good to excellent all round, so I booked an initial 2 week holiday, and we are so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at Reception by a young, courteous man named Mohammed, out check in was very swift and efficient as Mohammed had prepared the paperwork in advance. And had very kindly arranged an upgrade for us, a marvellous surprise. Later on into this holiday I had to call upon the services of Mohammed once again as we had a family issue back in the U.K. with a bereavement and required strong internet connection within our suite, and this was something that was intermittent, Mohammed sprang into action late in the evening by calling the hotels IT engineer at home and after a conversation he returned to our room with a new dedicated router and set it up and that resolved the issue and allowed video calling, something I wouldn’t have experienced in a global chain of hotels. Fantastic personal service. Our housekeeper who attended to our suite Mohammed was a true star, surprisingly us occasionally with beautiful items made out of towels and keeping everything and I mean everything spotlessly clean. The general areas of the hotels and the toilet facilities are absolutely spotless and a credit to the individuals who prepare and maintain them each and every day, I personally have never seen toilets/sinks etc being cleaned some many times a day, once again credit to management team and those individuals involved in that process.

The pool initially had, had the heating turned off, but that was resolved and heated up again.

It was a great property from all the aspect you look for in a holiday, we were a group of 12 of family and friends, everyone had the same impression. We were very impressed about their strict precautions regarding COVID-19 risks that was applied everywhere in the property

Great staff, cooperative, helpful, and they serve you with a smile. this wasnt my first time at the hotel and definitly not my last. they surprised me with special platters and take home lunch boxes for the road. great restaurant and chefs and also reciptionists especially chef Hassan and mr Wael. highly recommend

Breakfast was excellent, served by kitchen staff behind the screen, plus waiters with masks who were there to help to bring coffe and tea. Hotel beach is beautiful, entertainment staff did some stretching, zumba etc..

If you are looking for the perfect service, amazing staff, very delicious and diverse food, perfect sandy beach, and luxurious rooms, then this is the hotel you should visit. We stayed in rooms 529, 530, and 531 with my family. This was an amazing experience. I want to make a special thanks for Mr. Ahmed Samir assistant manager for upgrading our rooms to better rooms and making sure our stay was perfect. I also want to thank Mr. Ahmed Anwar at al captain bar for the amazing surprise party for my wife's birthday. He was very helpful and friendly. I also want to thank Mahmoud at the front desk for being super helpful. The food was amazing and i want to thank all the chefs for that amazing experience. Specially Chef Mahmoud for baking the birthday cake for my wife. I also want to thank chef Ahmed ElSayed, Chef Amro, Chef Nasser, Chef Ahmed, Chef Mohamed Ibrhaim, Chef Ghada. I also want to thank everybody in the main resturant, Mr. Ahmed Abdelwahab, Marzouk, Karim, Ahmed Nagy, Moustafa Ahmed. Everybody was very professional and friendly and they made our stay perfect. Also it is very hard for them having to wear face masks all the time in these hard time. I will stop looking for a spot to visit each year as i have finally found the perfect location in this hotel.

perfect setting, clean, friendly staff

this is our second visit to this amazing hotel. they have everything covered in relation to Corona virus. we love the guys on the beach Kamel and his guys providing water sports. my partner was unwell on this visit and the chef made her some soup which settled her stomach. really nice touch was management came around and spoke to people asking for their reviews which i am told they do weekly. well done Continental hotel - no changes needed to this fabulous hotel

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay, specially with the warming hospitality of the staff and Mr. Ahmed Samir. Mr. Ahmed helped us changing our room due to some technical problems in the AC, and offered us much better room for no extra charges. I would highly recommend this hotel, and for sure this will never be my last visit

My second home

The Continental's beach is stunning, beautiful rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, on Hurghada Promenade - know also as Mamsha, my favourite place in Hurghada. Has a big garden and hundred of palms, magic lighting in the night, swimming pool, shops, restaurants, bars, parking, spa, casino, event hall, football field. And has.... an island, where you can go just passing a small bridge. Strongly recommended.

Amazing hotel in all aspects. The staff paid extra attention to hygiene in all areas of the hotel due to Covid which made us feel really safe. Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The food was probably the most delicious we ever had in a hotel. Even with low guest numbers they had very good variety, we always found something new to try and the quality of the food was also excellent. As a family with a baby and a toddler we were not really into evening entertainment but we quite enjoyed the little dance or music shows after dinner. We can’t wait to come back again!

Regarding the staff there, I’d like to express my gratitude for their help and lovely hospitality. Mr Mohamed El Gazzar in the reception was very friendly, ultimately helpful, and professional. During the whole stay, he was always there for assistance. Not only this, but also he’s a quite polite person. The animation team is superb specially the always smiling girl Vikushka.Lastly, the hotel deserves 10/10 rating!! Thank you Continental Hurghada Resort for making my vacation exceptional ❤️

I'm not really a beach holiday resort person, but this was a real treat. Great pool. I really recommend the on-site Syrian restaurant El Dabaya - amazing grill. Wonderful staff.
