The room and hallways were in very good taster Nicer then the hotels near the airport Mediocre compared to some of the 5 star hotels in that area No ATM. A Ways out of town No little store for toiletries, etc Doesn't compare to the Oberoi close by. Stay there instead if you can!
Good value for money. Comfortable bed. Very quiet room. Lack of hot water. Smell of smoke despite non-smoking room. Location is bad. Breakfast was chargeable but I was not told that until after breakfast. Internet very slow.
Nothing going for it. It was unfortunate that we did not have water in our room two nights in a row.
Nothing, got bad experience of 4 star Hotel No experience staff, they don't know how to care for customers. Not sufficient equipment like hair dryer having few and if they provide next day morning without looking at time knock or call for asking back hair dryer. Staff is very bad because hotel manager him self is not looks experienced and all are lazy. There is no value of money. No variety in breakfast, Not having proper information regarding city if you have any question. It's difficult to find person on reception after 11.00pm and you have to search. As per my experience it was very bad hotel in my life.
I liked that I got an upgrade, the room was very nice, clean, modern and comfortable. Internet is free. My friend arrived later to the hotel and we were called by the reception at 11:30pm saying to register. At the end someone came up to the room and took his ID to make a photocopy of, plus they asked him to sign the paper. This is all fine but not at 11:30pm. They could have arranged all this next morning or earlier on the same day. I also didnt like that they called us to open our door so they can take the dishes; I should be the one calling them when to pick up and not the other way around.
This a good western-style hotel not too far from the airport. The bed was the best we slept in during our 3-1/2 months in India. The food was first-rate, especially the dinner buffet that had a good variety of western and Indian cuisine, and unlike other western-style hotels in India was a great value for the money. The only caveat is that if you stay here, make sure you download a map to the hotel. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, and our cab driver at least had a hard time finding the place.
I liked the location, next to Vipul Plaza, ideal for business. My bed sheets had a few very visible staints and my room was small and noise was coming from the street through the window poorly isolated. Low quality curtains. At the restaurant food was Okay but the place is noisy as the pub is in the same open space. Service is so so, staff does not necessarily follow your instructions. As a sign reminds you in the lobby, this hotel belong the Accor group which is supposed to be meaning high quality standards but this one does not quite follow the rule...
