Location. The Hotel staff must know or understand English in order to communicate with international guests. It was really hard to commmunicate with them.
The room was kept spotless--the sheets were changed every day, even though we stayed there for six days. I really appreciated the coin-operated clothes washers and dryers--we had nothing but dirty clothes when we arrived I wish that I could have gotten a discount on the rate, since we were there for six days. I signed up for the Toyoko Inn Club, but I'm still not sure that I was given the discount.
Not good for international guests as they do not have good services and facilities to guests like internet, phone call, english speaking staffs, food corner is not well established etc.
Clean safe quiet and the staff was really nice! My comma button's broken. It's a great place for the price. Rooms are small but you get what you pay for. I just needed a place to sleep for a visa run. This place was just fine for the price.
