Resume: Good Hotel in a nice and quiet location. Very clean with a few litlle issues. Details: Pool is very nice with a nice view on a small part of the see and little sand beach. Breakfast is very delicous with cakes, fruits, eggs and sausage, pancakes, nice coffee. Hotel is taking very much care of cleaning. Playground for Kids available also like snooker and free internet. A/C in the room is very quiet. I absolutly recomend this hotel even with a few little issues. Some little issues: Barkeeper did not now how to make Cuba Libre. One day no Caipirinha was available. Exhaustor of bathroom is a bit noisy. No A/C in Breakfast room.
Clean and comfortable. The noice outside my room...dogs barking was terrible.
I liked the very friendly service from staff and the quiet location on a canal. I did not like hearing noise from out in the hall.
good afternoon, yes I was in the guesthouse of lagoon and excellent, and friendly people, ready for help at all, a good recep. Felipe, helps at all .. I liked it very much and come back, thanks in the bathroom, throws the sewer stink, the secondary sewage
Perfect beach, all amenities we needed: air conditioning, swimming pool, sauna, bar and a restaurant. Loved the hammock and Jaccuzzi. Needs more green like a big garden or something.
Across street from a very good, clean & uncrowded sand beach...Typical Brazilian breakfast not too bad. Worst, most overpriced dump we ever stayed in. And we have stayed in over 250 hotels....not even the locks on the doors worked. "Ocean view" turned out to be a view of a construction project. absolutely nothing no restaurants ,etc in area. without a car you are sunk. Long walk to bus stop. No place to eat dinner.
Everything was perfect. Very good service, people speaking english, helpful and very kind. Beautiful ocean view, and excellent breakfast buffet. Sea is only 50m from the hotel and it's really great beach
Beach front location - really gorgeous; all amenities we needed: good size swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, bar, Internet, beach volley court; clean water is a huge difference - most of the pousadas here use stinky well water; air conditioners - you really need them in the summer; close to all the nightlife, but just far enough from the hassle to enjoy the quiet and private space; beautifully landscped, the only place that actually has palms on their beach; very nice, friendly and super helpful people; and did I mention the price - it is at least half the price of the competition! We are not used to electric showers and the water does not get really hot as you might like in the winter. This is the standrd here in most of pousadas and homes in Brazil, though. However, Laguna was installing a solar water heating system for all rooms to go live in July-August. This should resolve this little inconvenience.
