swimming pool, Luzz Bar, sauna Seher in Luzz bar
The word perfect says everything about it. Moreover, the staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing in mind that we didn't like about it.
it has good staff, speack english, excellent rooms, excellent breakfast with big resturant, and good cleanning Its price is high.
location room view
the size of the room was fair. the staff of the hotel do not speak english at all. at the time of booking we selected a non smoking room. but we have been given a smoking room that we couldnt stand beside that the A/C was not working at all we suffered some heat that deprived us from having a good sleep. of course we couldnt communicate with them cause no one in there speak english. so we checked out the next morning.
Very good hotel, one small complaint the air conditioning wasnt working in our room. Air conditioning wasnt working
The excelent vue from the restaurant on the 8th floor;
The kindness of the staff
the availability of Arabic speaking tours guide & the kids indoor play area what really bothered us was the a/c unavailability as it was winter season and the ac system was turned to heaters only so the rooms were hot and needed cooling.
Hotel is well situated in Bursa. We came in at 6:00am (after a late-night bus) and they were nice enough to give us access to the room. Breakfast (buffet) was good. We had reserved for a double bed - we got 2 single beds. We asked for non-smoking - we got smoking. We had major issues to pay with our Visa (from Canada) - weird coming from a business hotel. Hotel could not help us with tourist information. We were charged 10 euro per person for breakfast ... a bit expensive (!)
clean, near central Staff, who can speak english, is very few.
The english speaking staff member who offered to change my room & answered any queries. The balcony doors that opened to a big view over the outer city. In many ways this is a very minimalist hotel and this includes the breakfast.
Comfortable room, good service, fantastic breakfast
its comfort hotel . big rooms . near shopping mall slow flat
Central location. Helpful and friendly staff.
The Turkish Hamam is good, Only The hotel was Old, Hot ( AC was very bad) and fair clean
the staff was rude hotel is crap i will gives 3 star rather than 5
the hotel locoation is outstanding, the facilities provided is really excellent, and the rooms were clean< my family and were injoing our stay in this hotel. The hotel has lost my passport; they were missed placed with other guests. I had to catch the bus to Abant. The passport was sent to me the next day and I was charged $120 for that. As a five star hotels I was expecting a better service and free of charge to rectify their mistake.
The room had it's own balcony, was nicely furnished, comfortable and well lighted. The location of the hotel as shown on the booking.com website is incorrect. When directions were requested on the phone the person's English language was so inadequate that he could not give directions but instead said just to come to the vicinity of the hotel, park and ask for directions. Of course, with wrong initial directions no one could find the vicinity of the hotel. Two hours later the hotel was found. This hotel is not for the lone traveler but is designed for wedding receptions, large gatherings, and tour buses. We had requested a double bed. We were assigned a twin bedded room. After an extended and unpleasant exchange with the front desk we were finally given a double bed room.
XVth century Turkish Hammam inside the hotel... The staff do not speak any English
clean,in the city centre, good breakfast high pricing, not enough spa facilities
The best hotel in Bursa. The Manchester United team also stayed during their champions league match. The best hotel in Bursa.. Very good level of comfort and services. Great SPA.. The gym could do with some more weights..
The spa facility. I had massage which was superb. made to feel very relaxed. As they say tap water not suitable for drinking, only supplied 1 small bottle of complimentary water for 2 people during whole of stay.
The location was the best what they could provide. The service and the attention of the staff was terrible. Some of the amenities have been not replaced or unfunctionable. One day they did not replaced the slippers the other day hand towels. The room was not prepared for 2 men it was prepared for a couple. Complimentary waters have been only replaced if we remind them. Between sauna and thermal pool was far to eachother so that I could catch a cold. Many other services were beyond a five star hotel.
The quality of the room, the superb leisure facilities and the friendly and attentive staff.
Staff and hotel service are very nice. Location is close to the center city. Particularly, spa center is wonderful for enjoying masage and relaxing. It is so far from IDO shipment, however, there is no free shuttle bus.
Every think was fully ok!
Good welcome; helpful staff; beautiful hotel and garden Lots of staff, including the hotel owner herself, does not speak English; access to hotel by car simply not possible; according to us, the hotel presents itself in a slightly overrated way, which is negative for the price/quality ratio.
Very charming hotel; ottoman house - lately renovated in a subtle way. All modern facilities available. Very friendly and helpful personal - individual wishes were answered. Rich turkish breakfast. Very good restaurant in the garden of the hotel.
Nice rooms, good service and outside area of the resturant trace of stains on towels, need maintenance in some places and facilities,
Very nice Osman Old style house, the location was very good very close to Bursa grand bazar (3 min. walking down the old bursa wall stairs and then wright and left) the view of Bursa from the hotel is fabilous and the back garden is very very nice, breakfast was very good. this hotel is not a choice for dissabeld persons. or for old persons since the easy way to reach the hotel is through the old city wall steps.
Nice room lay out, bathroom. Good location to walk to local attractions. Breakfast was nice. Main purpose to go to bursa was for skiing in Uludag. Hotel prices in Uludag were crazy expensive so we stayed in Bursa and drove up the mountain daily. Travel time from bursa to Ski area is around 45mins Over all was great but did have a hard time to locate it. Took over an hour of looking around in the area, also asking many people before we finally found it, but once we did it was great. Parking is only free before 8AM, after it a parking attendent comes around and charging 4TL 1st hour + 2TL every additional hour. There is a posted sign with the prices.
picked up even though 2 hours late at the bus depot by lovley driver of Kitapevi hotel. welcomed late at night and shown two rooms and had our pick. very olde worldly romantic room with lovely antique bath which I luxuriated in. very modern yet old world and romantic. set high above town in old city walls really special. great garden to sit and relax in breakfast...served to your table and exquistely presented ...more than we could eat. further travel on ferry booked for us and tickets procured all at no extra expense - then deliverd to ferry terminal later in day....no further expense...so it may sound expensive to stay it surely is not and the service and freindliness cannot be beaten - you feel right at home - michelle and peter
Location and breakfast were the best things overall.
It's a small, very stylish hotel with a great atmosphere. The restaurant is great and italian oriented. The location in Bursa is superb. The restaurant also accomodates locals for after dinner coffees, which reduces the atmosphere.
Wonderful atmosphere! It's an amazing ottoman house with great furniture and decoration, you can find books everywhere, some of them with more then 100 years! The bathroom in our "Garden Suite" was amaing, and we had a peak at other rooms that looked great too! Since the hotel is stuck near the city walls, it's not easy to find the place even with GPS and there are no near parking places. The rooms can be cold in October but the air conditioning is good enough to heat it.
Very nice hotel very near to be 5 star hotel clean and have a perfect location near to a big mall and to the puplic park of borsa and have a big rooms. I strongly advise every body to book in this hotel.
Lots of noise, heavy traffic, inconvenient parking, no ventilation & too much traffic noise to open windows, room above mine was being renovated--lots of drilling & pounding
Walking distance from metro, and then the rest of the city fanned out to the north. Too warm. Could not control the aircon, as centrally controlled. Reception staff said they'd fix this, but did not. Charged in Turkish Lira, even though the reservation was in euros.
Reception staff spoke excellent English and made checking in and everything very easy. Staff were friendly which made for a very enjoyable stay. Was quite hard to walk into the city centre as the hotel is right on a main road which is quite dangerous to cross on foot. The hotel staff recommend you use a taxi for the very short trip into town.
helpful staff, breakfast was perfect
