The hotel is really comfortable. The restaurant has very good quality food. All the hotel staff is very nice and friendly. The check-in was chaotic (due to a bad mood woman at the front desk). The check-out even worse (due to a lousy system that made a mess out of my bill). So take your time when checking-out.
the attention received to make me feel comfortable and the ammenities that at the hotel that kept occupied, such at the fitness center, pool an jacuzzi. For my purposes, the location was perfect.
I loved that it was very clean, close to good restaurants, in a safe area, and it's actually a Holistic Hotel meaning that they have sacred geometry and nice relaxing/spa music and the colors are aquas and blues which make the place very soothing, perfect to relax, the staff was also very friendly and courteous, the rooms were very clean as well The only thing that was a bummer was that they don't serve food at the hotel, but there are plenty of good restaurants in the area, so it wasn't a big deal
The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They made us feel so welcome, and could not have been more friendly, efficient, attentative, and concerned for our comfort. The hotel is a lovely boutique hotel, beautifully furnished, very close-3 blocks- to the Centro-the historic district with beautiful plazas, churches and historic buildings, lots of good restaurants and shops. No
The hotel itself could not be better and is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful colonial cities in latin america.
The actual building is sublime old world and the location for visiting the museums and center of the city superb!!! Have been going there off and on for 12 years and the decor has wained ...the chandeliers are terribly dirty and it is a main architectural feature
When we arrived they hadn't our reservation because miss arise had canceled it without informing us. She is so rude. They send us to another hotel but at the end we had to change our plans and this wasn't what we were expecting
The architecture was incredible, the room was well-decorated and the location was excellent. No information whatsoever was provided (in the room or otherwise) regarding available hotel services, local points of interest or recommended restaurants.
I love the design of each room, how clean and comfortable is. the piano music started a little too early. I would suggest the music would start at 1 pm instead of 10 am that it started while my stay. Also, the night of Friday they played until 10:30 pm which could be a bit late too.
The unique character of the hotel made my visit an occasion and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Located in the middle of Queretaro the hotel is an excellent base from which to explore the town and enjoy the relaxed evening atmosphere.
Nice looking grounds and open places. Restaurant staff was not friendly. We were watching futbol on the big screens and one waitress commented to another that they should ask us to leave. Rm 123 is really not a garden access room. there was a wood wall obstructing the view.
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Great for both Travel and Family.
My company sent me to this hotel that I saw before but never stay, I didnt have the idea of the huges green area and the great level of rooms they have, it is like combine the real Mexico Colonial style in the middle of a great city I was cheking my email at the pool at the bar, every where that was awesome, exclent staff , for sure I will back all the time I have to back to Queretaro
This is definitely a really nice 'Holiday Inn'. It was very clean and cozy, family oriented. The maid service was great, got you what you needed every time. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful any time you asked a question. The room was very clean, had a great view that overlooked the city. We stayed on the second floor, therefore the view was awesome. Quite different was that the lobby, dining and bar area was on the top floor, the rooms were below the lobby, you had a great view during breakfast or dinner time! I would highly recommed this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Queretaro, Mexico.
Breakfast, and the staff. We initially got a key for an occupied room. Can you imagine the reaction of the guest when we entered the room at 11:30 PM.This was corrected promptly. The room we got was very dated. We did not feel very comfortable.
This is one of a kind place. Elevators work the opposite! Lobby on top, rooms below. Awesome views, excelent service, very quiet rooms NO TRAFFIC!! at all. Serviceable people and everyone speaks English. Moderated pricing.
Great view of city, pool area is great. Friendly staff, very clean
My wife and I flew into Queretaro. We stayed there, Guanajuato, and San Miguel de Allende. This hotel was the best for the money that we have encountered in recent memory. The hotel staff is excellent, multi-lengual, friendly, and eager to help. The restaurant is very good too, but the best food is in the city at restaurants. We travel a lot, and I have to say that this is one of the better hotels that we have experienced. I have to give it two thumbs up!
Location, room design, size of room, non-smoking hotel, free internet (one pc was broken but the other one worked well) Only one big drawback: The noise! There is a club/ bar at 1rst floor. Our room was 2nd floor. First 3 Nights (Mo-Wed) everything was fine but at our last night (Thur) the music was unbearable loud until very late (03:00 A.M.)! No sleep! If this had happened the first day, we clearly would have changed the hotel. Perhaps we were lucky not staying during weekend? Or had the bad luck of a one-night-only-party???
Near historical places and restaurants
We loved the combination of location, great design, and moderate price. The location is right in the center of the historic district. The design is hip and functional and the price very competitive. I liked the air conditioning, the great tile shower and especially the welcoming and responsive staff. Nice cafe too. I loved it!
