Staff friendliness and helpfulness , Excellent location and strong internet in the lobby area.ust a few minutes walk from the arrival of feries.
cleans rooms, friendly staff, very good location in centrum. but bathroom, very poor brekfast
The hotel was in a perfect location, near all facilities but in a quiet street. The cleanliness of all areas was perfect, the pool was welcome relief during the hot periods of the day and a beautiful area in which to relax. The breakfast service was good, all food fresh and tasty, with fruit in season. The staff could not be more helpful, including an invaluable transfer to and from the port
Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially Alexandrine who was lovely and looked afetr us very well. Nice and clean rooms and beautiful pool area. Very relaxing stay.
short distance to beach prices is high breakfast is not satisfactory and rooms are not comfortable
The hotel staff were very helpful selecting good restaurants to go to and were very friendly. The pool area is very beautiful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is an easy walk to the market area, beach and restaurants. The room was cramped for three people.
excellent value and location. Pool and Garden we beautiful. Management was most informative and accomodating. Would stay here again nothing
The staff were really friendly. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was. for Greece, excellent. The pool area was well kept and the pool was spotless.
Very friendly staff. That always rembered who we were and always smiled and joked with us when we returned to the hotel. Even had time to personalise their service when the hotel was fully booked. 24 hour reception is a bonus.
Forferdelig! Anbefaler INGEN til å benytte dette "huset". Kan ikke benevnes som hotell. Burde faktisk hatt pengene tilbake!
The staff were very friendly. Good location - quiet but near the centre.
Very pleasant staff. Good service, nice and clean and a very good location. Only 5 min. walk to city and beach.
the breakfast was good and it's close to the centre of Parikia our room was faced to the main road and it was little noise
This hotel has a nice pool area and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is fine. What will always stay in our memory was the kindness and service of the staff, which was outstanding - nothing less. Out of hundreds of hotels I have never had a more pleasant and friendly service! The balconies are pretty small, use the pool area for relaxation
The hotel manager was very helpful and organised transport for us.The room was very clean small but functional.Hotel also had a small but well maintained pool.
Very helpful owner who picked us when taxi took us to wrong hotel.Clean and confortable hotel.
The staff was very helpful, giving us directions to discover the Island of Paros. The view of the high floor rooms is magnificent and highly recommended.
the friendly + helpful staff
The staff was very nice, also the price is excellent, the view of sea from the rooms, was incredible. Bring up in the morning was wonderful. All that we need was satisfied. Nice location, easy to found.
I stayed at Akrotiri Hotel for weekend trip on Paros and very well appreciated the good service provided and the comfortable rooms. The hotel is well situated on the island and I had a great view on the sea from my room.
I stayed in Akrotiri Hotel unfortunately only for two days but i really enjoyed the wonderful location, with the amazing view. Also i appreciated that it was 5min from the port and 1 km from the well known marcelo beach. The hotel was clean and the service quite good. The most important was that the personel was young and eager to accomodate with all of our needs.
Amazing view! Ideal location. Great value for money. Loved it!
It was very clean, people friendly. the check-in was late, 2 hours later than expected. We were told to come back at a certain time, than we are asked to wait more... we did not liked the breakfast.
The staff are helpful and friendly and the room clean clean clean! The decor....but after a while i stopped to notice it...
nice and small
The location was excellent - easy walk to the main hub but far enough away to be able to have a quiet evening on the balcony either. The rooms were lovely - ours was very spacious! Balcony was excellent - we asked for a sea view, and sure got it!
Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. we ended up staying extra days.
The beach is a mere 150 feet from the hotel. Great restaurants very close. The architecture of the hotel is very nice. Very friendly people. The beds are in the traditional Greek island fashion - very firm, but that is pretty standard at every other place we visited in the islands.
It is close to the port, walking distance of town and beach The fridge in the room sounded like a freight train
Location was good - near the action of Paros No
Shower curtain didn't work. There was not elevator.
Very clean, close to beach, quiet big and comfortable room, Small beds, Beds seem big in pics but not big. Not friendly staff execpt young woman.
warm welcome from the staff , cloth to town , very quite room .i recomand this hotel to anyone . i was great.
Staff were very friendly and more relaxed than you often find in Greece! Location was good, being slightly distant from the bulk of tourist accomodation. My son complained daily about the reconstituted orange juice and inedible cornflakes! I would have liked a room upstairs with a balcony - we arrived on a day when a group arrived so were given the least desirable of rooms with a water view. Shame because the groups seemed to only stay for one night.
the pool and garden were very inviting and lovely. the rooms were basic but nice. the walk into to town was a little annoying but wouldn't stop me from coming back.
We found the hotel very clean and friendly, close to the beach but far away enough to avoid the hussle and bussle of the centre of town. There was a good choice of food for breakfast but the restaurant could develop a better menu for evening meals. Dinner by the poolside would be wonderful!
It was close to town with good facilities. Great view from our room too.
Service was excellent and the staff very kind. The best I ever had.
The hospiatlity of the staff
It was the worst hotel i ever stayed at. The people at the hotel were not nice to us. I found out the price I paid was way more than the price others were paying. When I asked the woman working at the front desk about this, she was VERY nasty. I do not recomment this place to anyone. They are thieves and take advantage of people. Horrible stay...things were broken in the room, it was not cleaned properly and the woman manager was nasty.
Great rooms for a good price. Very nice pool with great views of the ocean and Parikia if you have an ocean facing room. They used the credit card that I used to book the room with to pay for our stay with out consent from me. We wanted to pay cash, they should have asked.
Friendly. Nice pool and terrace A bit understaffed and no facilities to get you from the Port on arrival
Pleasant staff, good location
Newly renovated bathroom, balcony, nice breakfast veranda
When we checked in, we found out there had been a problem with a water main so were taken to another hotel right on the water with a balcony overlooking the beach. Staff were very friendly and wonderful. Rooms there were probably not as good as Pyrgaki, but the location and staff made our stay very special. Both hotels are managed by the owner, who is a great host. If you want a quiet hotel but near the water, ask for a room without a view at the back. It's a bit noisy over the water (and the street).
The place is absolutely gorgeous. Serene landscape to relax, magnificent view over the bay, clean spotless rooms and very friendly people. We used it for our biking escapades to the island and it was a heaven of convalescence and relaxation. We strongly recommend it and will certainly go back again.
The pool is lovely and rooms very clean and with nice bathroom. Blatant false advertising - the hotel certainly does not overlook the port; it's a good 40min walk from the port and 15 min walk to the beach, plus mainly uphill - website doesn't tell you this, especially if you're walking during midday heat with backpack!!! Don't book if you want to be near the town and beach!
A beautiful and relaxing hotel. We spent our time chilling at the pool and enjoying the great ocean/bay view. The rooms are simple, new and very clean exactly as shown at the pictures. The staff was quite gracious,we felt like being home.15 minutes walk outside of the city center made the place quiet and at the same time an ideal location to explore the island!A reason to go back to Paros soon.
beautiful view, great staff, nice clean room, quiet, everything
Superb view over the bay of Paroikia. Quiet surroundings. Easy access to the beach and the town without the hussle of staying in. Very friendly service.
The view lack of transport to the city center
Absolutely wonderful hotel, it exceeded our expectations on every level. The location was beautiful, peacefu, tranquil and close to a lovely beach, ideal for swimming. Nothing at all
I loved this hotel, it was luxury at an afforadable price. Eventhough it is outside the main town it is located at at a beautiful beach and you can walk into town from there, takes about half an hour. The hotel run a shuttle bus service at various times of the day which is free. The hotel is really spacious the rooms are laid out in a villa style and are very spread out. There is a tennis court, a basket ball court, sheltered play area for kids, table tennis, and the pool is just amazing with its very own cave! The room was beautiful, spacious and the view from the balcony was fabulous. The food is really something, really great. Staff are lovely and so helpful. There is very little I didn't like about this hotel. It is a little out of the was from the little town, but you could easily spend a few days just at the hotel using the facilities there. I spent a lovely two days playing tennis, swimming and reading in the cave! If you want to get away from it all this is the place to come. Myself and my partner were thinking that it would be an amazing place to get married and bring friends an family as there is something for everyone and the food is top notch.
amazing location, just 80metres to the krios beach but nestled into a hill with the most stunning views across the bay, which can be seen from the huge balconies of the rooms. Food in restaurant of an incredibly high standard but is more european than greek. Staff incredibly helpful especially Erica on the front desk she is a true credit to the hotel. we love it here and our very sorry to leave!
We stayed in this hotel 3 consecutive nights and we really enjoyed having a last drink at the bar-terrase watching the sea viewand the city view. The atmosphere is nice, the employees are professional even if too much so times (they are taking your cup of coffee as soon as it is empty) and you can borrow equipment to play tennis on the court the hotel provides. It is a nice hotel owned and managed by a family even if the ambiance is close to a nice hotel chain
The service is rerfect, very professional, the facilities and the room decoration is beatiful, the view is perfect, the cleaning is very nice, the breakfast is perfect, the price for this quality is very low. We were lucky to stay in this hotel in such a low price. Definetely the hotel deserves a higher classification and i am sure that soon will have wide reputation.
The hotel is simple but extremely comfortable and ideally situated above marcello and krios beaches with a 300metre walk via a private path.the staff are friendly and genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable. the hotel is warm comfortable and welcoming. it exceeded our expectations. we will definitely be recommending it to friends.
Lovely clean and spacious rooms with excellent view of the sea all within walking distance to the beach.
Location good (taxi 7euro to centre or back), beautiful view over the bay, beautiful looking hotel. Hotel with potential to be a true gem. Amenities could be better. Breakfast could be beter. Could add transfers as service and needs attention to detail to become a great hotel. Overall not a bad deal but an hotel that could go from good to great.
Generous size rooms with excellent facilities. Good food. Good location with respect to a beautiful beach. Much of the view is spoiled by having build another block in front of the block where we stayed. A courtesy bus service upon arrival/departure should be available. The number of trips to town of the regular hotel bus service is very limited.
Very Nice place. View was beautiful. Resturant was very good. Beach access was a little farther than advertised. You have to walk about a quarter mile to get to but the beach was excellent. Pool was great.. Shower door and shower head was broken and flooded bathroom bathroom everytime we showered.
It was really cheap and centrally located. It seems away from the town centre on the map, but the town is so small it is just a 5 minute walk. We had a fridge. Our room had really high ceilings, so it echoed weirdly. The shower did not have a hook, so somebody had to hold it.
The view is excellent from the big balcony. Little bit noisy;a lot of motobikes.
The location, the fresh towels every day, the balcony, the free wifi and the lady who runs it!
Really nice hotel.
I loved the owner Stella & her beautiful garden of roses right in front of the beach. The room was super cute & the staff were extremely helpful. We had a lovely balcony facing the beach with fresh cut roses in a vase when we arrived. For the price it is above & beyond excellent. There was nothing I did not like.
the hotel is situated directly on the beach with a wonderful view of the Parikia town and the harbour the rooms are not very clean, the breakfast is extremely poor
I loved to sit on the balcony and watch the sunset in the evening. Also the breakfast buffet was pretty good. For my husband a cooked breakfast would have been more suitable because he is gluten intolerant.
hotel staff was very helpful they didn't clean the room after we left in the morning
Great location: a one-minute walk from the ferry pier, and near restaurants and other services. Clean, attractive. Here is just a tiny thing: the hotel provided a coffee pot, and free tea and coffee supplies in the room, but didn't re-fill the supplies for day two and onward. It seems they should re-fill, because really it is easier and cheaper for them to have multi-day visitors, rather than many visitors that stay just one night each (i.e., less washing of sheets and towels; quicker room cleanings; easier paperwork). So why not keep re-filling the supplies as a reward to guests staying several days?
Room was clean and decent size with a nice balcony. Good value for the price.
The location was perfect if you are going to take a boat the next day, or if you just arrived by boat. Right in the center of the action in Paroikia. It's the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed at. When we arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the reception desk (although when she arrived, she was very friendly). No elevator, and no one to help, so if you have heavy luggage, skip this one.To be honest, I chose this one wrong. this is fine and clean for backpackers.
The Argonauta is a convenient, value hotel that has many conveniences in the neighborhood. I have stayed there before and would stay again.
Great location, 5-min walk from port and right in the city center. The afternoon receptionist is friendly and helpful. Doesn't accept card payment for 1 night, so I have to use most of my cash, then end up with no cash to get food for the rest of day at airport. Also no proper receipt for payment, hand-writting receipt on a piece of paper.
Ideal location, nearby the port and at the entrance of the pedestrian zone of the old town. Clean small hotel with a lot of atmosphere. Unfortunately during the night quite some noice from the surrounding streets. Also in the pedestrian streets around people are making noice until early morning.
Friendly helpful staff; excellent location for an overnight stay close to the port Very dated
the design and layout of the hotel.
very clean, excellent location. best value for money
Great location very close to the port and close to the old town. Room was very clean. We got 2 single beds rather than a double ...
The property manager (Chris) and his wife were so very hospitable. They gave us great tips for swimming and eating. The room was beautiful, quiet and very clean. Nope.
We were two familes having a super pleasant stay at 9 Muses. We can recommend this hotel and the very kind and helpfull staff! Nothing
9 Muses is a well kept hidden secret, It is one of the most beautiful places on the island of Paros. On our arrival at 9 Muses it took our breath away, then when we entered our stuudio nothing was missed out right to the last detail, thus ensuring our comfort for the duration of our stay. There is nothing you can fault the owners on, the standards of everything where excellent and the hospitality
Personnels were very nice. The rooms were very clean and very cosy and the buildings were brand new. There was water bottle in the fridge. We really enjoyed our stay in 9 Muses. There was no swimming pool. The rooms didn't have dishwashing soap, :)
We stayed in an elegantly furnished studio, situated in a quiet area of the 'main' village of the island. The family that runs the complex is very friendly and very helpful (much more than one would expect). We would recommend these apartments highly.
Having stayed at 9 Muses 2 years ago, this was the reason we returned again this year. On our first visit we stated it was paros's best kept secret. Well once again we where not disappointed, The Voulgarelis family treated us like royality, The apartment was first class, the complex was beautiful garden fully established now. This is a very relaxing and quiet place to stay and is only a very short walk to centre of town. words could not describe what we think off 9 muses and we will be returning next year. Thank you to Mum, Luigi for our lovely stay you made our holiday so enjoyable. There is nothing you can fault this establishment on
Incredibly friendly staff - Maria was beyond accommodating and nice (picked us up at port, took us to rent car, sat down to go over local restaurants and attractions), clean, reasonably priced, beautiful setting and sunsets Although none of these things bothered us, I wanted to include since it could bother some people. Bathroom is a bit smaller, shower doesn't have great water pressure, and no body wash or shampoo was provided. Not a walker friendly location (not many Paros hotels are though) so will need to rent moto/car to get around or call for taxi (we rented car and found driving around to be quite easy). I would consider the setting to be rustic, inviting and romantic. This is not a luxury resort by any means but we didn't expect that so really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the owners.
