The hotel was very well located, right on the beach and in the centre of the Sunny Beach area. Having the all-inclusive food and limited alcohol package was very good value (although the "wine" included could hardly be called that). Although the food was included and the selection on offer at the buffet restaurant was quite extensive, the food was generally quite bland and dull. Staff were sometimes (not always) a little rude or unhelpful, but that is unfortunately the standard in Bulgaria.
We liked the attention given by the management. Chocolates on my birthday which were unexpected. Room upgrade and champagne because of our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Very good. The food was good but on occasions should have been hotter. Perhaps a selection of both cold and hot meals could be available.
Good location, excellent food, very nice stuff, fabulous view if you take the sea view room
Good location, and value for money. Very clean. Nice size rooms with basic furniture. Sutibale for families with young children.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean room, air condition, etc...
The rooms were pretty big and the bed was comportable, also the equipment was in the modern style. The hotel confirmed via the phone our room will be located in the upper floor and will have a sea view, however after arrive we found out there is no room with the sea view as the hotel is situated in the block of hotels.
Staff very friendly and helpful.Rooms very clean and well maintained.Having a drink beside pool was very relaxing. It was near end of season and the drink supply in the bar was very limited .
The rooms have a nice design and are pretty spacious, the staff from the reception is courteous. The breakfast lasted untill 10 am but if you arrived there around 9:30 your choices in food would be limited and you would feel hurried to eat,the cleaning lady was kind of lazy and only cleaned our room 3 days out of six
Large room, great beds, program on restaurant in every evening At 4* it could be wi-fi even in the rooms not only in the lobby. The food in breakfest was almost the same each day, and a diversification will be good.
Very big and good equipped rooms. The breakfast was rather poor.
Good location: close to the beach and walking distance from the old town. Nice food at the hotel's restaurant. Beach view rooms means you can see the other hotel. The breakfast choice was poor and same every day. Reloading the foods was quite slow sometimes. The WiFi didn't work for 3 days till our leaving (maybe still now). The pool was very cold. We paid for the parking place and they said that maybe we have space maybe we have no space when we wanted to drive somewhere.
It is very close to the beach and to the bus station to Nesebar and to sunny beach central. The bus ticket costs 1 leva and the minitrain 3 leva. You can also walk to Nesebar on the road near the beach, it is a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was ok, there is also a good free wireless internet connection in the lobby and on the ground floor. The restaurant was good if not in the mood to go out. The pool is nice and also there is live music each evening. This can be loud for rooms with pool view, There is no sea view.
the pool is very nice and clean
cleanliness of the room, silence, comfort, hotel stuff, breakfast ok, the pool wireless connection
The hotel has a nice pool, the staff from the bar and restaurant were very helpful. The room was big, newly furnished and cleaned daily (the towels were also changed on a daily basis). The hotel had also a small supermarket where one could buy anything from juices to toothbrushes. Although the hotel wasn't very far from the beach and center (5 min respectively 10 min) it was pretty difficult to cross the busy main road of Sunny Beach in order to get there. The staff from the reception wasn't so nice (I guess they were expecting a tip or something...): our room didn't have chairs and table for the balcony and when we asked for them, the staff's answer was "maybe". After wise we noticed that even unoccupied rooms had balcony furniture so it wouldn't have been a big trouble...
the place of hotel on booking.com is indicated wrong. hotel is 15 min. to centre by walking
Fantastic breakfast, all days fresh vegetables and fruits. All personnel speaks English. Near to beach 400...500m by fut. Near to bus stop (in few minutes you can get to Nessebar). Clean rooms, everyday fresh towels.
The room was very spacey. The swimming pool and pool bar area were absolutely beautiful. There were several problems inside the room. Check-in and check-out took too long. No wireless internet available. The hotel only accepted cash for the room and services!!!
It is our second visit at this hotel for duration of two years. The main reason we decided to stay at Riu Evrika was the additional security at every entrance of the complex. The hotel offers all inclusive service and the staff is very willing to please the customer but sometimes seems there is a bit of lack of training at the junior personnel level and they appear a bit pushy and not customer oriented. The beach price in included and having the beach bar is quite of convenience , as well as umbrella and chairs at the beach. The water was quite worm this year and clean. The Beach is great , quite clean. All rooms are maintained very clean and the overall pool area is being stripped clean with the water hose in the evening. The food is plent Overall minor concerns. The food quality has definitely denigrated this year, while a lot of attention was given to the serving and the appearance of the salad. I had the tasteless carrot soup in my life ever. Salads were not well prepared, some canned food seems to be served as well. The Japanese sushi was falling apart and the tempura was not crispy at all. The pool guard was taking a nap on the job and the guard at the beach was resting facing the direction opposite at the sea ( meaning he was not watching ). This is a definite safety concern. During the rain it was hard to get to the food court without getting wet. The junior personnel requires some training , as our plates were often scooped before we were finished or the bus-girls/boys would wait at our side pushing that we take our last bite to pick up the plate. Every morning 7-10 bus-girls would stand at the door to greet us, which seems a huge waste of resources. The room was not ready for quite a wile after the regular check in time. The furniture around the pool need replacement.
Very family orientated resort, nice established gardens, clean sea away from the rest of the Black Sea madness. Within 3 metres of the sea 30 years old and showing it - in bad need of renovations although cleanliness could not be faulted
It's a member of a big hotel group. The service is good, and the food is quite various. The most excitied thing is that there is a big waterpark. The location is not good, and the beach is not that good as we thought. The hotel is a little bit out-of-date.
