Great location downtown. All of the staff, from the valet to the front desk went above and beyond for all of our needs. The rooms were nicely furnished and clean.
Staff was friendly, room was clean, comfortable bed and round the clock room service! Room was on the smaller end
To say the staff were fantastic would be an understatement. They were personable, helpful, and professional. We felt at home from the moment we arrived! They were full for the night and out of roll-aways, but they helped us find extra pillows and bedding for our son to sleep on the floor.
Comfortable and beautifully appointed room. Northern.com showed no rooms available for weekend but kayak.com got us a king bed, beautiful room at a reasonable rate
Walking distance to downtown and Jakes restaurant. Excellent location. Parking poor right now. Adjacent parking and indoor walkway under construction next door.
Every person we dealt with from the hotel and attached restaurants were wonderful. Some of the best customer service these world travelers have ever experienced.
The beds were comfortable. The valet people were very nice and accommodating. The bar was nice but pricey. The front desk staff were not very helpful. Our room was not cleaned the next day. The beds were made but the bathroom was still dirty. In the lobby restroom they were out of soap and toilet paper.
Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of good old billings. I had a choice of a more expensive strip hotel or here. All was great. This was an amazing find. Go somewhere else for breakfast. Bernies is too expensive.
The service and accommodations were great. It is located in the center of Billings, so you are surrounded by restaurants, and activities, most of which are within walking distance. We stayed for two nights. On the second evening my wife and I returned to the room to discover it had not been cleaned. The cleaning crew was out on the floor when we left that morning, so we assumed it would be done. But we had enough towels for the second night, so no big deal. Everything else was great.
comfy, very well appointed, etc. noise in hallways. we were next ice machine and it was very loud every time someone came by
The restaurant in the hotel had the best steak I have ever eaten. A bit pricey but very good . The staff was more than accommodating.
No breakfast. Long wait on hold to reserve room. Finally hung up and used kayak. Then received no hotel points.
Great location near many restaurants. Door to room was stuck.
Nice rooms. Pool area was nice. Stellas restaurant is definitely a plus. We were charged twice!! And weren't given a aaa discount or military discount.
Like? It was way over priced, as a small modest budget hotel room....down town next to the "rough part of town"....with our ground floor window right on the busy street level, immediately on the sidewalk.... Noisy. Room 107. Oh well. Live and learn. Above....
the room was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. pretty flowers on the grounds and on the railings in window boxes. great breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant the restaurant for which we received breakfast credit was very busy during the morning hours. on the second morning, which was a sunday, it wasn't worth the long wait for breakfast, so we opted to go elsewhere and pay for our meal. the property is very dog friendly. there is a small area with artificial turf for the dogs to void; this was pretty gross.
They have great shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! I was expecting a lot nicer place. The parking situation is terrible.
very clean and located in center of town easy location parking is a little tight
the bed is very comfortable
Included breakfast at Stella's is awesome.
A larger room than usual (#250); a nice surprise. Parking is always competitive and feels somewhat unsafe late at night due to odd under-building spaces and dark corners. Downtown Billings not the safest place for this kind of lot. Finding your room and nearest stairs is also problematical due to add-on feeling to the buildings.
Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and Bathroom were amazing. Price was decent. Had a billing error but it was promptly fixed. Location and Parking is strange. Restaurants are limited until you drive a mile down the road. Everything seems to close early.
Location Rudeness of Front Desk Staff Debris and stains on room carpet Uncomfortable beds
Room was nice. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Comfortable chairs. Good to have fridge and microwave handy. Our AC didn't work even after the maintenance man fixed it so the room seemed stuffy after awhile. We had to open the window to get some fresh air.
Indoor pool, 24 hour fitness center, location, room size, comfortable stay, courteous stay Conintental breakfast was disappointing, loud neighbors above (kids running around)
Clean and comfortable. All that you expect in a good hotel.
Overall solid place to stay. Wife had issues with the bed comfort, I did not. Breakfast full of carbs with little proteins available.
Consistant Bathroom door needs planning in order to close easily
Had a pool and hot tub, friendly staff, price, worked with our late check in, quiet. It looked as those someone slept on the sheets before us, and the hot tub was a darker yellow color probly because of improper chemical treatment is my guess still made me uncomfortable tho. Pillows were awful, the bed was comfortable tho. No fridge for our left over food.
I thought it was a non smoking room. It smelled like it was a smoking room. The ac was loud.
Coni the manager was an excellent host for the conference that we attended; despite power outages, etc free ice machine close to my room. I would like to return to the Radisson Billings and stay in the Executive Suite; as intended, comped. the teenagers/young adults who managed the front desk lack professional training and the one who booked my room placed me in the wrong room. due to the technical issues with the electricity: I was never able to get the room that I paid for on hotels.com I spent $124 a night for the Executive Suite Atrium - double queen for THREE nights and NEVER was able to sleep in the room I paid for. After an eight hour day in a conference, I wanted to relax; but, instead I was on talking with hotels.com who would "call the Radisson" to try and resolve my issue. I spent three days in the far most room possible from the atrium. the door would jam every time one of us would use our keys. the room was dirty. there were suspicious looking teenagers and wanderers in the halls at all times of day. the room wasnt even worth $100 a night. The fixtures, carpeting and walls in the hallways were dirty, waving, or stained. there are light bulbs out. dead trees at every area in the parking lot. There are a lot of shananigans going on, in the back of the hotel with the some of the workers and/or people affiliated with workers (who shouldnt even be there). My back and neck still hurt from 4 people being crammed in the smallest/worst room in the place.
The main lobby was beautiful. I got a room with a king size bed. It came with 1 pillow for the whole bed. The toilet paper in the bathroom was pretty much empty. Their wasn't enough to use once. Also getting into the room was a pain due to the bathroom door was open to the point of opening the main door it was hitting the bathroom door immediately. The bed was super uncomfortable. Not worth $100.00 a night. Plus the fire alarm went off when it didn't need to.

overall located well. for price paid it was worth it. rooms were clean. good entertainment options. If parking, options are not cheap.
Comfortable beds. Parking was a hassle. Hotel is outdated and certainly does not match the star level.
It was centrally located and the room was acceptable. The elevators were the worst elevators of any hotel I had ever stayed at. The hotel is very vertical, so elevators are essential. In some cases, it took up to five or ten actual minutes for the elevators to arrive. Front entrance of hotel perm. blocked

Amazing view. Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!!
We were there for the Magic City Blues Festival and the excellent choices for food within walking distance. Parking is easy with the garage next door. Did not know the hotel was under some construction, but no big dislikes.

No Parking. Under Construction. Our First room they placed us in somebody had been in the bed and it was not made and dirty.
Pleasant staff with enough computers for guests to use. Free parking and wifi No free breakfast
I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time always seems nicer. I think it is the staff, as they are VERY nice and helpful. They make me feel 'better than family'. And the location is a great spot for fine dining, a night out, or a safe walk. I wish the rooms had a tiny fridge and a tiny microwave. I like my late night snacks with COLD milk.
Quiet. Did not like the location.
Nothing, this was the worst place I stayed and not worth the money! The room was old, dirty, the carpet was obviously filthy and room was not worth sleeping in. My bathroom was atrocious and came from a nightmare 1970's B film. I was thinking it was going to be a rustic, unique experience, but what it turned out to be was just the opposite. The rooms said non-smoking, but the hall smelled of fresh cigarettes. I feel bad because this place could have potential, but is just not good, especially for the high price I paid. My bedding had stains on it and I slept with a bat in my room because I didn't feel safe.
The carpet around the edges need to be vaccumned. You can see an inch or two of dust around the edges.
Low price Rooms were pretty small, if one person stood there was not enough room to walk around them. But by far the biggest issue was the AC... It was hot and uncomfortable,
The quality and cleanliness of the room. How easily we could hear other patrons conversing in their own rooms.
Super affordable and actually clean. The bed was really comfy too. Wish there were women at the front desk and breakfast served earlier
Booked the room for a friend who was traveling through the area. She arrived at 10:00pm after a 10 hour drive. She stated the room was dirty and sheets were stained. She did not stay and kept driving on towards her destination.
the design and vibe. Not your boring suburban uninspiring place. restaurant opener was late so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast.
Location, parking, value Quite a throwback to the 50's and 60's; décor, furnishings but they were adequate for our needs.
Pretty good hotel. Can't really think of any negatives.
Close to airport Air conditioner did not work well.
Room was fine for the short time we spent there and the adjoining café had decent food When we arrived at 1am at the airport the four of us had to wait over 45 minutes for the 24hr free shuttle - which is not a shuttle, but a local taxi. When we arrived at the Lodge we were informed that the Lodge only covered $10 of the $18 cab fare. When we returned to the airport the next morning the free shuttle (taxi) told us we had to pay an $18 fare. Later that day we called the Lodge to inform them of the "fleecing" by the taxi and they told us they would refund our money - we have not heard anything back. Suggest staying somewhere else.
The beds were very comfortable and the hotel in itself had a cute theme. Didn't eat at their restaurant only because I didn't have time. Staff was polite and curtious. Smelled good Could have been cleaner. The carpet had some stains, especially on the side next to the a/c unit, looks like there was water stains that they just covered up with carpet.
The bed was comfy and we couldn't hear a lot of noise from the neighbors. This hotel is very conveniently located and is one of only a handful that are less than 10 minutes from the airport. The staff went out of their way to make sure a few breakfast items were available for us because we had a 545 am flight to catch the next morning so we were leaving by 4 am. The room was a nice size and had plenty of space for our pack and play to be set up for the baby. The people in the room directly above us sounded like they had elephants for children with all the stomping that was going on basically throughout the night. I don't fault the hotel for people who can't walk without stomping, but there might have been a way to insulate a bit better between the floors to minimize the amount of noise coming through. There was also a bad smell in one spot in the hallway. I'm very sensitive to smells though, so this might have been just me noticing it.
The cleanliness and comfort of the room. ... I tried to get a better price due to wedding. The clerk was not helpful at all....
The staff was awesome and accommodating. The people with the slide and hottub rocked The breakfast menu needs to expand, the hotel needs to update all rooms.
The breakfast was good, friendly staff. The room smelled like smoke.
The staff was nice but that was really the only part we liked. The rooms were small and dirty. The pool was green and the hot tubs had dead skin floating in them. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and you could barely move in it. The shower head was for midgets. The whole hotel smelt like tuna and bad fish.
This hotel was very old and run down. Everything was in need of renovation.I was scared to use the bed because the linens were old, wrinkled and smelled stale. The towels were all stained.
Being moved to room to room because TV didn't work or to late at night and they don't have linens or towels in a room and the one room that had working TV and linens and stuff bed was horrible never stay there again
House keepers were very professional and polite. They have an up beat attitude and if they dont like their jobs they definitely are great at pretending too. Laundrdry is too expensive the washer cost $2 the dryer cost $2 but you have to run the dryer two times for it to dry your clothes Thoroughly. and the front desk will not give out any change especially for laundry. the Front desk rented out our room with us in it. So a man walked in our room while my sons getting dressed. The pool closes at 10 we havn't had any chance to use it until finally on thursday at 9:40. We tried to swim for at least 10 minutes but as soon as we got to the pool door the Male working front desk said that it was too late.
the staff are very forget full. you call them to pick you up and forget to. or drop you off at wal-mart and say you'll have to get a cab back. and thay use a pick up not a van. the rooms was not clean, and the up charge is bad to use the pool is free but water side is 1.25 hot tubs not sure and house keeping not sure how much that is but keep the door locked so thay don't come in on you... I had my phone stole from the pool side.. hall ways smelled and the hooker staying in the hotel are a pain. one asked me two time if I whated to come to there room for some fun. and people smoke weed in the rooms... if my truck was working and not in the shop I would have been out of here.. but im stuck so....
location, value reservation was to include a microwave and fridge, but room had neither. At least it was close to the ice machine for my cooler
not a thing worst stay ever had to change rooms 4 times . 1st room door was kicked in . 2nd room heat did not work. 3rd room bathroom sewer backed up as I walked in. 4th room had wasps in it. P;EASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE THERE. Thank you Marcia Bundy
Breakfast was decent. Our first room the door was broken, the second room didn't have a room number on the door. The room was labeled No Smoking but had obviously been smoked in for a long time. The toilet had dried urine and hair behind the seat and the shower curtain was moldy.
Staff was mostly friendly lobby was clean and nice breakfast bar was decent in general the room looked great, loved the tv/dresser armoire combo. dirty pool ants in room kids in room across from us were in and out of their room till after 2:00 and banging on their door. most of the time we thought they were knocking on our door so we go up to see if all was okay. in the morning they were training housekeepers and one that appeared to be the head housekeeper was reprimanding a new employee and was so loud and nasty we could here her clear out in the hall.
Check-in process was quick and easy, breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean. The pool and slide were fun (we were the only ones it it)! Our kids loved that part. We had a dog yapping next door every time someone walked down the hall or out of our room. The room was dirty (corners had dust and hair balls, spots of who knows what on the floor, and the bathroom was lightly cleaned, at best). The frig was unplugged (which we didn't know and put food in it) and one of the shelves was broken. The smell was awful when we walked into the room...obviously the housekeeper smelled it because the window was wide open but it still stunk horribly! Overall, it was hard for me to feel comfortable since the room was so dirty. I would have requested a different room had we not arrived at 11:30 p.m. with 3 exhausted children!!!
The lady at the front desk was very nice when we had to cut our stay short. She allowed us to check out 23 hours early and did not charge for the second night that we had booked. The water slide was not operational. Priceline refused to consider our circumstances and would not consider a refund when we had to cut our stay short.
Very nice atmosphere. Really good breakfast. Slide in the pool for the kids The only thing I did not like was the beds - too hard!! MY back was killing me the next morning. I will not stay again unless I have to - there is a hotel in Billings just as nice and the beds are awesome.
Bed was very comfortable. It would be nice if they had airport service.
The room was fine at all the motels. T there was not a thing about the motels we did not like.
Perfect location for being nearby the hospital and the airport. Enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave. Cleaning and breakfast staff was friendly but not professional looking.
Not a 3 star hotel in my opinion
Comfortable bed. Was pretty quiet, but noise resonated through the walks pretty easy. Could hear someone coughing a few rooms away in the middle of the night
Cleanliness, well maintained. A little hard to find
Very clean and cozy. The cleaning staff did an amazing job. Front desk agents. I would say were just average. Weren't rude or anything. Just short and not very personable.
location is great, room sufficiently comfortable and clean television and channels subpar, limited shower amenities, older facility (though well maintained, not fully upgraded)... bedsheets seem like they could've been in better condition
The rooms had all the amenities that you would expect from a hotel and it was very clean. Breakfast was also great.
Location The breakfast was on three lighter side

I don't understand how you can have a kitchenette and not provide silverware ,plates or glasses
Room was very clean. Staff was great and friendly. We will stay there again .
Wonderfully NEW building. Plenty of room to get around. Good location. Kitchen utensils not provided but they are available for purchase. Staff charged for one of the rooms even tho we paid thru a third party. Cheaper to book direct thru My Place.
Staff very friendly and helpful. We stay at Fairfield Inns often because we know what to expect. The Billings Fairfield is not a typical Fairfield, the room was very small and did not have a refrigerator. Very minor complaints but at $120/night it is also higher than any most Fairfield inns.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our keys did not work when we went to our room so the manager walked up with us to make sure we were able to get in after they reset the keys. Very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable! The breakfast the next morning was very nice with a good selection including a waffle maker, which was a HUGE hit with my 2 year old! We will definitely be staying there again next time we pass through.
The beds were pretty comfy, I must say. Most hotel's aren't so that's a plus. They have a pool and exercise room which was nice and if I had more time I'd have taken advantage of that. Breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I swear Fairfield hotels give anyone who books online the worst room in the place. Right next to the noisy elevator. Regardless of the amenities I probably won't stay at a Fairfield again for that reason. I had to drug myself to get some sleep. This is the second Fairfield property where this has happened. The hallways were dingy but the rest of the property was nice. The guy at the desk was nosey and talked so fast I had to guess at what he was saying because even after I asked him to repeat himself I still didn't catch what he said. Next time I'll skip the Fairfield.
Clean, nicely decorated, and they have a good range of channels. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very poor insulation between floors, so I could hear every step in the room above mine. Fortunately they didn't stay up late. I would stay here again, but would request a top floor room or one with no one above me.
All the staff were very welcoming and the room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and hot! Any questions the staff knew the answer! Overall great stay for an awesome price!
