The spacious rooms to accommodate if we wanted friends over. Long Check out lines and Long Valet lines. Took an hour to get my car.
Panoramic view from rooftop. Penn and Teller. Cleanliness. Free parking. I wish that the front desk had told us that the WiFi is prepaid (part of resort fee) upon check in. As when you try to connect, it says 'bill to room' giving a false impression that you're paying extra. Off strip, but so some may be a plus.
The room was nice sized. Enjoyed many things like the Bar, restaurants, etc Didn't like the people trying to sell time-shares. Wish it would have been more obvious what that was all about, 10 minutes of our lives we won't get back. Slots too tight. Pillows were uncomfortable.
The rooms are in dire need of updating.
Rio has a delicious buffet. Great food. Shuttle are available to the strip and back. The smoke in the air but that's at every hotel in Vegas
Room was spacious and they upgraded us to the 22nd floor. Unfortunately, that meant that we were close to the fire and had no power in our rooms and the nice rooms just hide the poor facilities conditions that led to TWO electrical fires in one night. Place is a death trap and the company policy during a fire appears to be either non-existent or intentional misinformation. On our second night staying there, an electrical fire broke out at 4:30 pm on the 26th floor. We found out about it around 5 when they wouldn't let us go up the elevators to our room. Told us it would be an hour. LIES. My brother in law works in the industry and got after making up a story about needing a prescription got the truth that it would be at least 4-5 hours. They just let people stand there though, playing their slots to pass the time. Called repeatedly to try to get updates but just sent to call centers that didn't even no there was a fire. Around 8:30, we read on the news that they were letting people up so we headed back over. I checked with the employees in front of the elevator and they confirmed it was fine. Got up to our room only to find that there was no power in any of the rooms. Called and they claimed that the hotel was full and they couldn't move us. We were assured that the power would be on soon. They were still checking on people to this floor as we ran across a pissed off couple who had just drove in from Wyoming only to find that they didn't have power in their room. My mother was ill, so my parents went to bed in their room a few doors down, assuming the power would be on in the morning and the rest of us played board games in the entrance of our room/hallway, waiting for the power. Lots of people passed by and we were the cheerful greeting committee telling them there was no power in their rooms. Most people just made due and went to bed although as the evening went on we saw a couple of people asked to be moved (the hotel magically found space.). There were also confused people looking for the stairs to get to the higher floors since they thought the elevator was just broken and didn't realize there was any hazard higher up. Around 12:15 am, an employee came up and told us we needed to leave (only saw us bc our door was open). She told us we needed to leave because the power was out and we might trip. We asked if they were going to wake up all the other people on the floor. She was confused and they were only moving the people they knew of. They lied and said they'd wake up my parents but they didn't even bother. I eventually got them up and after waiting in line for another hour and fighting with the manger got them comp our rooms (more than others got). Mad, we just drove back to SoCal at 2 am. I don't know how many people they left sleeping up there, but thank God we left because at 7 Am another fire broke out on the 14th floor. Look it up. As for the fire alarms, we weren't there at the time but a cute Canadian couple on our floor told us there was no alarm during the fire. The power to their room just went off and they knew to move when the fire trucks pulled up. never again will I stay in any Ceasars property.
I loved the size of the rooms.Nice service.
Very dark and too much smoke
Rooms smelled, mattresses where very old. I think not declaring resort fee is total bs and should be against law as false advertising.
The room space is inenormous 600+sqft!!! All rooms are sweets and majority have the best view of the strip! Very comfortable hotel Resort fees! I guess this is for every hotel, but resort fee blows!
They charged extra $36 why??? Price was $204 but they charged $236??
The rooms are affordable for the size suites that you get. It's such a great value. Quite amazing. The casino is very cold and the rooms are a bit far from check in.
Buffet & their staff were excellent. Hooter bartenders rude and not friendly at all. Never patronize that place.
Comfortable clean rooms
Price, Nice, Beautiful Room, Great Service There was blood droplets not just once but twice on the sheets!!! Seems very very unsanitary. Other than that it was great value for great facility. Would've given a 5 start on everything if not for that. And location is a bit off strip but did have beautiful mountain views from rooms. Also the doors to balcony are permanently locked.
This hotel was pretty close to the strip Every staff experience was bad. We were treated rudely and spent our arrival going building to building because the check in desk and valet couldn't get our room correct. There are also a ton of hidden fees. It was 160.00 but when we drove 6 hours to get there, there was 80 check in fee. When we left there was another 30 dollar daily fee. They charge hotel cost with an additional 30 dollars per day.
The speediness of the booking. When I called to make a reservation, a person from India answered my call not someone form the USA this person thought they had a decent accent so they spoke extra fast. The only they made clear was that "140" to Change or cancel my booking. Poor service
Everything. Everything was perfect.
The room was clean and spacious.
I loved the fact that I didn't have to leave to party. I had a great time at the ghost Checking out
Free upgrade to a suite.
The Palms is great. Both NINE and NOVE are delicious. The casino is super fun though very smokey compared to others. Unfortunately we were unable to stay. We booked using the Kayak app and it was forwarded to Expedia. Unfortunately Expedia never sent the reservation to the hotel. The hotel did say this was not the first time they had seen this happen.
Fact that I feel like I was over charged to what I was supposed to being according to what it said online
Room was clean and up to date. Ghostbar was great. Buffet was very good. distance from the strip
Easy check out Great rest Great rest
Easy in/out with a car, free parking, excellent buffet breakfast included, clean room. Not luxurious but a good value and very friendly, helpful staff with on-site concierge.
Clean, comfortable and excellent service. Great food at Envy Steakhouse onsite. Superb service. We especially liked riding the nearby Monorail to the hotels on the strip for a bit of gambling..then returning to our smoke free hotel for a good night's rest. Breakfast at the hotel is outstanding! We were in town for a wedding but staying at the Renaissance LV was like a much needed restful mini-vacation. We cannot think of anything negative.
GREAT staff and really nice rooms located right next to the convention center. Nice view if the golf course and strip hotels if you're located on the Paradise side of the hotel. N/A
I traveled to Las Vegas for a friend's wedding and brought along my 23-month old daughter. The hotel was perfect for a dad/daughter weekend with the right amenities, a very friendly staff and a quiet stay overall.
The staff was friendly The room was neat and clean The location was convenient The sink plumbing was terrible! The water filled up just while trying to wash my hands. Also when I went to brush my teeth the water in the next room was running and the sink filled with filthy black water with what looked like old food in it! Had I not been checking out I would have immediately made a fuss. It was terribly gross!
Hotel said they do not charge a "resort fee" however upon check in they insisted on charging a "destination fee" of $28 dollars a night which gives you the same services as most other Las Vegas hotels resort fees.
Swimmingpool is not like in the pictures, very small!
Comfortable overnight stay. Close enough to the strip. Quiet and clean. Quick check-in process. I did not like the shampoo and conditioner provided. Both felt too drying on my hair and didn't feel like they were cleaning my hair that well.
I loved how big and comfy the bed was!! I didn't like how thin the walls seemed to be, but it's ok nothing too bothersome.
That we really didn't need to leave the hotel! That the pool closed so early (6pm).
Place could habe been much cleaner, seen a lot of dusk on ceiling in the hallways on the eleventh floor and bathroom could be redone.
Stay was great one thing beds were a little hard
Staff is friendly. Mattresses are firm. Pool closes at 7 but hours aren't posted. The stench on floor 18 is possibly urine but it could be something worse. Property is not well maintained. Mandatory resort fee adds to cost of room so you can have slow internet, an in room coffee maker, and access to the pool assuming it's open.
Found a great "private deal" on kayak that was only $50 for a night. Deal was legit and they didn't try to get me with hidden stuff - well no more than everyone else at least. Though not on the strip they have a free shuttle to he strip every half hour. Movie theater and pool were nice to have. $17 "resort fee" each day to access he wifi and things like that kinda run me the wrong way. Could add up after a few days.
I booked from Kayak and there shouldn't have extra fee. But this hotel told me that I need to pay for the hotel fee (which is an extra charge). But I have already paid a "hotel fee" when I booked this hotel. The staff didn't give me a good explanation and just told me that these two hotel fee are not the same (for me, IT IS THE SAME. THEY WERE HOTEL FEE). The hotel fee I paid on Kayak is only for Kayak not for the hotel so I need to pay them hotel fee. I would never choose this one again.
it was a very quiet hotel except our room was located above the delivery dock so first thing in the morning we were woke up with back up alarms. Really good location if not wanting to stay on the strip. The buffet was priced appropriately - you get what you pay for, The live band was awesome on Friday evening. The big screen in the bar area was super awesome for football Sunday.
Room size Nothing
We thought The casino was cleaner then we remembered. The shower drain was slow, leaves you standing in dirty water. Some of the detail work, like caulking done sloppy, needs to be redone.
The location was close enough to the Strip that there was easy access but removed enough so there was no constant distraction or disruption. I wish the fitness center was 24 hours.
Everything was great I wish I had a fridge!
Had a lot of good value Was in a less than stellar area
Nothing. The hotel was overbooked and I couldn't stay there even though I already paid for the resrvation. Very unhappy that I purchased a night's stay so I could be near the airpot and have an easy checkout for a morning flight only to be turned away due to overbooking and "upgraded" to the Venetian. I spent 234.08 for the convenience of an embassy suites only to be given the fun of trying to figure out how and where to park at the venetian, the ridiculous walk from the car to the check in desk, check in hassle of everyone arriving on red-eyes and the pleasure of getting up extra early to do all that again the next morning. What I am trying to say is that when you want the convenience of the Embassy Suites and its location near the airport and you have already paid for the stay it is a large mistake on a business's part to upgrade someone to the hassle of the Venetian. If I wanted the Venetian I would have rented a room there instead. There were plenty available. the Venetian was an excellent hotel I just didn't want to stay there for convenience reasons and the Embassy Suites made my entire trip home miserable due to exhaustion from only getting 4 hours of sleep due to all the extra time needed finding and getting in and out of the Venetian.
It was clean Our door didn't lock when we tried to leave for our evening out. Although we were able to move to another room it took longer and we were late for the show we purchased.
Very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfasts were great and so were the receptions in the afternoon. Indoor pool was way to cold.
Great complimentary breakfast, shuttle service, swimming pool None
I was in town for my sisters wedding over at the Wynn. The location was perfect as most of my family was staying at the Wynn and the Embassy Suites is less then 5 minutes by cab. The staff at the front desk was very helpful and very polite. The room was very nice and comfortable. And the price was great. I only spent a 3rd of what it cost to stay at the Wynn and was only 5 minutes away. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. It's one of the main reasons I look to stay at the Embassy Suites if I can. The bathroom was not as nice as the rest of the room. The faucet was cracked and corroded, the shower looked like one you'd find in a motel, and the marble counter had these odd stains on them. I would rank the room at a 4 star and the bathroom at a 2 star.
I always attempt to stay at Embassy's where ever I go mainly because of the ammenities. I wish the hotel had airport shuttle service.
The rooms were lovely to look at and delightful to sleep in.
The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the flat screen tv's. Also, the full breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.
I liked it all. Close to everything. Nothing I can really complain about. The only comment is that the decor needs updating.
They lost our reservation then ran my card for the weekend rate at the hotel. We missed our dinner plans at Gordon Ramsay because we couldn't get into a room and shower on time. Hotel is in repair process looks very tacky for incoming guest. Front desk trainee did what she could to accommodate but she had no pull. Put a damper on the weekend for sure. Will never book here again
Very comfortable beds Near In-N-Out for late night snack Good Breakfast both food and eating set-up Driver said shuttle to strip stopped at before 11pm which seemed strange and meant that we had to drive our own car for a 10pm show at the Tropicana.
The pool area was nice and cozy, although they close at 10. We were there over the 4th of July weekend and you would think they would be a little lax on the time since it was a holiday, but at 9:59 the lady working the bar came out and told everyone to leave. We stayed at Fairfield the night before and their pool closed at 11. The breakfast sucked. A lot of reviews I read said the breakfast was "awesome." Far from the truth. They had the typical waffles, fruit, yogurt, and pastries. Boiled eggs and egg omelets floating around in liquid...ok? No bacon or sausage. I grabbed a banana and called it a day. They had a nice older gentleman as a Breakfast Attendant that went around and gave the kids toys and coloring pages which was a nice gesture. He was really friendly and seemed to enjoy his job. The rooms were basic, nothing special. They had a small cube refrigerator in the room that was just randomly laying on the floor. Never seen that before...usually it's in a cabinet.
The shuttle driver was very professional and really nice . The staff at check in were very helpful and respectful When I arrived felt a little ignored . No one said anything and I was waiting until some one said somethig.
The hotel was conveniently located close to, but not on the Strip in Vegas. Having the airport shuttle, which ran often to the airport is a bonus as was a shuttle drop off to the strip once an hour. The buffet was excellent with scrambled eggs and a meat offered along with waffles, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit , breads and bagels. One of the nicest assortments and well kept area constant cleaning and filling of offerings. Pool area nice to relax by quiet with plenty of tables and lounges. Getting back from the strip you had to walk on a busy overpass. If they had more pickups from the strip that would of been nice presently only at 5:30 and 10:30.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. NO resort or parking fees. Shuttle to the strip every hour. Neutrogena toiletries. Weird, ocean (?) type smell in lobby, probably temporary.
Best Breakfast. Comfortable beds
We stayed there for Friday and Saturday because we couldn't find any reasonsable price on the strip. Our trip was 8 nights. Anyway, Hampton offers hotel shuttles to the airport and the strip. That was awesome. The best thing was free and healthy breakfast. The breakfast included hot items, waffles, pastries, fruits, oatmeal and yogurt. The staff went around the breakfast areas to remind guests that the breakfast would be over in 10 min. That demonstrated good customer service to me. We appreciated it. Since it is not a casino hotel, the air quality was good and smoke-free.
Loved the room and front desk area. Pool closed to early.
- Location - Hotel breakfast - Room configuration - Room 322 had crack in ceiling - Lack of mini fridge
Just a positively great oasis in the flash of Vegas. it's tranquil, clean, FRESH and comfortable. The amenities were great and honestly addressed all my needs, down to my forgotten toothbrush and toothpaste. nothing negative here
The hotel was reasonably priced and had all the basic amenities. The breakfast was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I wish they would have started breakfast earlier than 6 - the first shuttle to the airport was at 6, so we missed breakfast our last day. Once an hour for the shuttle wasn't really enough and it would have been nice if the shuttle also picks you up - a cab from the entertainment strip right across the highway will cost you about $10-$12 with tip.
Great experience and stay overall. Check-in and check out process was quick, easy, and painless. Breakfast was great and fitness service met my needs. Thank you and I don't mind making a return visit here down the road.
the young lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I don't think i will ever stay here again. the room was a bit small for the price. my roommate and I were a bit itchy in the room glad i was only there for one night. parking was a bit far from the room. I didn't like the shower coming straight down on my head. the guy who checked me out was very rude.
The staff..good manners Nothing to say
I liked where it was located. I think that the staff was awesome and friendly. The breakfast buffet was above average. If I could get a little better room closer to the casino I would stay there again. I didn't like the quality of the rooms nor the old smell...even though they made me sign a waiver saying no smoking in the room, my room had obviously been smoked in. As a non smoker it was offensive to my senses. The parking is horrible. I know it is Vegas but the smoke smell in my room was not acceptable.
Great value for your money.
Clean room, free parking, Starbucks, not so busy and close to strip Poor mobile reception
The pool area and halls were quiet & comfortable. The hall and room smelled bad.
I had a wonderful stay I booked online but whe i checked in it was a hassle and they asked me to pay cash. When the online booking service called to confirm this hey stated i did not pay in cash.
It's a room, does what it needs. I must have tipped the house keeper more than usual. They left a thank you note and went way way out of their way to make the room nice for me. Tip your house keepers. They appreciate it immensely. The price in ratio to the quality was good on the room itself. If you're looking for a place to sleep that you won't spend much time in, easy choice to choose this place. Worth it for sure. I didn't like the length it took to enter the second portion of the hotel where these rooms are located. It involves going from the parking ramp through the main hotel into another room going through outside. I got over it quickly, but initially going to the room I felt like that was kinda crappy. Also, if you're staying in the outer hotel (which is where the cheap tickets will stick you) know that there's a 2nd floor in case you need an elevator. This portion of the hotel doesn't have one.
The carpets were old and stained in the room. Furniture was outdated. The bathroom smelled. We had to flush the toilet a few times to get rid of the smell. I'll not stay here again.
Poor customer service. We had Roaches in our hotel room.
We have stayed here many times. Always enjoyable. Looking forward to the new bingo room.
We got a great deal that it was hard to believe. I was expecting an ugly hotel, but it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean. Even though it want inside the casino it isn't far either. The restaurants and drinks are cheap in price compared to the new strip. Overall I liked it and would book there again for the same price.
the staff there was wonderful - plus i love the room layout with the additional seating area, kitchenette, and large dressing area.
That it was nice for the price. And the TV was nice. The pool is to small and it was drity. The room did't have a DVD player..
close enough to the strip without the noise, free parking, free breakfast, free internet, 42" plasma tv, fridge and coffee maker $20 charge for late checkout (2pm), small bathroom
Me and my boyfriend along with another couple came to Las Vegas for the Rock and Roll marathon. We LOVED The Hyatt Place, not only did they have excellent customer service but we arrived into town earlier than expected...we called to see if we could check in early and they let us check in at 8:00am!!! Originally we were not able to check in until 3:00pm. Did I mention that their front desk person, Megan had EXCELLENT customer service? Both of the girls were extremely bubbly and friendly..giving us directions/letting us know of extra services and much more I just can't remember becasue after all I was in Vegas....the rooms were great and overall we got a great stay for the price. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO STAY OFF OF THE STRIP TO SAVE A LITTLE MONEY, STAY HERE. GREAT LOCATION, FREE SHUTTLE AND FREE BREAKFAST.
Spacious room, location on walking distance from the Strip, free internet No minibar, no alcoholic bevarges served in the bar after 11:00 pm - is this Las Vegas?? But one is gladly refered to a shop about 50 meters away that is open 24/7
I have stayed at the Hyatt Place in Las Vegas twice now, and each time the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was what impressed me the most. They were always on point, and I felt that they really live the meaning of hospitality. Kudos to the staff all the way around. The room was comfortable, large, and had every amenity that you would expect (big tv/cable, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, safe, etc.). The breakfast offered in the morning was good, and their free wifi and shuttle made the stay super convenient. The Las Vegas heat was oppressive when I stayed, but the staff encouraged me to stay hydrated and to stay out of the sun as much as possible.
Nice and relaxing, walking distance to the Hard Rock casino. We like the shuttle bus. The drivers are very nice and on time. Howard is very nice and friendly and easy to talk too.
Having transportation from airline and to events. The staff was friendly and greeted you ever time you passed them there is nothing I can say was negative about this hotel
Was welcomed by the host, which was very nice - there was not only a shuttle to/from the airport but to the Strip - to Planet Hollywood where I needed to go. Since the shuttle to Planet Hollywood was running every 4 hours, on the way back, I had to walk and it took over 45 minutes to do so.
I was a little disappointed with this stay. The room smelled a little like dog pee (and I have a dog), was on the basement level which I dislike, and had a lot of road noise. Also the room next door had very loud and rude guests who shouted and actually beat on the wall in some evident celebration. The bed was also not as comfortable as during my previous stay.
Clean beds Garbage on Floor the cleaning staff missed, broken towel rack, felt run down. I had no idea it was so animal friendly (jar of doggy treats at front desk...). Im at home now the next night and can't sleep because my allergies are so bad. Me and kids all came home with bad allergies. It wasn't obvious on the website when booking that it was animal friendly. Lady at front desk said every room has had animals in it. Breakfast was sub par, indoor pool was FREEZING. me and kids got in for all of 2 minutes. If you have allergies or want to do anything there besides just sleep, might want to explore your options.
Private Allows dogs The front desk staff. I had a three-day reservation and I arrived late after calling in explaining that I was going to be late. My room was giving away and my reservation was canceled I had reserved the brooms for $85 and night. The person at the front desk didn't apologize. They just told me that my raw reservation was canceled buy them and they wanted me to reserve a new room for the next two nights at $129 a night which was there right at the front desk. After absolutely no help I went to the other La Quinta by the airport and stay there for two nights and $96 and night and I still lost out on the money for the first night which was prepaid and charged. My room should not have been cancelled at all since it was charged and it will be challenged. My reservation was not there when I got there and I could not use the reservation that was prepaid for. Therefore, as the service industry is well aware, I am not responsible for any charges especially after you tried to rip me off by canceling my room keeping the money and renting to someone else and then offering me a broom for $50 more with tax and fees compared to the $85 rate with taxes and fees per night. You can see by searching for me as a guest Thomas Bortolini (Tom) and see how many Laquinta Inns I have stayed at. Also my room smelled and was not vacuumed well AND MY SHOWER DIDN'T EVEN TURN ON!!
Is close to Las Vegas strip. Clean rooms . Free wi fi and free breakfasts. Indoor pool 24 hour. What else to ask for?
-The main Strip is visible -Has pool -lots of free parking -One elevator of two was broken -had some really loud guests
comfortable, close to airport, fairly clean small bathroom, stain on bedsheets
Convenient to the airport which is what we needed.
newer hotel. clean. attentive front desk despite our late arrival. not easy to find.
Breakfast was good and ran for long hours, shuttle to the strip was convenient and easy, staff always accessible and helpful, tv didn't automatically set the volume too loud (a problem I had at other locations) Not much around the location so you basically had to drive or go to the strip for anything, and as for the room in particular, the wall thermostat was finicky: sometimes it controlled the AC and sometimes it didn't.
Sizeable room, good breakfast, clean
The room was spacious and clean.
Staff were great. Shuttle great service. Breakfasts were better than expected. Very little. Minor request would be to vacuum the rugs more often.
My wife and I were very pleased with the overall customer experience. The staff was professional, polite, and helpful! No. The staff went above and beyond to make feel welcome. We were greeted every morning at breakfast which was very good.
Clean, nice room without unnecessary frills. Bed was too soft. Transportation to the Las Vegas strip could have been much more frequent (every 15 minutes would have been nice.

Clean and new I didn't mean to book a hotel that far from the strip. The area selector should be more clear, otherwise I would have never booked at this location.
The suite was a decent size, the location was perfect, and the staff is very attentive to meet clients needs. I didn't like that the Hotel's pool was closed, they have an amazing outdoor facility. I was looking forward to it. Although the pool was not open, I was told that we were given access to two pools from the hotels across staybridge. We used Hollidays in.

Everything but the knock on the door, frankly We got an insistent knock on the door at 6am (after having arrived at 1am w/ small kids) waking everyone up. Once I finally got to answering the door, he said he had the wrong room and just walked away. Sure, it was an honest mistake, but messed up our first day.
Our room was top floor on the freeway side and you can definatley hear the freeway noise. Still worth it. Overall, nice, clean, spacious and well-kept.Across the freeway from Mandalay Bay..not far from the strip (you will need to take resorts shuttle), but really in the ultimate location. DO NOT stay in North Las Vegas. For pets it's really nice. The cleaning fee was $100.00 when we were there so double check.
Highly recommended. Had a comfortable stay. We were welcomed by the manager that day. Had traveled from far and had arrived early morning. And even though check-in was not until 3 pm they were able to accommodate us and let us check-in earlier. Even fed us breakfast that morning! Safe environment. Would certainly come back again.
This worked out great for us. 2 adults 2 children in a 1 bedroom. We did bring our aerobed to go with the fold out couch. A little crowded at times, but it worked out well. Great location for access to the south end of the strip. A free shuttle every half hour to the Mandalay Bay and one every hour to the MGM. We drove to Vegas and still utilized the shuttle at times. The small pool was crowded on the weekend, but on Monday afternoon, we had the entire pool to ourselves. It was really nice as there is some shade and a great way to cool off on a hot afternoon. Would stay there again and reccommed this to others. Oh... almost forgot, there is a huge In & Out Burger down the street at Tropicana Blvd where you will find the best hamburger and french fries in the world.
The beds were heavenly and you could not hear a sound from the other rooms or highway. The breakfast was a full spread, not just cold items, and was included in the price of the room. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the strip, as well. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I would definitely stay here again.
I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were pleasant and were attentive. The only problem we encountered was that the heated pool wasn't very heated the last few days. They said the heater broke but we weren't sure. The buffet breakfast was very good. The complimentary shuttle was also nice.
Really clean and nice. Will stay again
We stayed there for a week in January, 2008. We were attending a trade show in the Mandalay - but prefer to avoid casinos, so found this property. It was about a half mile from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center- we could walk there faster than from other nearby hotels on the strip, as we didn't need to go through hotels to get there. They also have a shuttle for service to Mandalay and other spots on the Strip. The facility itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and evening light food is always a convenient plus in our minds. They also have a hot tub which was wonderful after a long day of walking the trade show floors. The no-smoking policy and complete lack of a casino and slot machines gave it very high marks in our book. We just booked our room for our return in January 2009. We would highly recommend this to anyone else wanting an alternative to the casino scene in Las Vegas.
It was a pleasant stay away from the hustle of the strip and yet so close. I did not use the shuttle to the Mandalay Bay but I thought it was a great idea. Great clean comfortable rooms.
We had a great stay our first time not stay on strip. Loved having all the amenities.
The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
The room was more and better than I expected for a basic room. All the amenaties were excellect, bedding and furnature was excellent. Everything was great during checking-in and sleeping, however at morning everything went bad. I disliked that the housekeeping staff. They constantly kept knocking on my door to see if I left. Check out is at noon, I put the "Do not Disturb Sign before going to bed because I like to sleep in. They came to my door at 8:35 and I told the young lady that I was here. She was polite and left. I checked the the sign and it was still there in the door's card reader. I hurried to breakfast becase they close at 930 which is very early. I had nowhere to sit becasue the dinning are was completely full, but I made a plate to eat in my room. Would be nice if trays were available. Housekeeping again came at 1030, she was polite and left and the sign is still in the door's card reader. Other than that my experience was good but when I left I felt as if I was hurried out to leave.
No wifi in room
Helpfulness of the staff. Size of the room. That the house cleaning ran a dishwasher for one coffee cup. Not green! Maybe downsize some of the refrigerators that do not get used by business people as much as families. Create a lot of noise in the room as well as heat.
