Pene lokaler og lobby. Lotte kjøpesenter som er knyttet til hotellet er fantastisk.
Seng var hard. Ufine veldig gamle grå gardiner. Innesperret luft på rommet. Dårlig komfort. Ikke verdt den høye prisen.

Great service and staff. Enjoyed a lovely greeting from staff every time I walked through the lobby. I had one small issue with my phone - three people came within minutes to fix it. Incredible breakfast buffet, with the best espresso latte I've had in Korea. The lobby lounge is a stunning setting for a drink at the end of the day. The spa was soo luxurious - a must do during your stay at the Lotte.

The hotel was outstanding, the location was great, the staff was very friendly and accommodating in every way - have nothing but great things to say, it was a wonderful experience and would recommend and would be my first choice if i return to this area again.
