Thalasso Hotel El Palasiet

Fint beliggenhet, bra frokost.

Hotellet er nedslitt. Det er lite plass på rommene og mangler klima anlegg.

The grounds were gorgeous and spacious. 3 pools- one inside. Lots of outside tables and chairs and sun beds to relax in. The decor inside was nice too . It was 1950’s Catskills or Poconos. Plenty of places to relax inside too The room was big with fabulous views of the sea and mountains. It should be noted that the beach is 50 m down a small hill.so this is not on the water WiFi was great, fast and worked everywhere on the grounds there were lots of little nooks to relax in. We did not use the spa Reception staff had English and were helpful. Bikes available to use

The food was very expensive and average at best. Lunch and dinner were 30 euros each. Better prices in town. The staff in dining room were efficient but not friendly . Breakfast staff seemed more interested in preparing the tables for lunch than helping. Outside staff were better If you want to use the indoor pool you must have a bathing cap. They charges 5 euros so bring one. My biggest problem was the bed. It was so firm that it was like sleeping on a board. I did find some blankets in the room and used them as padding. The bathroom as small and the toilet was behind the door. So there was lots of shimmying to get to it as there was not much space between the door and sink
