Ulemper: the flight have a delay...and then.after we landing...we arrest and that we need to take a bus 3a to Hamburg...so.. just in 6am we get to hamburg..the worth flghit ever...

Luggage Issue

Ulemper: As I value constructive feedback, the below outlines major concerns I experienced during this journey: 1- The checkin process was so unorganized! 2- Pilot not providing enough information (about delays, expected time of arrival...) 3- Surprisingly.. arriving to Beirut with no luggage. Would have appreciated an early notice about this and not getting to Lebanon and receive this news - especially that the cause was "You were too many on the plane and your luggage couldn't be all sent together" - I believe that when trust is put in an airline over a journey like this, the least I can expect is arriving to my destination safe, secure, having my luggage with me. More precisely, on such an expensive flight, booked because it was direct, and the risk of having such an issue was theoretically 0%. 4- Receiving the luggage after more than 50 hours of our arrival!

A bit disappointing and uncomfortable

Fordeler: Direct flights from Germany. Friendly crew. OK meal. Smooth landing

Ulemper: Expensive flight. Seats are cramped up against each other with no adequate legroom, pushing the knees against the front seat. Forced to check in my carry on since it exceeded 6 kilos (that's very little for an international flight)

Fordeler: It was clean. We arrived on time and smoothly.

Ulemper: Extremely tight seating. No room for shoulders or legs. I sat with my family in one row. We were touching shoulders as the seats are so thin. No leg room at all!
