Fordeler: The crew was very friendly AMD nice
Ulemper: It would have been better if my chair reclined and that baby didn't cry my whole flight

Ulemper: frontier charges for a carry on, small pack pack included. No entertainment or wifi offered. Plane was very very warm on cabin and they didn’t offer any beverages.

Ulemper: Delayed flight. Switched planes. People without masks. No one enforced the mask rule and it made me very uncomfortable
Fordeler: Boarding was smooth. Extra legroom sets were way nice!
Ulemper: Give a snack and a drink for crying out loud!
Fordeler: It was just an overall great flight. Very easy to book and enjoyed it.
Ulemper: I look forward to drinks and snacks onboard again.
Ulemper: Flight delayed 2hrs for no reason!’

Ulemper: I paid extra for the exit seats thinking there were going to be more comfortable, they were worse then the regular seats and I felt ripped off. On top of that you charge for water? That’s silly.
Ulemper: Everything!!! No Masks in board during COVID? Terrible!!!

Ulemper: Me parece que por la pandemia debería haber un poco de distancia entre cada familia o viajeros y no hay de ninguna manera, ni para abordar ni en el avión ni en la salida. Creo q les falta un poco de organización en esta parte para asegurar el bienestar de todos los pasajeros

Fordeler: Boarding process was efficient. Made me feel good that temperatures were taken.
Ulemper: Adjust expectations to no wifi, hard seats and no snacks. But remember what you paid.
Fordeler: I didn’t like a think since I checked in online and arrived within the 45-60min window to check my luggage. The system said it couldn’t find me. Frontier marked me as a no show before the time window closed
Ulemper: A full refund or they could’ve let me use that ticket price I’ve towards another flight equal to or of lesser value. What really ticked me off was I had to pay for my bags for them to turn around right after I gave them my card to swipe they then mark me as a no show getting even more money from. I will never use frontier ever again. I’d rather pay more money and delta

Ulemper: One super rude flight attendant made this trip very mediocre. Not nice or patient with kids. Felt like her only job was to roam the aisle yelling at everyone especially kids to cover there noses. It was a night flight and she was even waking up 2 yr olds and making them mask up. Ridiculous!
Fordeler: The time

Ulemper: All good just the plane was little shaking.
Ulemper: Don’t block the bathroom for >1 hr during the flight because one flight attendant is hanging out with the pilot.
Fordeler: I did not get onto flight
Ulemper: Allowing me to board; I showed up to Denver international with plenty time, I arrived at gate of new flight the check in attendant placed me on, I then watched my original flight close the gate and fly away while waiting for my next flight.
Ulemper: First off, you charged me twice for the original trip. Then, the gates changed two times and I ended up almost missing the plane because of it.
Ulemper: Really uncomfortable seats that do not recline, several people constantly taking off masks, they charged for water (3$), no WiFi option or entertainment at all, tray table is too small to put anything on
Ulemper: An isle or window seat
Ulemper: On the trip out, we were packed into the plane (every seat full)but had to wait 45 min for the pilot. On the flight back, while checking in online, I was paying for my carry on. On the ticket it said checked bag. I spent an hour online and on the phone trying to correct the problem. It was impossible. Had to go to the airport 1 hour early to go to the counter to fix it. They would not fix it without a fee!!! Since I had already paid the $44 I just checked it. When I got on the plane, I was telling the person next to me in the middle seat about the frustration with the bag and he had the same problem! Once again we left 45 min late. Once we landed, we had to wait for the gate.
I have been traveling a lot lately, the other 3airlines I have used passed out Clorox wipes when entering. Frontier did not. Sitting on a full flight for
An extra 45 min, both ways, made me feel exposed and unsafe.
Very frustrating experience
Ulemper: There were no snacks/drinks and no usb.
Fordeler: I made it to my destination
Ulemper: It’s Frontier so it’s not supposed to be amazing. Not having to pay for a drink of water would have been nice though..
Fordeler: The price
Fordeler: The male agent at the counter was great! Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the trip. Everything was SO expensive, had to pay $1.99 for a bottle of water which is free in other flights. The crew on board didn’t do anything and didn’t come through to collect trash until the very end.
Ulemper: More affordable prices, snacks and drinks available in flight, and a more helpful crew on board.
Fordeler: Smooth flight excellent landing.
Ulemper: Make passengers properly wear their masks!
Fordeler: Lady at the check-in terminal was amazing. Flight staff did a good job.
Ulemper: There were several “stretch” seats available for passengers filling three seats next to each other and flight crew refused to let people change seats, even if they were on the same side of the plane (weight distribution). Feel like they could have taken care of the customer better.
Fordeler: Very friendly. Cared about the customers. Arranged seating to spread out the passengers.
Ulemper: WiFi on the plane!
Fordeler: Execution of the boarding/ exiting process
Ulemper: A little more space
Ulemper: There were individuals who were not practicing mask safety. Several individuals used foul language 50% of of the 4hr flight. This was rather unfortunate because it was late and some of us had to work the following day.
Fordeler: i got to sit by my friend
Ulemper: during a pandemic you’d think people would be spaced out but there were people coughing all over me and i’m literally going to visit my mom and if she gets sick she’s going to die
Fordeler: The crew was ok

Ulemper: The seats could be a bit bigger
Fordeler: Crew was extremely pleasant. Flights were shorter than schedule stated!
Ulemper: They need to stop charging for carryon bags. Also they need more comfortable seats.
Ulemper: Stewardess who had to repeatedly ask a customer to put their mask on said “I hope you get it”. Referring, of course, to COVID-19. Horrible.
Fordeler: Denver Crew is RACIST, HYPOCRITICAL & CONTRADICTORY! Making mask an issue ONLY there not from RDU, JUST THERE IF YOU ARE BLACK

Ulemper: Separate the individuals on the flight. Many seats available in the back and yet they crammed everyone in the front side by side with the covid-19 conditions just not smart planning at all
Fordeler: Crew was wonderful.
Ulemper: Seat was not comfortable for me but I have a bad back so not that it would affect others the same.
Fordeler: I was very pleased with Captain and crew, very friendly and helpful.
Ulemper: Seat comfort was the only issue I had.
Fordeler: Flight was on time and crew were good.
Ulemper: Seats are an absolute nightmare for anyone over 6 foot. Horrible comfort and have to book my chiropractor in short order.
Ulemper: No food or beverage supposedly due to covid yet we're all in the flying tube together with the recirculated air.
Fordeler: The employees are not at fault, they’re great people just doing their job for a crappy company with shitty policies.
Ulemper: Contacting frontier is a total nightmare, everything about the way they run their company sucks. I just feel bad for the people who worm for them. I don’t care how cheap it is—I will NEVER support this airline again!!
Ulemper: The plane was so hot, not socially distanced, and boarding and exiting literally should be more organized. United does “hey rows 1-10 may exit” and it’s a calm situation. Frontier was like “Okay everyone off!”
Fordeler: It was efficient and affordable
Ulemper: The seats weren’t comfortable and there was no water or food
Fordeler: Crew was nice
Ulemper: No WiFi, no food.
Fordeler: Crew was good and flight was fine.
Ulemper: I would like to say that I wish your company cared more about people during this troubling time dealing with COVID situations. Your plane was jam packed with people in the front half, and the last 8 rows of the plane had nobody in the seats. I thought we were supposed to stay distanced as best as possible but I think you should really reevaluate how your system works.
Fordeler: The crew were adequate, boarding fine.
Ulemper: My issue was the lack of distance between passengers during this pandemic. All of the passengers were put next to each other in front of the plane while at least 8 rows were completely open in the back. I lost my job due to this pandemic and truly believe all airlines should comply as best they can to separate peoples parties. This was unacceptable.
Ulemper: No allowing passengers in the back run to the front when the plane stops
Fordeler: The crew was hilarious. I love their honesty and awareness of how terrible it is to charge people $4 for water on a 3 hr flight.
Ulemper: The seats, the leg room, the captains announcements, the intercoms sound quality, the temperature, the entertainment, so so so very much.
