Fordeler: All of the ground grew was excellent, I always travel with my service dog and they handled the process very professionally.

Ulemper: Over the phone service in trying to notify the airline that I was travelling with my service dog was ridiculous. I called multiple times, but nobody could understand me due to their limited English, and refused to put in a note in my booking because were insisting on a letter from a psychiatric doctor, which is not applicable. As per the French Bee (an most airline) regulations - this is a requirement for ESA and not service animals, on top of the fact my disability is not psychiatric. Result was no comment put on my booking, but fortunately the staff at the airport were very helpful and understanding.

Fordeler: I did not prepay for a meal, but the options available compelled me to buy. The meal was exceptional. The service was also 5-star and the seat was quite comfortable.

Ulemper: The flight was late.
