Ulemper: I was quoted a total price of $99 (tax and other costs included). I was charged almost $150, then was charged another $70 for additional gas, but i filled the gas tank just before I arrived at the airport to return the car.

Fordeler: clean, comfortable and very new. only 2000kms done. quick and easy pick up and return. the size of the car got some getting used to but it was of no fault to the car company. friendly service and prompt.
Ulemper: would be helpful for someone to do a quick run down on the features of the car as we took a few mins to orientate on the functions in the car.

Fordeler: The car was as expected.
Ulemper: The drop off Station was closed during official opening hours when I wanted to give my car back. I had to spend 30 Eurostar in calls until finally someone came to open. No excuse, just rude behavior from all people involved. Never again

Ulemper: When i arrived, i was told thah my reservation was not valid (sinve i was not from US) i had to pay additional 400euros for 12 days. I didnt get the car, had to take a taxi from the airport, and finally had to search again for a local car since all online werenot available any more...

Please don't rent a car on Kayak / Etrawler /OK Rent
Fordeler: Please don't rent a car on Kayak: They use Etrawler, they again use OK Cars and after a four hours wait there is no car available. My car got cancelled from OK (money has been refunded). I am still waiting for my money back from Etrawler/Kayak.
