The Friendly, warm hospitality of the Hotel Staff made me feel comfortable, secure and safe staying alone in my Room, they are always there to assist you in whatever you ask them, including arranging for my trip to Petra, Jerash. The Staff are very helpful and accomodating. The restaurant could not serve the food i ordered.
Location was great; close to amphitheater and center. Nice rooftop patio. Shesha is part of roomservice!
it was ok for one night. location was good in the middle of downtown. smelled of cleaner. bathroom was small. no separate shower stall. there was some liquid on the floor in the room. only one electrical outlet.
Very cheap, great location, and a very friendly staff. The hotel is renovating some rooms and the lobby, and there was drywall dust on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom throughout my stay.
Downtown location in close distance to the citadel and amphitheatre Worn out furniture and very strong perfume smelling rooms. Breakfast was not good; dry bread, eggs overcooked etc.
Central to Roman ruins and downtown Rundown area around the hotel, very basic toilet and showers - barely usable.
Staff are polite and helpful. Was difficult to locate, room was in a right mess, dust every where, toilet was dirty and contaminated, toilet seat broken, no soap and towels. I had to ask for toilet to be cleaned, asked for soap 3 times, they did not have any, staff member had to go to buy some from a shop. Over all was the worst hotel I've ever booked, never again.
the room breakfast wasn't great
The room is very nice and clean. I really recommend it. The outlets are not suitable for my laptop charger and other devices. I should have brought a universal adaptor.
The weather was great during the stay. We enjoyed a driver was available for sightseeing. Enjoyed the surprise towel swans and flowers display on bed. There was no assistance for english translation although staff spoke a few words and assumes the rest. The staff tends to knock on door or call to much this was an annoyance. For budget it was a good hotel.
It was cheap and nothing else, rooms were just about manageable it was a good job i was staying by myself. breakfast was probably the worst i have had anywhere
Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom shabby. Room had unfinished look with holes in walls. Only stayed for 1 night, didn't want to book any more - no hot water available!
Good atmosphere: young but tidy and very clean. A really confortable lobby with sofas, tables, tv, wireless and a lot of books. The owner is british and gives many touristi info. Ottimo ambiente giovanile, ma curato e molto pulito. C'è una lobby dove ci sono divani, tavoli, tv, internet e un sacco di libri interessanti. La proprietaria è inglese e dà molte informazioni utili. 4 floors and no elevator. Breakfast could be bigger. I didn't see any heater in the rooms... even if in Amman weather is not very cold. Niente ascensore nonostante i 4 piani, colazione potrebbe essere maggiore. Non ho visto riscaldamento nelle stanze, sebbene il clima non sia molto freddo ad Amman.
Really nice staff, clean rooms with a nice view, excellent location near the restaurants and amphitheatre in downtown Amman. Traffic noise may have upset some
Great location, very helpfully staff, really good price,... An excellent place to enjoy Amman & Jordan
If you want to be right in the middle of the action in Amman, this is the place to stay. There are many hostels (all called Hotels) in the area, but this place is top notch. The staff is very friendly and can help you with your travel plans to many nearby attractions in Amman or nearby at the Dead Sea, Petra, etc.. The beds are comfortable, there is a nice lounge in the main lobby, and there is a rooftop terrace that is nice to enjoy the view and have a smoke. This place is right next to the Roman Amphitheater. It's a little tricky to find. Make sure your cab driver takes gives you an agreed price on your way from the airport or the nearby bus stop. Perhaps you may want to call the hotel for transportation in advance. I loved the place so much, so I won't consider staying somewhere else next time i head to Amman.
We went on ramadan season... The owner was slepeing all the time... The lounge were the breakfast and the internet worked were allways closed so we didnt got any breakfast or internet..
It was cheap. The room was fairly spacious. Great location (31.951129, 35.935076) right in the middle of the Lonely Planet walking tour. If you are a seasoned and experienced BUDGET traveler, and if you are used to very cheap hostels/hotels around the world, then this place is for you. Great cheap authentic restaurants right outside the door. It was dirty, even by my low standards. There were spiderwebs and spider eggs in the corners. The window was broken and wouldn't lock (although there were metal bars outside). The toilet was difficult to sit on because the sink was right in front of it. No towels or top-sheet. Open exposed wires. No fire escape (window bars would trap you in). Occasionally virtually no water pressure. TV cord had been sliced and taped. Carpet didn't fit the floor. It was BUDGET.
