Fordeler: The girl at the check-in counter was efficient and interlined my daughter's bags to Sydney. Much appreciated. The flight was almost on time, which was good.

Quick and affordable flight!
Fordeler: The snacks were wonderful. The crew were amazing!

Fordeler: Getting to my destination safely.
Ulemper: Not being sat next to my wife. Only having one food option because the other options were no longer available. Seating was very tight.

Ulemper: Most Air Botswana flights have a decent sandwich but just rubbish snack food on this one.

Ulemper: Late and clearly Air Botswana knew it would be late. No information to passengers other than "wait and it will be here..."

The planes interiors are needing refurb
Fordeler: We got to Botswana on time. They do not inform passengers ahead of time about the spraying of pesticides. I'm going to switch to SAA from now on. Bring something to cover up during spraying.
Ulemper: The bathroom door broke off and the attendant just ignored it

Ulemper: Did not allow us to board after late arrival due to air link plane malfunction. plane had not left the airport yet with 45 minutes left until departure and staff from air Botswana would not help us at all. People were not friendly at all. we were delayed by a full day due to their lack Of support.
