Nice location. Relaxing atmosphere. Excellent service. What you get in the morning is not breakfast, but cakes and fruit. Not a healthy alternative...
Very polite hotel staff. Palm trees everywhere, beautiful view from the lobby. Small houses, no tall tower building like on the other (right in front) side of the sea. Small private beach. Entertainment during the day is not annoyingly loud like in other all-inclusives. Guests all behaved, no tacky drunk shouting tourists. Probably because most of the guest were mexicans and not from .... :) Food was not in a wasted abundance. Always lots of fruits and veggies available. Outside the air conditioner/heating system (whatever that is) is too loud. That is the problem with many hotels in this area. The cleaning lady should maybe be reminded that if the towels are not in the bathtub, she does not need to change them. Also the bed sheet were changed everyday. This is not necessary. To take a taxi at the hotel to get to the city (3 min drive) is double the price than if you take the taxi in the city. Beetles taxis are always the cheapest option.
Excellent location, great pools Front Desk customer service one of the worst ever service received. Terrible attitude towards customers and extremely slow! Shower in room terrible - no power and sometimes minimal hot water. Availability of deck chairs around pool non existent after 7am! And some of the cabannas by the adult pool had towels left over night and during the day and no- one appeared to be lying on them - there should be a time limitation to reserve deck chairs and cabannas!
I liked the size of the room. All the rooms at this facility all have an ocean view so don't fret about getting stuck on the wrong side of the building. The corridor is also open to the outside so there's no strong funky mold smell. There was a kitchenette complete with fridge, microwave, toaster so you can make your own snacks at the property. My shower handle wouldn't stay at a my desired temp setting. I called to have it fixed but either no one showed up or they couldn't fix it. I had to either hold the handle in my desired temp seting or shower in semi-cold water. It didn't really bother me though...it's warm in Acapulco
near to the beach we asked on bed more but the bed is too small
It is cheap. Not enough sun beds and sun beds at the beach cost money. Is not a 5 star hotel.
Amazing location, kind of middle so you have easy and quick access to everywhere around. Very good beach and service on the beach. Nice views from the rooms. Comfortable place, good value for money. Receptionists do not speak English (except a couple of them) so its difficult to get any information from them if they speak they probably have no idea about anything... (most of the cleaners or bellboys speak English and know more about the city or interesting places to go to so don't be afraid to ask them).
Quiet, galmour, everybody called me by my name, relax. I want to get back
the rooms were very dirty the airconditioner did not work and it was realy hot! people was not nice at all,
The property is beautiful. They allow parties until 3-4am regardless of the fact that guests can not sleep. Their response to this is doing nothing. Also, rooms don't have coffee makers. There is nothing close so you depend on what the hotel offers. Expensive for what you get.
Price Ceiling was falling down on the floor. Marble counter in bathroom was seriously cracked and coming off the wall. Internet did not work and it took 3 phone calls to get the issue resolved.
It is nice, quiet, professional and pleasant. We changed for another four star hotel on hour last day and regreted it. If your are travelling with a 4 year old child, you should not have to pay for an extra bed.
This is the fourth time I use this hotel. I like that the room has a good size, is is spacious. It has nice flat panel TV and the view from the window of the room to the bay is excellent. The bathroom looks old and it was not completely clean. Some parts of the hotel also looks old and need maintenance. The people of the reception has to improve the promptness and quality of the service, because they are very slow, especially the Manager of the Reception.
We enjoyed the location and the facilities. I think we were overcharged -more than reservation had totaled. Still have not received final total on my bank card in US dollars to be sure what we paid. Hopefully that amount will be converted from mxn and billed to my bank card to know for sure. Next time I will prepay prior to travel.
I stayed for three days. Beautiful view of the beach. I slept in great comfort for my stay. Its the first time I didnt cheap out for a hotel and I did not regret it. The food was okay and a bit expensive in my opinion. Tho to me almost all the food in Acapulco is like that. I really did not like that I have to sneak in water because the hotel wants to force you to buy their more expensive water. No mini fridge sucks for a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was because we had a few devices running, but the wifi was slow, my phone's roaming data was faster. Also I did not like that upon arrival, I had waited an hour and a half for my room to be ready, but thats about it.
The staff, very helpful!!! Nothing, everything was great!
The service was good, the people were very gentle and the pool was nice with a very good view
large airy and comfortable room. great restaurant, a la carte. Buffet was much less interesting.
Its location on the beach and in the middle of the bay. The mattress was too hard.
Nice clean hotel with excelent location and excelent price/value. We ordered a suite with kitchen but did only get a standard room with view to the main road. There was a wallmart just in front with a lot of salesperson shouting from their microphones from 8 am on some days.
The staff were very helpful and smart, gave good impression. Had all facilities I needed for short stay, except a bath.
Location was good to events in downtown Acapulco. The price was right for the kind of place and type of hotel. Restaurants near the hotel were good and security was careful. There was no coffee maker and the front desk was not terribly friendly.
Acapulco Casa Inn has a great location. Pool is great! I did not like that rooms were kind of old and that pool was crowded with kids. You were not able to swim because they were diving all time.
1) Wireless network must be stable 2) Print the TV channel list on the small piece of paper, as it done in Hotel One 3) TV remote control
I liked the swimming pool , hotel is giving wi fi facility at the lobby only, they should offer the facility to the rooms also,
Great window view (Acapulco + Pacific Ocean), really close to the beach. A smell of wet in the room was noticeable and could overhelm the positive aspects of the hotel. Maybe it's due to wooden furniture in the room but really something to work on it.
The rooms were a bit on the smelly side. One srt of towels were available for the three of us and when we requested two sets of towels, we were told the maid had left and were unable to give us extra towels.
to be nearby the Cliff-Jumpers and seeing them several times :-)
the view was excellent. the elevator was a new experience. the food was very good. i really like the relax ambient. the room was not ready when we check in at 5 pm.
Great lokalization and amazing views on the ocean and La Quebrada.
The option of three pools was good and one of them had a beautiful view of the city of Acapulco. As well as the pools, there is a beautiful seaview with cliffs practically from your window. It's also brilliant how close the hotel is to the famous cliff divers, you can watch them from the hotel unless you want a closer view that most tourists do. #1. Cliff position means innumerable stairs and dangerous crossings across steeps tracks! #2. Not the best location in relation to going out/eating. #3. This one is the worst complaint, and probably what ruined our stay. We picked this hotel because on booking.com it said it had a shuttle bus to the airport, yet when we asked they said they had none. They didn't even admit they were wrong but blamed booking.com! We had to speak to the website who obviously said it was the hotel's fault. #5 Our room had no TV despite the advertisement it would, looked like it'd been pulled from the wall! #6. The Air Con didn't have a remote or any controls and on a high setting so we were freezing.
Views of the high cliff and the Pacific Ocean from each individual room balcony are unique and spectacular. One can enjoy the professional cliff divers perform their routine while having lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant(s). There is no need to purchase tickets in advance to see the divers perform if you are staying as guests at the Mirador Acapulco, since the Hotel is part of the Perla Restaurant. There are also nightly music performances for dancing at the Restaurant. The hotel staff are very accomodating and friendly. They provided excellent services. No problem with language communications as most administrative staff do speak English. The hotel is old and could benefit from some renovations. It can easily be modernized and beautified if in the hands of a great manager, because the hotel has great potential. Also, due to the high altitude at which the hotel is situated, one has to climb many steps to get to his/her room. However, it's the high elevation that adds beauty, romance, mystique, and serenity to the hotel surroundings and this, by itself, more than compensates for the lack of modern appliances or conveniences that you would expect of this self-rated 3+(?) star hotel. If you cannot climb many steps, then this hotel is not for you. Also, there is no internet access at the hotel (the current public internet console on the premise did not work).
