Fordeler: The crew was really nice, as you can expect from a Japanese company. Super helpful and smiling. The food was also very good.
Ulemper: The space is really tiny. The screen also tiny.

Fordeler: The ANA crew is pretty awesome. They are super nice and professional. I would 12 out of 10 travel with ANA again.
Ulemper: Nothing really
Fordeler: The crew was professional and super friendly.
Ulemper: Our bags had arrived early, and were waiting at the service station. However, there was no one there in the rooms and our stuff was left outside the door. We have pictures of our bags left out. It’s kind of a bummer that our stuff was left unattended. Someone could of grabbed it.
Ulemper: There was an uncontrolled child kicking my travel companions seat and screaming for much of the flight. I’m not sure what United could do but relocating us or the passengers with the screaming child would have made the flight more comfortable.
Ulemper: I was not aware that I flew in Narita and flew out of another airport.
Fordeler: Again, the crew was extremely polite and accomodating. I’d fly with them again!
Fordeler: The crew is awesome. They’re so polite and helpful.
Ulemper: I think more options that don’t involve seafood would be good, but I’ll also consider selecting a specific meal in the future.
Fordeler: Cheapflights ..I will book my ticket from you again.. I am so delighted.

Ulemper: This was a much more pleasant flight than I had from DC to Tokyo back on Jan 15
Ulemper: This is just a poor airline in which I will never fly on again. I will blame it a lot on miscommunication but seats are horrible and need way for cushion especially if you are on a 11 hour flight.
Ulemper: I hated everything about this 8 hour flight. Going to and coming from Toyko. The seats were EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I had to keep adjusting my body because my lower back was in so much pain. I ordered a kosher meal for both my sister and I but they only bought it for her. When I asked where was mine they said they didn’t see my name when I was the one who bought the tickets. It was extremely frustrating. I will never fly on this airline again.

Ulemper: Great flight everything smooth - the food is fantastic I flew economy and received excellent food. The employees are very friendly and the plane was a recent model Boeing very smooth.
Ulemper: On long flights, the seats need to be more comfortable and there needs to be more entertainment options. Also was not sure why we could not book seats even though we booked tickets in October.
Ulemper: These are the friendliest and most helpful people in the business! They are my new go to from now on!

Fordeler: The plane was ghetto and old and there was only one tiny restroom for the entire economy class.
Ulemper: A newer plane with more restrooms would be great.

Fordeler: Very clean. Crew was very good. Food was for the most part fine.
Ulemper: Entertainment was pretty lacking. No paid WiFi service on the airplane for a modern country’s air fleet... only texting.
Ulemper: Mid night snack can be improved, it’s too small a portion.
Fordeler: Crew was very nice, toilets clean.
Ulemper: Flight delayed 2 times, didn’t receive text or Email from the second delayed
Ulemper: Chair isn’t comfortable.
Fordeler: The cabin crew was so warm and friendly, always ready with a smile and eager to help.
Ulemper: Simply an older aircraft and the entertainment options were lacking compared to other carriers. The news video NHK would not fast forward or rewind but would always start over. Otherwise it was a good flight thanks
Ulemper: The planes are pretty outdated especially the connecting flights from Narita to HKG
Fordeler: Very caring, and pay full attention to passengers.

Fordeler: Food is bland, boring. Entertainment contents are limited and old movies
Ulemper: As mentioned above, more new selections of movies. Better taste and quality of food, please.

Fordeler: Well maintained plane, nice staff and over very comfortable.
Ulemper: The wifi worked only 1 hr of the 3 hrs I bought
Fordeler: The crew was great. I experienced great hospitality.

Fordeler: Seat was broken would not lock in upright position. Seat entertainment screen was also malfunctioning in the on position.
Fordeler: The 787 is fantastic. First class feels in the economy. The food offering is also first class. Service is amazing.
Ulemper: Serve the cold soba for all meals. :) Love it.
Fordeler: Some of your reservations staff in Los Angeles needs to be counseled
Ulemper: Been more polite especially mike in your mileage program.
Fordeler: Always excellent Japanese service.
Ulemper: No entertainment system, only one channel for everyone in the middle of the airplane like in the 80's. No reclining seats, sit straight only, but decent leg room, unless you are taller than 6ft.
Fordeler: The seat was great.
Ulemper: Overall, it was a great experience. Boarding is very fast compared to US airlines.

Ulemper: More comfortable seats and headphone jacks on the end of the arm rest (I kept knocking mine out when I moved in my seat).
