Fordeler: Plane departed early and arrived early. No incident.
Ulemper: Alitalia chose to offer no-servce flights. Not a cup of water. Passengers need to go to the back of the plane, where the attendants sit together and chat the whole flight, and ask for a (tiny) bottle. What they do during boarding is jump on anyone who would dare to place a piece of garment in the overhead bins. It comes through as a fad...
Ulemper: Online check-in process. Boarding pass not available to be added to wallet. Unable to view; had to have the boarding pass emailed to me. No option to set up SMS tracking foe flight status.
Fordeler: FLIGHT DEPARTED ON TIME AND ARRIVED EARLY. THIS IS PRECIOUS WHEN DE-PLANING PROCEDURES TAKE FOREVER (DUE TO COVID).
Ulemper: The only interaction of the crew was to distribute and pick up covid-related forms. Not even a glass of water;
Fordeler: We hardly saw any member of the crew. They were in the back, in a closed area, chatting among themselves.
Ulemper: Serve at least one cup of water. It was not offered, nor available.
Ulemper: The food, the entertainment
Fordeler: I liked nothing, and am sorry for the time i waist it with Alitalia. Especially after not letting me use the lounge even thought I am an elite plus with skyteam and Alitalia is one of the alliance member.
Ulemper: Applying the rules and respect my skyteam elite plus membership.
Ulemper: changed 2 times the departure time and I lost my train to Rapallo, having to sleep in Genova. Had to buy other ticket to Milan and loose this ticket I had bought.,...
Fordeler: Excellent dinner
Ulemper: Breakfast was dreadful
Ulemper: All good but crew wasn't very attentive - for example i had had to put my suitcase quite a few rows back because of lack of space
at the end of the flight i had to wait for most of the plane to empty out in order to be able to retrieve it - the crew member who had originally indicated i put my suitcase further back and who was standing right by the cabin where the suitcase was stored saw all of this but didn't move to help in the slightest even though he knew i was waiting for a chance to get to my suitcase - in my experience of customer service i would have gotten it for the passenger and brought it to them to reduce the wait time
Ulemper: Crew didn’t show up. They later said it that they weren’t picked up. Weak excuse since they’re probably near the airport/airline could have informed us/flight could have been delayed properly. Everyone was there, plane was locked and departure delayed by some 36-40 minutes
Ulemper: Strike delay. Very poor food. Cramped chairs. I flight entertainment
Fordeler: Boarding was ok compared to other Alitalia flights
Ulemper: A snack between the meals. More food options for the second meal.
Fordeler: Crews are nice n snacks are okay.
Ulemper: Their online luggage fee sucks. I had to pay again at the counter when my online purchases didn’t show up on their computer. Ended up paying a higher luggage fee at the counter. Not good!

Ulemper: Purchased my luggage fee online and for some reason they don’t have it on their computer. Had to pay a higher price at the counter and come to find out my account still got charged for the luggage fee.

Ulemper: Seat assignments sucked. Could not seat together
Fordeler: The crew was not grntle

Fordeler: Flight was smooth
Ulemper: Delayed takeoff. That happens but very poor communication about the delay.
Ulemper: OK flight, evening Business class
Ulemper: The seats aren’t comfortable, the entertainment system is finicky, not much leg room.

Ulemper: Sistema de entretenimiento muy antiguo. Conexión de audífonos no funcionaba en mi asiento y no me dieron solución. Vuelo de 14 hrs sin entretenimiento es terrible.
Ulemper: As so often with Alitalia the flight was delayed by 1 hr 20 mins
Fordeler: Easy check in and easy baggage claim
Ulemper: They can easily work on the food
Fordeler: Flight was smooth and didn't feel like 9 hours! Crew handled an ill passenger in a caring and professional manner.
Ulemper: Seated in the middle of four center seats, crew overlooked offering beverages/food a couple of times.
Ulemper: they must work on quality and price
Ulemper: No food
Ulemper: Don’t let me book my seats on line and then tell me “not for this fare” ($1700) at the airport. We have special needs and were not accommodated
Fordeler: Even though the plan was full, the boarding process was quick.
Ulemper: Extremely old plain. The worst entertainment center i’ve ever seen: it was just ok for the 80’s. The crew seems to not knowing how to smile.

Ulemper: Plane boarded on time but then sat and waited for many more late people. Then we sat for 45 minutes and didn’t move.
Ulemper: Better pillows...as simple as that
Ulemper: This flight had the least legroom of any flight I've ever taken.
Fordeler: Seamless boarding, departed and arrived on time.
Ulemper: Very surly and unhappy looking crew
Fordeler: Crew were friendly and helpful.
Ulemper: Flight was delayed through no fault of the airline. Took a long time taxing due to the excess traffic.
Fordeler: Their was really nothing to like. The plane was late, had to check in a carry on, my luggage was not transferred on time to my connecting flight,

Ulemper: The A330 really needs a makeover... Other airlines offer a better service in Business class
Fordeler: Very uncomfortable seats, entertainment system was outdated, airplane was shabby and the main meal was horrible.
Ulemper: It is obvious that the airline has not invested funds to keep up and it shows. I will avoid flying Alitalia in the future.
Ulemper: O PIOR checkin dos últimos 10 anos. Desorganizado, lento e sem as máquinas self funcionando. Avião velho, com pouco espaço para as pernas e um sistema de entretenimento da década de 80. Comida péssima
A melhor coisa a fazer e usar outra companhia.
Ulemper: Um avião velho, com estrurura ultrapassada de entretenimento poderia ao menos ter uma comida um pouco mais adequada e espaço para as pernas compatível com as aeronaves atuais.
Fordeler: The crew was really extremely courteous - and because it's off season, there was a lot of spare space.
Ulemper: The only less than perfect score was food, but the circumstances mitigate that less than stellar note. The warm meal and snack were better than your average over-sweet snack you get sometimes coming from Europe... We had a delay that may have impacted the food (if you keep warm food too long...)

Ulemper: Airline food is usually bad but this was inedible. Tiniest seats ever. Outdated entertainment selection. Obscene baggage fees. Never ever again- not worth the ‘deal’
