convenient location, excellent staff, comfortable, quiet,
The hotel is very good, confortble and also the localization is easy too. I would like only to mention that I sent a message to hotel in order to help me related to the public transportation to get the hotel, however, I did not received any message from them. In this sense for next guess I would like to inform it is possible to acess the hotel although the eletric train line 20 or 21 or by taxi it takes about 10 or 15 minutes from the Central Station to hotel. None to mention.
breakfast and drink mashine on the fllor were exellent
The room was spacious, the food was good. We had some problems with our room. It did not have all the facilities/services of a superior room we booked. The fee was reduced for this, but there was some confusion between the staff when we checked out. The fridge had mold growing in it.
The breakfast was great, and the location was convenient. The pictures shown on website were not accurate. I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel. The bed was to be a queen size, and it was a small twin. I did not get slippers. You have to ask for everything at the front desk (i.e. shampoo, soap, iron). Nothing is in the room. The staff was not really friendly, but not really rude either.
Comfort, quiet, clean, parking in hotel garage, very good breakfast. Nothing.
closer location to approach my need. Bad smell..
good location, there is a little kitchen and microwave/fridge in the room I have booked a non smoking room, but the staff assigned a smoking room for me, which is unacceptable for me, but they insist that my hotel rate was cheap, so alternative rooms should be accepted...
Finding the hotel was somewhat difficult for first time visitors and parking could have been challenging but access to public transportation, Olympic Park, and a variety of local dining facilities was great. Located outside of Munich's city center, the busy street got very quiet early in the evening and didn't present any problems even with our window open all night. The breakfast selection was very good and a good value, the staff was very helpful with money exchange, tram tickets, sightseeing instructions, and directions out of the city.
i had a quiet room on the fourth floor the rooms need to be freshed up - the breakfastroom was too small according to the number of guests - a lot of people had to sit with stranger at the table including me - and almost 20 people had to wait 10 or 20 min before they could have breakfast
Location Though we have only seen 2 employees (there are possibly much more workers) on arrival and departure - a bit more service and friendliness would have done good.
Price, location in Munich, Friendly staff and very nice room no
I was pleased with the small kitchen and the spaciousness of the room (perhaps we had one of the biggest). Good beds, noiseless room and close to the centre town by underway or buses. None, just only talk about the horrible soft pillows which ones caused pain in my back of the neck.
Rooms were large and quite cool, even without airconditioning. There is parking at the hotel, but it is mainly for cars. We had a van and it did fit. Staff were lovely.
It's a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel with modern appointments. For 50euros/night it offered incredible value for money. Though not in central munich, it is a short 3 stops from Hbf. and v. close to the U-bahn (2 min. walk).
Just german perfection:) Kitchenette in the room made everything much easier, much more homefeeling.... -
The kitchen in a cupboard was a rather unique aspect of the room that I had. Access to a washer and dryer in the basement of the hotel was also a bonus (although not free, prices were reasonable). The cost for internet access was a bit steep, especially since the hotel markets itself as business oriented and for longer stays.
The room was cosy, comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was very handy and money saving - useful for making hot drinks, breakfast, etc. Easy to get to on public transport - an underground stop is just around the corner and trams also stop outside.
Generally well laid out, spacious room with full facilities for cooking also. Reception pretty efficient. Having paid 200 euro for a night, I think trying to charge 5 euros for 30 minutes of internet access on top is ridiculous. Also given that there are also full catering facilities in the room is a tea bag or coffee sachet too much to ask for??
Lacking of skill about Internet service and hence not able to have it during the stay
Extreemly warm welcom.
Is located in the quiet nice place, well disposed staff, comfortable enough for my requirement, convenient enough public transportation to city center
This small family-run hotel is very nice , located in a very quiet and pastoral area of Munich and with that very close to the city center. the breakfast is very good and the manager and staff were very friendly and helpful with all that concerned touring the city and information. the price was expensive for a 3 star hotel during the Oktoberfest, but as in other local hotels during that Holiday.
Nice and small but very convenient.
within 5 mins walk of a supermarket, post office, bank in one direction and a huge beergarden/restaurant in the other, a 10 min walk to nymphenburg castle and a 10 min easy tram ride to munich centre and then direct to airport or trains to other european cities good breakfast and nice staff
The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. We also thought the location was great. You can be in downtown in less than 10 via the tram lines. It is also right next to the Hirshgarten which is a huge outdoor biergarten. We had a lovely afternoon there. One part of the room (a small separate area with a couch) smelled like someone had smoked in there. It was only an issue because my husband is quite sensitive to smoke.
Very helpful desk staff and the breakfast was lovely and traditional. Close location to transport and particularly Oktoberfest Bed was very short.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, down to giving excellent directions to places etc. Breakfast was very good. You can't get away from it, going to Munich during Oktoberfest, but it was very expensive. Still, better than no accommodation at all, and at least it was actually good.
Wonderful hotel, great family, made us feel welcome. We arrived early they gave us coffee and cake while we waited for our rooms, also the day we left was very early we were given juice and pastries to take with us.
The location can't be beat. Within walking distance of Nymphenburg palace and one of the best beer gardens in Munich. Furthermore, the neighborhood is very nice.
Landlig og rolig område, men samtidig sentralt. Kort vei til U-bahn, buss og trikk. Store gode rom
God value for monry
