Meget hyggelig personale - kunden er konge. Perfekt beliggenhet for en storbyferie. Nei
Great location, good size room and bathroom. Decent breakfast.
The location was excellent! The noice was coming from outside surprisingly clearly.
Location in munich, comfortable room, adequate dinning room, good service, friendly staff, reception good, doorway assistance good. People were both friendly and helpfull. Rooms were not heated to usa standards but qit all right vs other hotels of same class in germany.
staff very cold towards guests, staff loudly fighting and arguing in front of guests, poor breakfast buffet offer, very high price for the service rendered
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is on a small side street within a short walk to the Marienplatz and Munich's famous Glockenspiel. We stayed one Saturday night in November, and while the hotel is located on a small, quiet side street, it shares that street with a bar. Now that the laws in Germany have changed and smoking is no longer allowed in bars and restaurants, people must go out onto the street to smoke. So the quiet street transforms into a loud, crowded extension of the bar from about 11:00 in the evening until 5:00 am the next morning.
It was a clean room, and the staff was very nice.
The location was excellent. The room was very noisy, no tea/coffee facilities, no aircon, very very poor value for money - it was twice the price of the 2 other hotels that were four star that I stayed in, and half as nice!! Not a 4 star hotel if I compare it to others.
Very nice hotel. Absence of the air conditioning made my stay not so comfortable, it was too hot in the room, what is not acceptable for such expensive hotel.
Good hotel, good breakfast
The location of the hotel was excellent. We were initally booked in for 2 nights and decided to stay another night. Once we parked our car we did not need it again until we checked out as we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and our room was clean and comfortable.
Very responsive. Not a thing.
Central location, excellent breakfast selection, reliable service, old world charm. The front desk staff is distant rather than friendly, but they are efficient and get the job done, which is enough for me.
Staff were very helpful and efficient. Decor and ambience excellent. Comfortable lobby and pleasant outdoor area. Needed more wardrobe and cupboard space for clothes and toiletries. Pillows very hard and uncomfortable.
Staff were very helpful, and friendly. Hotel in a wonderful location for the old part of Munich. Not really a 4* Hotel, room standard a good 3*, breakfast buffet average and overpriced at 37 euros for two.
Liked the way the bathroom could be visually integrated into the sleeping area (glass wall) by opening the sliding door. Trendy cocktail bar. Super location close to Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt. Could have done without the strip joint opposite, which leads to late night traffic
The location was excellent. The rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was not included in the rate as with other hotels we stayed at.
What we liked best about the Louis was our room, which was a very affordable room, and was still spacious and comfortable and stylish and it felt like we were staying in a really cozy, upscale bedroom - it did not feel like a hotel room. Oh and the hotel smells amazingly good. The only thing I would change about the room is, we would have appreciated a tea/coffee bar to prepare our own hot drinks; this is a feature we use all the time in hotels, when available. That is the only thing I consider lacking in the room.
The hotel is beautiful. lovely attention to detail. spacious, clean design, playful and elegant. Emiko restaurant tastes were delicious. The hotel is in an excellent spot to have a romantic walk through Munich center in the evening, or enjoying the sights and sounds of the Viktualienmarkt in the morning. The room was a bit chilly.
Location, the room and staff
They recognised me from previous visit and upgraded me. Gorgeous design of room and facilities. Great location.
Decor was elegant and unusual e.g. recessed closet space. Room (courtyard-facing) was very quiet despite very central city location. Maybe it's louder in summer? There was a restaurant on the terrace directly below. Breakfast tasted absolutely terrific - ingredients all bought fresh at amazing farmer's market across the street. Staff at desk, in restaurant were friendly, cheerful and eager to help. Upon my request, they instantly replaced the "desk stool" with a chair with a back. Stylish and pleasant lobby encouraged a convivial atmosphere. Daily shoe polish service, daily newspaper were nice amenities. Wireless (included in rate) worked flawlessly. Excellent shower an Platform bed was a little bit uncomfortable.
Aller mest beliggenheten. Nei
My 16 year old daughter and I loved Hotel Blauer Bock. The beds were super comfortable, the room charming and clean, and the breakfast was superb. A perfect introduction to Europe for my daughter. Also the front desk staff were extraordinary helpful with helping us navigate the train schedules and directions.
Gratis, utmerket onlineforbindelse på rommene. Meget serviceinnstilt betjening.
Located halfway between town hall and haufbrahaus. Walked from Mariensplatz to hotel with 2 daughters. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute walk. Bar/restaurant was great - loved the breakfasts. Drink menu was very innovative and fresh. Surprising in a very good way. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great stay!! Bathroom was very small for 3 people. Shower ok for women/girls but would be challenging for a full size man. No counter space around sink.
They had THE best bartender I have ever encountered. Thanks Oliver! The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was great. The room was clean and modern, not to mention located perfectly in the heart of downtown. If and when I return to Munich, Hotel Lux is my #1 choice hands down. Thanks to everyone at Hotel Lux for making my stay an unforgettable one! No complaints. Extremely pleased with my stay.
Location is very central /wealking distance to all tourist & shopping sites. Breakfast is excellent. No elevator. Pillow is very/too flat.
It was close to the downtown area so we didn't have far to walk. No Air conditioning. A very small hot stuffy room. If you open the window you get a lot of street noise until very late at night. Economy furnishings. They didn't have a fan. Lights in hall were partially disassembled. There is no elevator.
Perfect central location, spotless room, reliable (free) wireless internet and yummy breakfast included in price. Even with the heating on full blast, the room was unacceptably cold in October. And the noise from the neighbouring nightclub was deafening on Friday night from 2am to dawn.
great location close to everything! The staff at the hotel is amazing. Love the bar downstairs. Wish they had an elevator - for travelers like me that don't pack light.
